Our small law firm has an old Lenovo computer that we use only for billing with outdated software…read moreand we wanted to avoid having to purchase the newer expensive version. The hard drive was failing and an IT tech recommended having it "imaged," which would result in an exact duplicate that would not require any software reauthentication. He also recommended Tech Care as the folks to do it. They initially tried doing an automatic imaging, which didn't take, so they attempted to manually image it and were successful. The computer now has a more reliable SSD drive (no moving parts) and it indeed works exactly as it used to (only faster). Eddie informed me that the old drive had maybe one month left before it completely failed. LIFE SAVERS!!! Eddie, Abed, Josh and everyone else I spoke to are top-notch guys, and the price to repair was eminently reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

One of the worst companies to work with. Steven/Carlos is super rude. When I asked to meet him at…read morethe police station after he did unauthorized work on my laptop he ignored my request and dropped it off to a random person walking outside my house. Super sketchy and super unprofessional. Would never work with him again nor would I recommend anyone to ever work with them. He said he would return the old parts which he didn't. He said he screen has True Tone technology was fixed when it wasn't. When I mentioned a police station drop off he ghosted me even after saying he's "ready and available to meet anywhere". Red flags all around. Horrible screen instillation & overall experience with this company. Please beware. He may be affordable & drives to you but his customer service and quality of service/instillation is not worth the headache. You're better off going elsewhere

I contacted this company to get a quote around 7:00am on Friday. Everything seemed very smooth and…read moreeasy as far as their responses by text. However, my questions at one point weren't being answered such as what type of payment they receive. Also, I let them know when I will be home in order to meet them with my laptop. After several hours, I didn't hear back from them. Eventually, I called and left a message. Someone contacted me over an hour later by text around 6:50pm, to tell me that someone will be at my home in about two hours. Then around 9 PM, I received a text stating that they will be here around 9:45 PM. By that time, I did not feel comfortable. So, I canceled it. First of all, there is no way that I would meet someone at almost 10 PM at night to take my laptop, much less meet someone I've never known or met. Even just the mention of "they "will be at my home that late at night, made me incredibly uncomfortable . I would be a fool to allow myself to be that vulnerable. I don't know if they have a second job or what, but you don't keep people waiting that long to do business. I just found this very unprofessional. I think I will just go to a legitimate storefront where I can meet the people who I'm doing business with.

Finally, after several weeks of back and forth, dropping cartridges, doing this and that, he gives the printer back and i pay him. Literally that FIRST PRINT resulted in the same problem (color streaks) that I had when I dropped it off. Ned did not offer to refund my money. He showed me how to "reset" the printer, which of course you can google and get in two seconds. It's unfortunate that the guy weighs $110 more than a good reputation. He was basically dead air on the other end of the phone. Resigned, i thanked him and hung up. Don't bring your printer here for repairs. You will regret it. Save yourself money, time, etc and buy a new one. P.S Holy shit! Ned, you gave yourself an amazing review. Congrats on the good work you gave yourself in one's own self-review of oneself.
