Firestone screwed up my brakes to a fare-thee-well, and after fighting with them for over a year, I took my car to Rob. He laid out all my options, and then recommended a plan of action that was perfect. They are super busy, because they're honest and reliable. Yes, they have guys who will pump your gas for you if you aren't inclined to do it, but I think they're only on staff during normal business hours. When I pulled up to this place very early one morning, there was just one semi-surly guy who really didn't want to be bothered. I was having a problem with the tires on my car and he was barely interested in helping. When I came back with the same problem a couple of weeks later, he was totally not interested. The car ended up going in to the people I normally see once their shop opened for the day, and they were interested. Based on my experiences with this place, I rarely patronized it for gas. Hopefully they've gotten better, but if they haven't, then I recommend the Sunoco station down the street, across from St. Mary's Church-in-the-Highlands. They're a smaller establishment, but they're nice.

To top it off, their final "advice" to me was, "You should have sold the car years ago." This was beyond insulting after they took my money and left me with a useless vehicle. Now, I'm forced to rely on Uber just to get to work, costing me around $400 a week, completely ruining any quality of life I had. Not only did George and his son leave me without a functioning car, but they've also caused a major financial burden. This place is a total scam. The police officer told me the tow driver (owner) would meet me in a nearby gas station parking lot to exchange information. He never stopped and drove away. Good thing I noticed what company it was or I wouldn't of known where my car was towed. So then I go to the his auto body shop to pay the tow fee, and wow 225 dollars to have my car towed less than two miles. But wait it gets better. I am then told that he does not accept any form of credit card for payment. I didn't have cash and was told by the owner to "go borrow it from someone". How unprofessional. Upon doing some research on the Town of Fishkill's website, I noticed that all tow truck companies that are on the Town of Fishkill's list for tows must accept at least two major credit cards. Long story not so short. I was forced to pay my mechanic the tow fee (separate company). Who then in return would pay this joke of a body shop. This place of business shouldn't be in business at all, and the Town should remove them from their tow rotational list immediately!
