Called up silver rock (these are the guys you deal with when you buy a car from Carvana) and they said they would deal with the repair (very minor to the undercarriage protector) through this Maaco. I called them up and explained the situation and they connected me to Rob who seems to have experience with the Carvana situation. Rob was prompt, intelligent, efficient, and downright pleasant. Scheduled me to have a look, which took all of ten minutes, then he told me he'd call me when the part was in, which was exactly what he did. He then scheduled me to come in for the replacement, and when I failed to show up and didn't even get a chance to call him until two days later (got hung up at work), did Rob give me a one star response? Nah bro, without missing a beat he five stars the whole situation with a simple "no worries, let's reschedule you and get this fixed". Which is exactly what he proceeded to do. So I dunno, was this a fluke? Did this one star place just have a really awesome 7 days in a row when I was there? Doubtful. All I can say is based on what I've experienced, these guys deserve your business.
