This is now the second time my family has dealt with this here. My sister's car suffered similar interior damage just a week prior and there is a clear pattern of negligence. ​When I brought the car back a few hours later to show the damage, the manager who wears glasses was very passive and immediately tried to dodge taking ownership. He told me he would check the cameras and call me back no later than the next day. It has been several days and I still have not heard a word from him. ​To make matters worse, the actual cleaning was sub par. The interior was improperly cleaned and it was obvious as you could still see dirtiness on the front doors. They are clearly rushing the work and then refusing to take responsibility when they cause damage. ​I am sure the business will reply here with a generic message acting like they want to help or claiming they have no record of this. Don't be fooled by the professional online responses. When you stand in front of them with the damage they caused, they do everything possible to avoid accountability and hope you just go away.
