We scheduled the appointment for our original plan - and made arrangements to drop it off and to be without the car for 4 days. When we brought it in, we were told they would only do the work for the higher amount and that the estimate was "just to tell you how much it would cost to have it done...not that we would do it." No matter they knew what we wanted when we made the appointment. The shop manager was "unavailable" and I could not get a refund on my $40. Perhaps it's better not to have had the work done - who knows what additional amounts would have been added on. But if you don't want my business, don't waste my time. Don't bait and switch.

The brand is a national franchise with individual territories owned and operated by local franchisees. I reached out to Jordan to discuss my troubles: scratches on the side of the car and a poor wheel suffering from curb rash. Jordan answered my call right away and we ended up scheduling an appointment the very next day. Pricing was very reasonable, particularly for the body work. It would have cost me at least 5x as much to have the parts replaced by the dealer or a traditional body shop, not to mention the added time. Jordan's service is mobile so he can bring his truck and trailer to your place. In my case, we met in a dealer's lot that he has access to, close to Equinox Fitness in Greenwich.
