Stay away from these folks. They do terrible work. I had an accident where the other person was 100% at fault because they hit my car while I was parked. I brought my car to them to be repaired under insurance. They kept my car for some days. I come to get the car and the gas cap is sticking out, paint job terrible, and gaps galore where for example the trunk doesn't sit against the other body panel well. Had to get it repaired 3 or 4 times to get it to a point where I'd accept it. It still isn't done well. They could not even get the mud flap put back on correctly. The side of car that had the mud flap on correctly was not even put back on correctly. I had to buy the aftermarket bracket myself because they threw the old one out and mounted it all wrong. I had to take the bumper off myself because it just was not seated as good as it could be. Stay away from these folks. They are a shell of their former self. The owner wants to retire sooner than later. The owner should close the business and just retire already. STAY AWAY. I can't stress this more. They should retire or just go out of business. I HATE Zelenz Bros. I wish them the worst. read more

I used Zelenz to repair body work to my car. Michaël, the owner and proprietor took over $10K to cut corners and do the job in a hurry and not properly. Its resulted in additional damage to the interior like mold and deteriorating insulation because he didn't replace parts he maintained in his report that he did. NEVER USE THIS GUY. He's a crook and a liar! Worst combination. read more

This was my first experience with Zelenz Brothers. I used to take my Lexus to the dealer. I was in an accident that required the side of my car to have dents taken out and the car painted. The workmanship, attention to detail, and overall quality of the job was excellent. The car looks like new and the price was fair and reasonable. This is the kind of business you hope you never need, but life being what it is, if you do, Zelenz Brothers are the best. I brought them two of my cars, and their work is impeccable. Each time the work was completed AHEAD of schedule. Michael's price was also the best of the 3 places who gave me quotes, and I'll wager the other places wouldn't offer you a lift to the car rental. Michael Zelenz is probably one of the most honest and fair people whom I've ever done business with. His brother, Mark, who I'm friends with recommended him to me and I've always been impressed with Mike and his crew. I've used them a couple of times now, once for my brothers car and once for my grandfathers new Pre-owned Lexus. One shop quoted my grandfather almost $2k to replace the rear bumper on his Lexus after a minor fender bender, so I took it to Mike and he fixed it up in just a few days for a lot less than that. He was also very helpful in assisting my elderly grandfather through the entire repair and rental car process. Mike and his family have been in business since 1912 and I can honestly say that they go above and beyond to help their customers and make them feel at home. I definitely would recommend them to anyone in need of auto body repair. They always stand behind their work and they are exactly what you should expect from a good honest group of people. read more

Brought to Zelenz who told me that is should be easy, leave it with them. Charged me 1/4 the other estimate -- didn't just try to gouge me because it's Greenwich. Zelenz did great work on my prius after a client backed into it. After shopping around prices in Greenwich and Stamford, Zelenz was the obvious choice. They were the best priced and picked me up and dropped me off at the rental car place. They got the car in right away and did great work.
