I initially brought my Prius5 with its separated bumper to Frank's at the recommendation of our local mom's group. Frank had a tech fix it without charge. A couple weeks later, I brought my 2010 Odyssey with a busted side-view mirror for replacement. This was done promptly even though Frank had to track down an "pre-owned" mirror and housing for me, saving me significant money over a new Honda part. The quick fix of the Prius' bumper had become undone - It was fixed again. The tech spent more time on this repair and it's now securely attached. I recommend Frank's Auto body without reservation. read more

I am 80 years old, currently driving a 2006 Honda Pilot. Fred's was recommended to me when I moved to Westchester 5 1/2 years ago. Of all the mechanics I have encountered over my (and my cars') many years, Fred's undoubtedly is the best. They are honest, accommodating, and they do excellent work. Their fees very reasonable. They have kept my car moving along quite well in spite of ongoing mechanical issues that have popped up. Most of my contact has been with Jonathan and Katrina - They both are pleasure to work with! read more

Frank's Auto Body - Body Shops Near Me - Port Chester, New York

Legal crooks brought my car for restoration and was told 28,000 was the agreed price. First four days the painted the floors over top dirt and dust ,rust and cracks ,then asked for more money to do awful body work and the worst panel gaping I have ever seen. Then demanded I get car out of there and freaked out on me when I brought a check for the rest of bill , I asked multiple times for itemized receipt and would not produce one then threatened to put vehicle outside fence. Will not fix car or give me my thirty grand back stay away from these people read more

Brough my Audi in after severely damaging the front bumper. The owner, Frank, was awesome. His quote was close to $1,000 less than a guy 2 miles away, his work was terrific and he was a pleasure to deal with. Drove me to the train so I could get to work, waxed my whole car and got out scratches I had for years. He even detailed the inside and took $100 off my balance. All without me asking. that is how small family owned business should be run. Nice work Frank. I have been to many body shops and he is by far the best I have dealth with. He is worth getting an estimate from? read more

Always hard to find auto body shop that will work with you and also deliver on what they said - no games. Someone recommended Franks and I felt good when I went by. But I felt better when the car came back. Did all they said, did it well, and no surprise differences or extras on the cost. Hoping not to need the services much - but when I do I will be back. read more
