Brought my car in for an estimate 2 months ago and was told that I wouldn't be able to drop off the car because they were backed up with work. Fast forward to today and they said they couldn't write me an estimate. Older man came out rude and said he couldnt help me right off the bat!!! Made no sense! I feel like it was race related. All I needed was to get an estimate so I can get my car fixed. I was going to pay cash! This is ridiculous. I guess if you aren't white they don't even want to help you. read more

Extremely rude. I was sent there by my insurance company, which has a relationship with them. I spoke with a representative from Mastroddi on Wednesday and made an appointment for Friday at 11. When I arrived on Friday morning, they claimed I did not have an appointment, and they did not listen to me AT ALL when I said that I had made it. I was somehow at fault because their employee did not write down my appointment! The guy behind the counter literally waved a piece of paper in my face saying that the appointment area was blank. If you get in my face like that, you do not get my business. read more

Hello Yelp folks, I was rear end in my brand new 2021 car that my husband brought me on my Halloween birthday last year. I took it to Mastroddi autobody shop in February and they did a excellent job on my hi-tech back bumper. "Freddie" was very caring and listen as I told him my story of what happen on that dreadful day. It didn't take long for the repair shop to repair my car which now looks brand new like it did when my husband brought it ( I'm soooo happy). The shop also kept me updated on the progress of the repair. It was excellent work along with my excellent car insurance USAA (a little shout out ). I would definitely recommend this auto shop in Yonkers New York for any and all repairs. You won't regret it! read more

I had an excellent experience with Mastroddi. I was referred to them through my insurance company. When I arrived I was told there would be supply chain related delays. These things are of course of the their hands, but throughout they were good keeping me updated and progress where things stood on their end. They made me feel confident they were doing everything they could. In the end, my Mazda CX5 repairs came out amazing, and that was the most important thing. After I had a good experience here myself I referred a lot of people to this place for auto body repairs so I was extremely disappointed when I sent my own 80 year old mother to them after she had an accident in her Honda CRV. Her car was there for over a month - and I don't even hold Mastroddi responsible for the length of time since Honda took their time delivering the needed parts for repair but I was disgusted by how they harassed and threatened my 80 year old mother with legal action because her insurance company was dragging their feet with paying them. Now I understand their frustration - but threatening a senior citizen with legal action isn't how you should do business. Fernando Mastroddi was extremely rude to my mother to the point where she was scared and crying. My brother had to go there in person to address the harassment and threats and Fernando finally came to his senses - but it shouldn't have to go that far. I will no longer refer anyone there let alone go there for my own business. I speculate that he assumed he could get away with the harassment and threats because she is an elderly latina who wouldn't fight back. It's a real shame that people still treat people like this especially since the insurance company is AllState. I truly doubt that AllState would duck them so why be so nasty?? read more

The first time I brought my car in, they were excellent, from beginning to end, and I received my car back in a week, which was amazing. The work done was beautiful. I was hit by another clown on the road, about three months later, and so I ended up right back here. This time, unfortunately, even though they were cordial at the desk as usual, the mechanics, ruined my vehicle. The fixed door, is not completely flush, with the body of the car, and so the lines don't truly match up. The hood, for what ever reason, can no longer open. It seems the latch for the lock has been broken. Nothing was to be done under the hood anyway, so I'm not even sure why that would have ever been opened in the first place. My driver side door, also does not open with the key fob anymore. Something stops the lock from popping up. There is also a tiny sliver, that looks like it was made with some sort of razor, on the dash's vinyl. After the first repair, I never thought I'd be involved in another hit and run. Because of their awesome work, I was going to come back to have them do some things, because I'd like to fix my car up. Not anymore. Sorry Mastroddi's. You've definitely lost a customer. read more

This place is simply amazing. My car was in an accident and the people at Mastroddi took amazing care of me and my car. They are highly professional and very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions. They walked me through the entire process and made sure i was satisfied. I received a call at least once a week just to update me on the statues of my car and even completed the work a few days in advance. I had my car repaired by Mostroddi auto body and got the car back and it was incomplete and they said if ANY PROBLEMS AT ALL PLEASE DONT HESITATE CALL US and I did and I did not get anywhere I have to bring my car somewhere else. when I got my car back I was not happy w/ my car performance and the side view mirror was no good and the back door does not lock or unlock w/ remote back hatch door still makes noise like its not lined up,the alignment was so bad the car would not steer strait he all paper work saying the alignment was good but I guess they never looked underneath the car to see bent rods and few other miner things to get strait again The driver window was replaced now the window Is not auto anymore like it used to be so be care full when using Mostroddi make sure u check everything they say they do before you leave the shop read more

Let's face it, generally speaking this isn't an industry renowned for customer service and high standards. My experience at Mastroddi however kind of renewed my faith. I had very modest damage to my 2014 Honda but was nevertheless expecting to be raked over the coals. Zino spent an inordinate amount of time with me explaining my options and steering me to the least expensive and most practical solution. To say that they didn't make any money on me is a gross understatement as I got out of there for less than $100!! With the amount of time and respect with which I was treated you would have thought I was a $10,000 customer. They've earned my trust and gratitude as well as any future business.
