OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND ADVOCACY FROM AUTOHAUS COLLISSION CENTER SHOP OWNER I highly recommend Troy at Autohaus Collission Center in Suffern, NY. Troy and Paula are professional and friendly and immediately inspire trust. From the start, there were issues with the insurance company. Troy knows his business inside and out including state rules and regulations. This was really important in my case. Without Troy's knowledge and his willingness to put in the time advocating for me, my car would have been declared a total loss. I am so grateful for their work and my car looks like new! read more

I can't say enough positive things about Troy and Paula at Autohaus. Ever since my first call to them they have been a class act. The entire process from start to finish was a breeze. On top of that my car looks absolutely perfect, you'd never think it got rear ended. I highly recommend Autohaus for any body work you need. read more

I was rear-ended just before Christmas 2020, what an end to an already miserable year. Since the accident was on the highway and happened on the BRP, NYC police did not respond. I started a claim through the insurance of the guy that hit me, and called Mahwah Honda to see if they could take a look at the car. Mahwah Honda informed me that they did not have a body shop, however, they could recommend where they send cars, and AutoHaus was recommended. I called and spoke to Paula, from the first conversation she knew what she was talking about and clearly knew how to deal with insurance companies. I scheduled to bring my car in, she had called ahead to Enterprise to have a car for me to use while the car was being fixed. Paula contacted the insurance company and keep me up to date on developments. When things were not moving forward with the culprits insurance I had to open a case through my insurance. I gave Paula the details of the case and she took it from there. Even though we were in Covid and the Holiday season, AutoHaus was true to their estimate on time and returned my car one week ahead of schedule. I have a 2008 CRV and the rear-end hit really damaged the wheel basin, where the spare tire sits, to the point where it looked like a harmonica. The rear-gate was also damaged and the hatch would not close correctly. When I received the car back, I could not be happier, car and work was top notch, they even cleaned, waxed and buffed the car. It looked as if it had never been hit. AutoHaus did a fantastic Job. I would highly recommend them. read more

Nobody at this business asked me to write a review for them, but, I am so impressed with Autohaus that I wanted to do it as soon as I got off the phone with Paula. Not only did they do an outstanding job of fixing my car after a crash on the GWB, but, I can really tell that they care. I was kept in the loop during the whole process, and, Paula personally went to bat for me multiple times when I had rental car issues. In a perfect world, I will not need their services again (I am hoping for no more crashes!), but, if my car needs work in the future, I know I am in excellent hands. I could not be happier with my experience. read more

Autohaus Collision on Wayne is truly out of this world, not only with the quality of their work, but with courtesy and professionalism. I have dealt with Troy and Paula on three issues now and I continue to be so impressed with the level of ease in working with them. Paula is like Ms. Fix-It-All, between reaching out to insurance companies, setting up rentals and keeping you informed, while Troy has a knowledge and skill set above all others I've worked with in this industry. If you haven't been there yet, obviously you're fortunate because you haven't had the need, but if and when you do, I highly urge you to check them out. You absolutely will not be disappointed! read more

I was the 3rd car in a 3 car rear end accident a number of weeks ago. I was advised by Acura to go to Autohaus for the repair. Autohaus did an amazing job repairing my car to its specializations, Not only did they take the time and effort to ensure the car was returned to the original specs . The paint work is a specialty. and you could not even notice the car was in an accident . I was VERY lucky to have no physical injuries - my car sustained 13k worth of damage. Most of all I was lucky to find Autohaus. I am a customer for life .... read more

I was very dissapoited with their service. They are taking advantage of everybody: insurance, client and IRS. Make insurance pay more, make client pay in cash only and not doing proper job for what they receive. read more

The best service, the best people. Gets the work done pronto but if you need extensive work, they will even arrange the rental of another car. Everyone including the office workers are extremely nice and helpful people! I would strongly recommend them.
