Glad this company popped up on my yelp. I get to share the shit experience i had here. Years ago, got hit in the back right, brought my mustang in as i was told he was a local guy from our town so I figured we would give him the business and hopefully gain a connection. (Im a car guy, and all these body shops are scammy so I trusted a local guy. Asked to keep the bumper that needed replaced as i have a second car that i can put it on that needs a bumper. They destroyed it, looked like it was thrown, dragged across the shop floor and stepped on. Paint was only damaged on one part, when i got it back like i said it was destroyed. The bumper that was replaced was not painted properly, has orange peel and color match wasnt the greatest considering the paint was literally showroom condition. Actually grabs the towel when you try to dry off the paint they did. Panel fitment sucked, parts had miscuts in them and extra plastic bits they easily couldve trimmed off and there were paint runs. Finally have to replace the bumper they did as someone backed into me. Im genuinely scared to see the repair work they did when i go to take the bumper off. Car had like 20k miles when it was in for the work, car was pristine, used as a show car before i got it... Will update when i get to see the work under the bumper they did. read more

I just picked up my car from 202 Collision. What a wonderful experience for something that no one ever wants to have to deal with. After a fender bender in December, I got a couple of estimates, including one at 202 Collision. Darryl (the owner) was kind, informative, down-to-earth, attentive and was not rushed. He carefully explained how the insurance process works and gave me a detailed estimate for repair that was similar to the other one I had gotten. He explained that once he took the car apart, there may be a few things that would have to get added to the estimate, but that he would deal directly with the insurance company to sort that out. After stalling to make my decision for a few weeks, I finally called Darryl to move forward. They were able to accommodate me that day, arrange for the rental car, and get the process started. Throughout the 12 days it took to complete the repair, Darryl called me several times to keep me informed about what was going on with the process, that he had smooth communications with the insurance company, and was right on target with his original date of completion. I arranged to pick up the car after work, and the rental company took a little longer than expected to get me there, so it was a few minutes past his closing time. Darryl, once again, was kind and down-to-earth, and got me into my car and on my way quickly with no fuss. He even gave a little parting gift as a thank you. The car was like new, and much cleaner than I had left it, inside and out. I drove away, content that the experience was finally behind me. Every step of the way was a breeze; they took my insurance, got my car fixed quickly AND got me set up with a rental 100% hassle free. I gave Daryl my info over the phone and after that everything was taken care of, they had my paperwork ready and waiting when I arrived, gave me a lift to Enterprise where Daryl had already spoken to their manager and given him my claim number, so all I had to do was pick out a car and go. The exceptional customer service throughout definitely helped to take some of the sting off of getting in a collision, and not having to wait around at any point was also very much appreciated so that I could get on with my life right away. I stopped by Collision 202 this afternoon to find out if it was possible to push in a dent in a plastic part of my car rather than spending mega bucks to replace the part. Tim, who was at the desk, came out to have a look, and went to get one of the men who usually deals with that sort of thing. He applied the heat gun, pushed the part back to its usual position, and Tim sent me on my way, refusing to take my money. If I were ever to do real damage to my car, I would take it back to Collision 202 in a heartbeat. Thank you, Tim! read more

After bringing his car 5 times and it was not fixed properly he was informed they don't handle mechanical issues even though problem was caused by them. A friend of mine recommended 202 Collision and I am so very thankful they did. They helped me through the insurance process, set up a rental car for me and handled meeting with the insurance adjuster. I was thrilled with the repairs and they finished it in less time than they originally quoted me. My car looked like it just came off the showroom floor they even cleaned the inside! I had my first car accident and I went to 202 Collision because they were preferred by my insurance and close to my house. I had never been in an accident before and I was really scared. I was hit from behind and the damage was significant. Darryl and his team were AMAZING. His office manager got my paperwork filled out and calmed me down, they arranged for a rental car, they worked along side my insurance inspector and got the work completed before the date they promised! I hope I never need this type of help again but if I do I know where I will go! I highly recommend 202 Collision. They treated me so well, they took care of my car and went above and beyond to help me. 202 Collision was recommended to me years ago as being the best in the business, but they are not. In 2005 I collided with a deer and based on those recommendations, I took my 1 year old vehicle to them to repair the front end damage, involving one front headlamp and surrounding area. I had comprehensive insurance with a deductible and they made the most of it charging as much as they could to my insurance company. When finished, it looked perfect to me, so I filed away the bill with my deductible payment for my tax accountant. Fast Forward: I went to sell the car 9 years later in 2014 and forgot to disclose the incident as it did not appear on the Carfax report and I did not keep the paperwork in the folder with other repair record. The buyer complained (after the sale) that he tried to change the headlamp but couldn't because of the poor body work job that was done and he wanted to know who did it. I was shocked and didn't know what to say to him. Be very careful because the poor job that these guys did on my car, did not manifest until someone tried to change the headlamp. Just because it looks good does not mean it was done right. They are very, very shady, and I will not ever use them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. read more
