Its true ! Deer are beautiful animals........so glad this one was able to walk away. Just got my car back today, my front bumper had to be fixed from someone hitting it. Sam (who i believe is the owner) was helpful in every aspect possible, from dealing with annoying a** insurance claim adjusters to dealing with customers who were coming in, while there, there were a few times i had to sit and wait becasue of the claim adjuster not knowing what he was doing, Sam would have a conversation. Truly nice guy. There was another worker there didn't catch his name but also a polite guy. As for the work on the car, looks fanastic, looks absolutely brand new. I had an accident and my rear fender and side quarter panel were badly damaged, as well as some inner damage that connects the fender. My car is barely a year old and has a beautiful metallic blue paint job from the factory. I was worried a little that it might not be matched, but it was EXACT. I've driven by the repair shop numerous times and recalled occasionally seeing a couple of BMW's and higher end imports out front, which is usually a good sign of decent repair work (in my brain anyways). I took it to United and I couldn't be happier with the results. It looks brand new again and just a beautiful as it did the day I bought it. Sam, the owner, is a professional in all respects. He's extremely courteous and has an old school approach to business which I highly appreciate. I called several times just to check on the progress of the car, I wasn't given attitude or sense that I was bothering him, just friendly updates on what was being done. I wish more companies treated their customers this way. Again I couldn't be more pleased with the work.
