I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Bricktowne Truck & Auto Spa. I brought my car in for a hand wash and they ended up damaging one of my interior door panels. This is now the second time my family has dealt with this here. My sister's car suffered similar interior damage just a week prior and there is a clear pattern of negligence. ​When I brought the car back a few hours later to show the damage, the manager who wears glasses was very passive and immediately tried to dodge taking ownership. He told me he would check the cameras and call me back no later than the next day. It has been several days and I still have not heard a word from him. ​To make matters worse, the actual cleaning was sub par. The interior was improperly cleaned and it was obvious as you could still see dirtiness on the front doors. They are clearly rushing the work and then refusing to take responsibility when they cause damage. ​I am sure the business will reply here with a generic message acting like they want to help or claiming they have no record of this. Don't be fooled by the professional online responses. When you stand in front of them with the damage they caused, they do everything possible to avoid accountability and hope you just go away. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually respects your property and stands by their work. read more

I gave this place a second chance after getting my dash wiped down with a sticky towel. I went during my lunch hour, waited on line for 30 minutes. Fine. I leave my car, go in and pay 32 dollars for "the works." Wait. Not even 15 minutes later, my car is done. I get in, drive away because i had to get back to work, but the wash itself was too quick. At closer inspection, the vents were still dusty, front and rear bumpers still had spots on them, seats were NOT vacuumed at all! WTF did i just waste my time and money on? These owners should be embarrassed at the low quality of service and the people that they employ. Never again. I'll take the ride down 303 to Blauvelt. So p'ssed. read more

This litterarily would have been 100 stars if it weren't for this. The place is great. Clean, friendly, great at what they do. A little pricier but they really get the job done. My car looked like the day I drove it off the lot. It wasn't until I was down the street that I even noticed the huge 2 deep cuts in my plastic speedometer. I'm crazy about my car since it's only a year old. So this is just driving me insane. I know it was probably an accident but it's pretty noticible and they never said a word. I really needed a car wash after a while. They take their time with each car so you're waiting on a line but they take just as much time with your car and honestly not a speck of dust inside. And it was dry. Not like the machines that leave gunk in your car. read more

After a subpar experience my first time here I decided to come back and give them another chance, unfortunately I had the same experience this time around. Not all of my car was fully cleaned, although the exterior of my car was majority clean and also shined the interior seemed forgotten. They forgot to clean areas between the door, as well as forgetting to vacuum the seats. The service was pretty well, they do take time to wash your car thoroughly, it just seems like I may have bad luck when it comes to this place. read more

I would've have gave a 5 star, but the few times that I've been there is seem like they always miss something. I wanted to use a hand car wash for my new Jeep as automatic washes can have rough brushes and don't do a great job. This seems to be a good alternative. For $22 my Jeep was nicely washed and vacuumed and, above all, bug free on the front which is a minor miracle after a road trip. It's a little tricky to get into the wash, especially if there is a line of cars but I didn't have too much trouble. Once you pull in, you go inside, pay, and then wait for your car to be finished. There were two cars in front of me (already in the bay) and it took about 15 minutes for them to finish. There isn't a ton of seating inside but there is a picnic bench outside which is nice in warm weather. When my car came out I was quite pleased with how it looked, though it smelled a little funky on the inside. Not sure what they use on the interior. Also, the front windshield was a little streaky. Lastly, they've recently changed their loyalty card so that you get the 10th wash free instead of the 7th. All in all, for $22 I was pleased. I'll be back. read more

Only negative was they cleaned the door panels with what seems to be dirty rags because it left white residue all over the panels. A lot of water drips left on the exterior and some wheels had more tire shine then others but ok job read more

Not much more I can say then the previous review about this place. I found it by using Yelp and read the review and boom I was sold. Have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I don't think I have ever been to a car wash and had the treatment I did here. You pull up get out of your car and they take inside to be cleaned. It takes a good 15 min on a non busy day but they have a waiting area for you to sit with a TV, refreshments, etc. while they clean your car. Personally I would rather wait knowing they are doing a good job and getting my money's worth. $9 will get you a basic wash and $20 will get you the works If I were you I would go for the works. read more

I took my car in for a wash at Bricktowne recently and as a first-time customer, I was very pleased and will definitely be back. I experienced a little sticker shock at first since hand-washes are generally more expensive than taking your car through an automatic car wash, but I came to find that the $25 I spent here was well worth it. They are very thorough and will wash and vacuum every little crevice. I have no idea what happened at this place!! I've been coming here on and off for two years with my full-size Ford Econolign white van! Yesterday i came I paid the usual $25 and in return they left my mat out and didn't wipe and clean my dash board at all! I had to back in and get someone to do it! Even after the guy came out and did it It was not the norm!!! Usually I've come here and marveled at the excellence!!! Today was no excuse!!! They weren't rushed,they had plenty of guys working,it was beautiful weather!!! When i went in the front office to question there was no sense of care or urgency and my attitude was quite polite!!!! Bricktowne is a little pricey for the area, but honestly they do a great job so I continue to patronize the business. Even in the winter, they're still open and washing those cars while most likely freezing their hineys off!!! There is also a frequent flyers card, which leads to free washes! read more

The owner JR goes out of his way for his customers. I took my brand new car there to get washed, and then noticed some marks on my paint. I obviously returned immediately to show them. We later realized the marks must have already been there before the car wash, but JR still decided that he was going to personally buff them out for me. I have a new car And I stopped a Dairy Queen to get a milkshake And Got home 10 minutes later, I noticed the milkshake dripped out on my Console, So as I took it out of the car it dripped on my steering wheel. The rest of the car needed to be Washed to, so I decided instead of going to a regular car wash, I would take a to bricktown In Haverstraw and have it hand washed and I got the full package for my size car. But when I left and drove down the road I noticed my dashboard and my console still had the ice cream And After paying for the interior, I noticed it was only barely Wiped down. This is by far the best car wash around, I take all 3 of my cars here every week they are always on point and if they miss anything you tell them and they always have your car leaving completely clean....This place is a one stop shop, as they detail and wax as well..I take care of my cars and its nice to have a place that takes care of my cars just as much as I do...I hope this place is open forever, I don't know what I would do or where I would go if they were not here...The owners Rock! These people are cheap and have great prices, but you get what you pay for. Since I waited in line for an hour for a hand wash, I thought I was gonna get an ultimate wash. If you just like only the exterior of your car to be shiny and clean then this place is for you, but if you're like me and like both your exterior and interior of your car clean then this place is NOT for you! There are crumbs all over my car still and clearly was not vacuumed properly. Plain and simple the car was still dirty interior-wise. My five year old nephew can clean better than these people. I have been to this location several times out of convenience, speed and the nice staff. But this morning will be the last time. The workers are nice, but time after time I have not been happy, especially for the price. The first few times it was an ok job and I blamed it on them being super busy to not really dry my jeep well. I stopped bringing mine but I've been back with my boyfriends truck several times and his other car...but also kept thinking it would come out better than my experiences. Well this weekend they have left soap on it, used rags that added dirt, the interior is now dirtier than before i went in- the mats have spray marks and drips all over that they never wiped in and the windows are streaked. The outside was barely dried, the wax they sprayed on combined with soap suds leaving white streaks... They weren't even busy and it looked a mess. We originally didn't even want the interior done, but when they said it would be $20 just for a wash (wow!) we agreed to do interior too for that price. Total waste of money and will not go again with any of our vehicles. I go to pearl river for $10 and they do a better job! read more

I've been coming here for years and always loved my service. Service there is great on your car, however they could really rethink their way they think of the customers in other ways. I accidentally left a pair of $90 sunglasses on the bench, went up the road and went back within just 10-15 minutes. In that time frame I was told the sunglasses were "not claimed" (within 10-15 min) and we're just given to some random person. Most places either have a lost and found, or at least could wait an hour if not more to just give away people's belongings to other people. 10 minutes is a little ridiculous and very Unthoughtful. They need to rethink that system as it is very Unthoughtful to customers. Please be careful and do not leave anything behind as they will give your belongings away within 10 minutes as well. I don't think I'll be giving them my service ever again and that's a shame. read more

This Auto Spa is awesome. I took my oversized SUV there and it shined like new. I was impressed by their attention to my chrome wheels and running boards; they had them shining. I didn't have to worry about scratches since everything was done by hand. The interior was cleaned including the cup holders. All this at a reasonable price! They generally do a good job on my truck but this morning was a little different in that I paid for the works and got less than what I paid for.
