I politely told her no thank you I'm going to take my car elsewhere and she said oh you can't do that they already drained your oil. She ran into the bay and came back out to say that this time they'll do a one time only for $49.99. I waited until my car was done and my bill was paid to tell her she'll never see me again. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Bricktowne Truck & Auto Spa. I brought my…read morecar in for a hand wash and they ended up damaging one of my interior door panels. This is now the second time my family has dealt with this here. My sister's car suffered similar interior damage just a week prior and there is a clear pattern of negligence. When I brought the car back a few hours later to show the damage, the manager who wears glasses was very passive and immediately tried to dodge taking ownership. He told me he would check the cameras and call me back no later than the next day. It has been several days and I still have not heard a word from him. To make matters worse, the actual cleaning was sub par. The interior was improperly cleaned and it was obvious as you could still see dirtiness on the front doors. They are clearly rushing the work and then refusing to take responsibility when they cause damage. I am sure the business will reply here with a generic message acting like they want to help or claiming they have no record of this. Don't be fooled by the professional online responses. When you stand in front of them with the damage they caused, they do everything possible to avoid accountability and hope you just go away. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually respects your property and stands by their work.

At closer inspection, the vents were still dusty, front and rear bumpers still had spots on them, seats were NOT vacuumed at all! WTF did i just waste my time and money on? After a nasty encounter with a mechanic (slim w/long hair) called me an idiot and that I don't listen, I was taken aback. Keith nor Jamie were at the shop at the time. When they returned, I explained what had happened and they promised to address it. Needless to say, they NEVER did. Also, the mechanic who called me these things was completely wrong. Furthermore, the work had gotten quite sloppy over the years. They returned my car to me and the panel under the steering column dropped off in my lap while driving. Of course I took it right back. They repaired it but should have never occurred. There were other issues albeit minor over the years, but it all added up. Basically what they lost was my trust and that of the other people I'd referred to them. Jamie specifically texted me that he had the worst first quarter ever in this current year of 2020. Maybe the way his shop handles customers is part of the loss. Everything cannot be blamed on Covid-19! It appeared that on a recent estimate, price gouging was the new order of the day. I went to another shop here in Rockland, and the price was about $125 less! They've gotten sloppy and nasty. Avoid at ALL costs!!
