I brought my 30 year old Mercedes wagon to Hi Tech Detailing after some researching the right place, and I am very happy I brought my car to them. It took a full day to detail inside and out but they really got to down to work and now my car looks like it belongs in the showroom. The crew was so friendly, relaxed and proud. I wanted to trade in my car soon, and get the most money I could get for it, but the interior was absolutely disgusting, stains all over the seats from tons of coffee and eating on the run every day. I brought my 2008 Toyota Matrix in for a deep interior cleaning. It was in bad shape! I was amazed when I came to pick it up after a 1/2 day of scrubbing and cleaning - it was sparkling! We just had our Honda Pilot fully detailed. We have a 2 year old, so the interior around his car seat has its fair share of milk spills, apple sauce, ground in cracker/cookie crumbs, bodily fluids, etc. We've also used the car to transport bags of concrete, lumber, landscaping, and pets. Had a full detail done in six hrs and the car is immaculate, looks like I just bought it brand new and the car is five years old. They only accept walk-ins after 5, but you cannot make an appointment for a car wash, unless your doing a full detail. The past 4 attempts to go there I haven't had a wash because they don't have any room even to drop off and pick up later. They do great work, better than most but get a low review due to the fact of not being allowed to make car wash appointments. read more

Mike and his team do great work! I used Hi Tech Detailing twice, once for a regular car wash, then again for an end-of-lease full detail. I went to them because the typical drive-through car wash just wouldn't cut it, even if I paid extra for detailing. Both times my car was pristine, and the service courteous and fast. They even put paper mats down so that you don't get it dirty driving out. I highly recommend them...you get your money's worth! read more

I took my wife's VW Passat she finally bought off lease in for the complete detail package (inside and out). I should point out car had a 10 year old girl and her friends wrecking havoc inside for a year... Car looked like new, they did a very nice job overall. Missed a few spots which i had to have them redo, but guy who seemed like the owner told me to look it over and let him know if i saw any problems and they would be happy to fix it. Ran $150 plus $10 for dark color plus tax ( It's a bit more for minivans and larger SUV's). My only complaint is they could have got into the nooks and crannies of the cup holders and dash and such with some small brushes/qtips/etc and really got them cleaned out. So little more "detailing" would be nice but overall we were quite happy. Paint job looked 1000% better. Would return again. read more

Great job with our minivan...I called and left vm on Saturday morning (7am) regarding availability for a full detail...George called back by 7:45am and asked to bring in the van. I dropped off the van at 8:30am and was told that I would get a call when done. I got a call at 4:30pm saying minivan was ready for pick up. On Jan. 2, I called Hi Tech to inquire about getting a hand car wash that day. I was told I did not need an appointment and that they are open until 7pm. So I began driving to Hi Tech and arrived 20 minutes later. It was now 6:35pm. But the lights were off. The door was locked. The business was closed. An employee for the body shop next door said that all of Hi Tech's employees had recently left for the day. I called Hi Tech, left a message describing what had happened, and nobody even called me back to apologize or provide an explanation. read more

I was looking to have the windows tinted on my 2015 Honda Accord. I called a few places and HiTech wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive but the reviews I read convinced me to give them a shot. Excellent! My car was absolutely disgusting when I brought it in and it came out looking beautiful. Mike was very nice and down-to-earth. He's the kind of person who you want to give your business. He even called and asked if he could keep the car another couple of hours so that they could redo parts of the inside to make sure that they were perfect. On top of all of that, he cleaned the inside of my headlights at no extra charge. My car is a 2000 and aside from the scratches which were already there, it looks brand new.
