I had an accident on August 4, 2025. The police had my car towed to this shop, and it has been a nightmare ever since. Allstate Insurance told me they were not allowed to inspect my car at the shop. After a month, Allstate decided to total my car and tried to tow it out, but Modzelewski's refused to release it. Instead, they charged an outrageous $10,000 just for keeping my car for one month -- $170 per day storage fee plus other "service" fees.That's much higher than all parking lot in the CT,even in the New York.Unbeliveable! Because of this shop, Allstate could not process my claim or compensate me for my car.
