Firestone screwed up my brakes to a fare-thee-well, and after fighting with them for over a year, I took my car to Rob. He laid out all my options, and then recommended a plan of action that was perfect. They are super busy, because they're honest and reliable. Yes, they have guys who will pump your gas for you if you aren't inclined to do it, but I think they're only on staff during normal business hours. When I pulled up to this place very early one morning, there was just one semi-surly guy who really didn't want to be bothered. I was having a problem with the tires on my car and he was barely interested in helping. When I came back with the same problem a couple of weeks later, he was totally not interested. The car ended up going in to the people I normally see once their shop opened for the day, and they were interested. Based on my experiences with this place, I rarely patronized it for gas. Hopefully they've gotten better, but if they haven't, then I recommend the Sunoco station down the street, across from St. Mary's Church-in-the-Highlands. They're a smaller establishment, but they're nice.

They sold me fluids and assured me it would fix the problem. But after their so-called "repairs," my car became completely undrivable. When I brought it back for more repairs, the mechanic had the nerve to tell me the car was now unfixable because I drove it while it was overheating--completely contradicting their initial diagnosis and solution. To top it off, their final "advice" to me was, "You should have sold the car years ago." This was beyond insulting after they took my money and left me with a useless vehicle. Now, I'm forced to rely on Uber just to get to work, costing me around $400 a week, completely ruining any quality of life I had. Not only did George and his son leave me without a functioning car, but they've also caused a major financial burden. This place is a total scam.
