His work is precise and takes you through the process asking questions. The house had outdated (and out of compliance / unsafe for little ones) railings. He installed wooden railings and crowns around existing posts. One personal comment is that I didn't foresee the square moldings on stair posts to scratch our arms and kids face occasionally.
