We had high expectations going in because family members had worked with Pini and his team on both a kitchen and a bathroom project and raved about their experience. From the start, Pini was straightforward, transparent, and his pricing was exactly what we were hoping for! Especially after getting quotes from other companies that were outrageously more than double. The entire project took around four weeks (a bit longer than expected, but understandable with an older home and a very detail-oriented wife)! Through it all, Pini and his crew were extremely responsive, addressing any issues right away, even on weekends. Pini personally stopped by every day to check progress and offered valuable guidance from his years of experience. He even went shopping with us for materials, which made the process so much smoother. We can't say enough great things about his crew either! They work fast, do high-quality work, and are respectful of your home and space. This was our first major renovation, and we didn't know exactly what to expect, but the experience has made us excited to take on more projects in the future. Our advice for anyone starting a renovation is to stay involved and ask lots of questions, you'll learn so much along the way. In the end, we absolutely love our new bathroom. It turned out exactly as we hoped and imagined. After waiting four years to tackle this room, it's now the nicest space in our home! So much so that the rest of the house needs to catch up! In fact it was so reasonable it allowed us to splurge on extras, like a blind-corner pullout cabinet. He estimated it would take 4-6 weeks to complete, which was less than half the time of the other quotes we received. Guess what? He had them ready in 2 weeks. The installation was a master class on attention to detail. The paint job was outstanding. We are absolutely thrilled with how the cabinetry turned out. Honestly we are trying to find other cabinetry projects for Dan because we miss him!

Olivier listened to our ideas, added his own design suggestions & came up with a design that transformed our Kitchen. We also had a bespoke cabinet made for a niche in our Family room that made good use of space, & again transformed that area. As we had to complete the demo & instal within an 8 week time frame, we went for US made cabinets, which were made & installed on time & of good quality, eg solid wood & dovetail joints. We also used A1 for flooring for the complete house, again this work was coordinated & carried out at the same time as the Kitchen renovation. The trades that A1 use are professional, friendly, turn up when planned & always leave the work area clean & tidy. Our daughter, having seen the results of our renovation is now discussing her own planned kitchen renovation with Olivier. Our next project is to renovate 2 bathrooms where we will again use Olivier & his team (including obviously Beanz) again!

The other two contractors only quoted labor and expected us to buy all the materials and fixtures ourselves. Rani, on the other hand, gave us a full package that included all labor and all materials. Once we factored in the package savings, his price was either the lowest or very close. Another big plus: we were able to go to an independent showroom and choose our shower and floor tiles as part of the package. Rani also offered a wide selection of vanities, fixtures, and high-quality hardware. His guidance throughout the process -- and the fact that he was constantly checking in -- made everything feel easy. The project started the week after we signed the papers, and his crew worked six days a week. They finished a little over three weeks later. There was one small hiccup early on. A few days into construction, I told Rani I was feeling overwhelmed by how quickly I had to make decisions about tile and everything else. I even told him we needed to slow down. He immediately said, "No problem, my job is to make you feel comfortable. Let's get the initial inspection done, and then we can pause the project until you're ready to move forward." Really helped out. Jon at the warehouse was great. We had to get more tile after our initial order and also return some tile as our contractor miscalculated some of the tile we needed. He was very helpful along the way and got us a refund on some of the extra tile. I would highly recommend Tile City to everyone. We love showing off our remodel and Tile City can be seen throughout the whole house.

Dishonest business go to Buena Tile and Stone. At first the service was pleasant and the all fees…read moreagreed upon. I was told that the products I ordered would be here in 3-5 days. Problem #1, it took 7 days and only part of the order came in the rest was back ordered for 4 weeks. Problem #2, I gave the dimensions of my bathroom floor and Tile City ordered 15 16"x16" pieces of tile for a 60 x65 bathroom. The 16x16 tiles were actually 15.75" which made the order short by 3 inches all around. So I had to order more tile because of their miscalculation. The tile I ordered was $65 the delivery fee was $105 making the total price $170. Problem #3, I picked up the order along with the back ordered tile. The warehouse person, John, assured me that both orders were on the palate. I get home the back order tile was not there. I called John, he investigated and said he needed to find the tracking number. Ooops, he discovered he had them all along but for me to pick them up is going to cost me another $76.00 delivery fee. I called up the owner and told him the story and asked him to waive the $76 delivery fee, he refused and hung up on me.
