Royal Kitchen transformed my kitchen and master bath into luxurious spaces! I worked with Armin who was truly amazing! He was easy to work with, always available, very responsive, patient and stuck to my budget. He delivered everything we originally contracted to do with very few issues or delays. I would change my mind on things several times, Armin would just go with the flow, always doing everything he could to make me happy. There were very few hiccups and their timing was great, finishing my full kitchen and master bath remodel in just under four months. They were reliable, efficient and easy to work with. My new kitchen and bath is definitely a WOW feature that has everyone saying "gorgeous"! and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Armin at Royal Kitchen and Flooring! read more

We had a second kitchen leak within a 5 year period and had to remove all our downstairs wood floors for a second time. Not fun. We decided to replace the glued down wood with snap in place- waterproof CORtec luxury vinyl flooring. We visited Armin on a Sunday and he came out for an estimate just a few days later. Of all the people we met with, my husband felt Armin was the most knowledgeable and thorough in answering his questions. And their prices were very competitive. Everything from ordering, demo, installation went smoothly. Armin was tuned in to the whole process. We love our floors! Thank you Royal Kitchen! read more

After months of searching and talking to people, we finally decided to go with Royal Kitchen and Flooring for our cabinetry work. The reason why we decided to go with RK&F is because of Armin (and great pricing, of course!). From the very beginning of meeting Armin, it was evident that he's thorough and wants to make sure we stayed within our budget. He walked us through the entire design; making sure we had all cabinet and countertop samples we wanted to test out. RK&F's team of woodworkers, plumbers, electricians, and countertop guys are fantastic. They took care in their craft and made sure we were happy with the end results. Because of the fabulous work and service, we will definitely go with RK&F again for our other home projects. read more

I highly recommend Royal Kitchens and Flooring. I recently remodeled my kitchen, master bathroom , powder room , and all the flooring throughout my entire home. I worked with Armin who helped me pick out materials and everything just turned out to be absolutely gorgeous. I used Cambria quartz in my kitchen and so glad I did even though it costs more. It came out absolutely beautiful. Once the job began , everything flowed day by day to the finish. No downtime. Great communication between all involved. Great selection of materials. The whole team at Royal was very professional. So glad Ii found this place. read more

Terrible experience. Save yourself the grief and go to another business. They do not stand behind their workmanship or their product. The salesman and owner became hostile, raised their voices and talked over me when I went into the shop to talk about the problems and poor workmanship. I went in calm, but left feeling very angry and upset. Once they have your money, you will no longer be of any interest to them. I eventually paid someone else to complete what I had already paid for at this company. read more

Had my kitchen totally remodeled this past month. The crews at Royal are fantastic. Always show up and work so hard and long till the job is right. Vic, Armin and Tonya are the best. From helping us pick styles and colors to coming up with solutions on the little details and everything in between. Such lovely people, I will honestly miss talking with them. I've heard horror stories from people who have done remodeling but this was not the case for us. Royal Kitchen is a superb company to deal with. read more

We had our kitchen, bathroom, fireplace remodeled with new floors throughout the house and even converted a large closet into a laundry room. All within our budget and on the promised schedule. Vic and Armin were a pleasure to work with and were very accomodating, professional, and patient with us through the design process. Their main concern was that we got the kitchen of our dreams. Once the designs were finalized things really started moving. The crews were very professional and efficent, and we had our house completed in 7 weeks. A few weeks later we had a very minor issue and we reached out to Armin. The next day they wre at our house fixing the problem. It's nice to know that there is acompany that will stand behind their work and not leave you hanging even though the job was done. Thank you Vic and Armin. We really appreciate you and all of your crews. Rob and Shannon M. read more

There are a few things I want to make clear at the beginning of this review. One is that I started this project by interviewing three different companies. Second, I have very definite ideas of what I want and I'm not easily swayed. (This knocked out the first competitor. They make a very pretty, very similar kitchen for every client. They didn't have samples, but a small booklet with very few choices of colors and finishes and absolutely no customization.) Thirdly, this is not my first renovation. I have learned the hard way to only work with professionals who are responsive and timely in returning calls, etc... (This knocked out the second competitor. They were two hours late for the first meeting and although they promised a quote within the next couple of days, did not get back to me for nearly a week.) Armin from Royal was on time for our meeting, asked thoughtful questions and their showroom is a dream!!! When I went in to make choices, I met Vic and Tonya. I truly felt that they wanted to give me exactly what I wanted and that we were a team! I wanted something very high end and different. I had a vision and they helped me to bring it to life. I ended up not choosing a sample for cabinets, but showed them the color and gloss that I liked and they created a sample that was "spot on"! I also have high ceilings and wanted the cabinets to go all the way up. That is exactly what I got. I have the kitchen I pictured and "my team" worked with me every step of the way. I highly recommend Royal Kitchens and Flooring. They are professional and they go out of their way to ensure that the customer is happy at the end of the project. read more

Armin and his crew were efficient, friendly, and did an amazing job with our countertops. They listened to what I wanted, made it happen, and gave professional advice along the way & when I needed it. The countertops got installed incredibly quickly -- way before what any other company was quoting on lead & install times. I thought installing countertops would be an aggravating process, but they made it pleasant and easy. Thank you!!! read more

Armin helped us with our kitchen countertops. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I like to take time to make decisions, and he was not pushy at all, very patient. I went to the store a few times and he was always busy, with calls. On the day I went to finalize my contract, he was on a call with a customer who needed their trashed hauled that day even thought it wasn't scheduled for that day. After they hung up, I was siting in front of him, he called someone else, and asked someone at the store, to get it taken care of that day. Everyone seemed busy but he really insisted to get one of his guys to go do the clean up. I wanted to point that out because the customer on the other end probably doesn't realize he had to shuffle his crew/schedule to address the same-day request. On top of that, he was very polite and professional to his team when asking them to get it done, it didn't sound like he was ordering them around, but more like asking them for help. For our kitchen, we weren't sure what the schedule would be, but he knew it would be inconvenient for us to not have sink / stove with a baby. He did his best to make it work for us. The team came and spent half a day demo-ing the existing counters, and came back just the next day to do the installation. It was a very quick turnaround, we are very pleased with the work, well done. Highly recommended business. We will go back to them with our future needs. read more

We worked with Armin for our kitchen and flooring remodel and had a great experience. It took us months to complete our remodel from picking the flooring and cabinets to completing the install but Armin walked us through the entire process and was very accommodating, professional, and easy to work with. He made multiple renderings for me until I was happy with the layout. He was flexible and let us bring in our own sub contractors for some parts i.e the countertops. He was never pushy and I believe gave us a very fair quote for the work. Once we signed on the dotted line, demo and construction started on time and finished in the estimated timeline. We were very happy with the subcontractors who did the demo and the floor too. Armin was very responsive for updates and questions while construction was going on. There were NO surprises in the budget and we paid exactly the amount on our quote. All in all, we were very happy with our experience with Royal Kitchen and will not hesitate to hire them again for future work! read more

I can't say enough great things about Royal Kitchen and Flooring!! They helped us design a brand new kitchen and installed our new flooring. Their prices are very reasonable, along with great service. From the moment we first met Armin, who helped design our kitchen, we knew we were in good hands. He was so nice and professional. We were having trouble with our refrigerator location but he figured out a solution. We then went to meet with Tonya to help with choosing our cabinets, counter top, etc. She is so nice and helpful. she's very patient. She helped us through every step. There is also Andy, who helped coordinate and deliver our products. Again , he is so nice and professional and concerned about everything being done professionally. Vic the owner is awesome. There were a few things that came up along the way that we weren't expecting and he took care of them, no charge. He does not overcharge you for every little thing like some contractors do. My mistake was not going with Royal Kitchen and Flooring to begin with. Instead, I met someone in Ben Moore Paint, next to Royal Kitchen and he said he made custom cabinets. Not true, plus they are made of particle board. After spending $16,500.44 I realized that this guy didn't know what he was doing, electrical plates, fillers because cabinets didn't fit, etc. Allen Knighton. Do not use him. Thank goodness Royal Kitchen and Bath didn't throw me out of their show room when I went crawling back. Their cabinets are made of maple, not particle board. The owner was just as nice as can be. Really feft sorry for me when I showed him photos of the shoddy cabinets. He is going to repair all the damage done by Allen Knighton. One shower in the guest bath has to be completely re-done because Allen Knighton pulled off bull nose. The bull nose and tile are discontinued. As he started pulling it off, I said "Maybe you better not do that because that tile may have been discontinued". He said "This is Dal Tile, you can get it anywhere". Not true. It is discontinued. That's what I get for thinking I was getting a better deal. NO WAY. Plus, he was referred by John at Ben Moore Paints. Anyway, I just want to thank Royal Kitchen, Vick and his staff, Tanya. They are pleasant and, truly felt bad for me. I came home today with beautiful samples and certainly can see the difference between particle board and maple. I spotted the particle board too late. This was a linen closet at the end of the hallway had been put up but, was not painted. That also has to come out. It is bowing. That is when I saw it was particle board. Plus, you never use particle board in a bath. Allen Knighton did. OK with all that being said, Royal Kitchen, Vick and staff are wonderful. And, in the end less expensive better quality, beautiful selection. They are very professional and only want to please you. I am just happy that they are willing to fix the mess made by Allen Knighton and do my master bath. At least I stopped Allen Knighton before he tried to demolish my master bath. In the end, the saying "You get what you pay for" is so true. In this case Allen Knighton was at least $6,000.00 than Royal Kitchen and Bath. Again, thank you Royal Kitchen, Vick and Tanya. We had a major bathroom and kitchen leak shortly after moving into our new house. It was quite devastating as we didn't budget for redoing our whole kitchen and master bath immediately after moving in! Luckily Armin and Vic were quick to help us get our kitchen and master bath back together. We are very pleased with the results! They also worked closely with our insurance to help close the gap between the insurance's much lower estimate and their quote (which was similarly priced to others in the area). They were always quick to respond and fix any mishaps along the way which can be expected with large construction projects! Thank you both very much! read more

We hired Royal to install laminate flooring and renovate our two bathrooms. Two things I give them credit for: a good selection of materials to choose from and completion of work in a timely manner. However, we had several issues with the work: the flooring was installed without first cleaning up the underlayment, so the floor creaks badly; the new shower fixture did not provide hot water; the grout at the bottom of the shower cracked within a week or two (they came out and patched over with some more grout, and it too cracked); and they installed a rusted-out pipe nipple, which connects to the spout in the whirlpool tub, so that we were essentially left taking a mud bath. We mentioned the flooring issue repeatedly but got all kinds of stories about how the creaking is normal, it will go away, etc. Once I discovered the rustly pipe nipple, months later, I texted a picture of it to them and after a few days got a reply "what do you want us to do about it?". We've had to pay a handyman to fix the plumbing and grout problems, and we're just living with the floor as is. A disappointing experience, overall. read more

I strongly recommend Royal Kitchen and Flooring. Vick is so professional and accommodating, and he is not at all pushy (or salesman like). He and his staff did an excellent job getting us what we needed for our insurance claim. Tonya was very helpful when we were piecing together the new look for our home, and it came out beautifully. The crews that installed the cabinets, countertops, backsplash, and flooring (throughout the house) were all very friendly and professional, and everything looks amazing! On top of all of that, their prices were significantly lower than the other company we spoke with, and they finished all of the work in an extremely short amount of time! I purchased a new condo and wanted to remodel the kitchen and replace the floors before moving in but the purchase was a probate sale so I couldn't commit to placing any orders until the court approved the sale. I shopped around and most places weren't interested in assisting my situation or said due to the pandemic it's going to take weeks or maybe months to get it done. Royal Kitchen and Floors wasn't fazed by my situation and agreed it was smart to start the process early - I first met with them in Sept. Vic came out and did all the measurements and made great suggestions and committed to working with me on the timeline around the probate sale. I worked with Armin on the design and he was great in making sure what I was interested in was in stock and if wasn't came up with alternative options. They are very accommodating, and I was able to get multiple samples of flooring and cabinets to finalize my design. Once the court approved my sale in early Dec and I closed a few days later, they were out to demo the day after I closed, and I had my entire remodel done in time for move in mid Jan. They are competitive in their prices and while there was a miss communication around installation of the backsplash Armin was quick to provide me my options and support my decision on what was within my budget. Their installers are great and very accommodating to scheduling, professional and informative on how best to care for the products they installed. Even after installation when a minor issue was uncovered Armin was quick to respond and have the installer come back out to resolve. Everyone at the store is very helpful and willing to answer "all' your questions, provide suggestions and share their knowledge without being pushy or condescending. Armin was always available to answer questions and respond to my emails at all hours. I don't think he sleeps :-) Their customer service separates them from the competition, and I highly recommend anyone to Royal Kitchen & Floors and look forward to working with them when I remodel my bathrooms next year. read more

Royal Kitchen and Flooring did our recent remodel, including all kitchen countertops, wood flooring throughout and some tile work. Vic and his crew, Tonya and Armin have been so wonderful and professional in every sense. They helped us find all the right products by suppling multiple samples, hands on help and lots of handholding through the process. Vic is a true professional who cares about his clients and provides the utmost value by making trips to your home to measure and consult on ideas. He's got many years of experience in the business and it shows through his interactions with everyone. Tonya is so personable and patient with clients - always following through on requests. Her attitude is sweet and accommodating- even if she's not feeling 100%. Vic's crew who installs flooring & countertops are professionals in their own fields and have been working with him for many years. Every morning I flip on the light and take to heart our new kitchen and floors with gratitude; it just feels good to look at it -- from the texture of the hardwood, to the color of the cabinets, to the spaciousness that was once closed up. One of my favorite things: closing the cabinet after getting my coffee cup (soft close!). This was a total remodel. We could not be happier with the result or with the process. We found Royal Kitchen and Flooring on Yelp, and their positive reviews led us to visit. We immediately appreciated what seemed a genuine warmth from both Vic and Armin. As weeks passed and we worked closely with them in all kinds of situations, it became evident the warmth and caring are genuine. Vic and Armin, and their entire team, provided experience, expertise, good judgment, and talent. The prices were competitive (much lower than some estimates), but importantly, never were we up-charged or "nickeled-and-dimed" for anything. Royal said what the price would be for various options, and never changed that (except to pass along a discount they were able to get). Vic and Armin (and Tonya) stand by their word. Armin designs the kitchens and is able to show computer renderings. He never lost his patience with us even going through dozens of iterations over weeks, and he was responsive in a way that seemed like it was 24 hours a day seven days a week. We are so thankful we found Royal, so thankful we worked with them instead of piecing together different vendors. Vic organized the actual work and it happened just as he said it would. He can organize installers he works with or accommodate your own contractor for parts. It all went smooth and fast. Vic's teams of installers each worked hard and efficiently, staying late if needed. They were respectful and easy to have in our house for a few days. The cabinets are high quality and it is a joy to open and close them -- good, solid craftsmanship. We have only accolades for Royal and not a single complaint. We consider them, and they us, our new friends. read more
