    Our new kitchen cabinets

    What a beautiful kitchen Kevin and his A1 team built for us! The cabinets are beautiful, very functional and a very clean, slick look. The installation went very well. They did a super job in measuring everything exactly and putting the kitchen together. Their personnel were polite and worked hard until the job was completed. The company they recommended for the countertops did a beautiful job. The management team was involved, supportive, friendly and very customer focused.

    This is a small store at Moorpark and TO Blvd. where you can order IKEA merchandise. It is a…read moresatellite of the Burbank IKEA. If something is in stock at Burbank, you can have it shipped to the store for free and avoid 90 miles of driving round trip from Thousand Oaks. If not in stock at IKEA Burbank, many items can be shipped to your house. The website says you need at least one furniture item (which includes cabinetry and other big items) to get it shipped to the TO store for free, but I'm not sure if that's strictly enforced. If all you want are some plates or towels, ask the employees. Small items delivery to your house is $5, large is $49 per IKEA, https://www.ikea.com/us/en/customer-service/services/delivery/ Shipping is reasonable for small items. If you have seen IKEA stuff on Amazon, it is being sold by third parties and is usually more expensive. See https://www.ikea.com/us/en/customer-service/knowledge/articles/6ggc1ddg-53df-4d0b-9bb2-f91e3c5dffe6.html If you know what you want, it is a big convenience. There were 3 employees there when I went in on a Sunday and one other customer. The TO store has many samples for things like cabinetry, but you won't find a showroom full of sofas or chairs. These guys need more customers. I'm the first reviewer on Yelp, and the guy I talked to there said he would take my suggestion and ask corporate to claim this business on Yelp.     Showcase Kitchens & Bath did a complete remodel on our master bathroom, and did a fantastic job…read more I'm thrilled with the results! I wouldn't go anywhere else to have work done. I had 3 other estimates before finding Showcase, and even know they are pricey, there were no hidden costs, as I could tell there would be with other companies. Scott West came out and was very thorough at helping me find all the materials and do the design. His integrity and expertise made it go smoothly. We had the ceiling and 2 walls removed, and added an outer wall, it was a huge undertaking. Once all the decisions were made, it was handed over to Steve Love, the project manager, who was amazing! Steve is a perfectionist, and involved in even the tiniest details. He gave me everything I wanted and more. They kept the project clean, and kept me informed at every move. They showed up everyday as promised. We did go over the completion date, but that's because I changed my mind several times, and Steve accommodated me at every level. He walks around with a small flashlight inspecting every inch of the project daily, making sure it's going correctly. Their subcontractors were all professional and highly trained. I highly recommend Showcase Kitchen and Bath, I wouldn't try to save money and just find hidden costs and headaches, these are the guys to go to!

    We paid $3,000 for a design, of which 50% was supposed to be used as a credit if we went with them…read more We had sticker shock when we saw their estimate so we got 3 other bids through referrals from friends. The cabinets were 50% more and construction costs were 75% more than other bids for the same work! We obviously chose to go elsewhere but they refused to release the designs, so we basically burned $3,000 and a lot of time only to learn that they were unnecessarily expensive. When I asked them for the designs they became defensive and refused to provide them. During this process, we also ordered a bathroom vanity from them that was 50% more than what we could have purchased locally, but we liked the design and were already working with them so we proceeded. The vanity took a month longer than expected to arrive and was wrong, but at this point we couldn't wait any more because the project had been held up so much. The people we worked with were all nice but their pricing and policies are completely out of touch with the market today. I wish I could recommend them but there are so many better options.

    Horrible sales staff and even worse management…read more If you're in the market for a Wolf appliance, I strongly recommend finding a different authorized Wolf dealer based on my experience with sales representative Jennifer Palmer and manager Anthony Dux. Despite presenting themselves as experienced and knowledgeable, they demonstrated a lack of understanding regarding Wolf products, including compatibility requirements and code compliance issues. The customer care team, whom I was thrown over to by Jennifer and was supposed to assist with troubleshooting a damaged $7,000 range, instead focused on blaming me for not inspecting the appliance and repeatedly claimed there was no damage to the range door. Their position was ultimately contradicted by the Wolf factory-certified technician they dispatched at my insistence. The technician confirmed the damage and proceeded to repair it. Customers purchasing premium appliances deserve knowledgeable sales support, professional customer service, and accountability when issues arise. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Save your hard-earned money and purchase from another Wolf authorized dealer that truly understands the products they sell. Based on my experience, I would recommend Pacific Sales instead. Don't waste your valuable time or money with this company.

    1-Star Review: Worst Customer Service & Installation Experience Ever!! WDC Moorpark…read more I normally don't write reviews, but my experience with WDC in Moorpark has been so unbelievably frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. I purchased a floor model dishwasher in mid October. A couple days later, I was contacted about delivery & told it would be coming Thursday between 4-6 PM. I immediately called back & spoke with Luis (hands down the WORST salesperson I have ever dealt with). I told him I was not available Thursday & asked if they could reschedule for Friday or another day. He said he would "look into it." Never heard from him again. Sure enough, on Thursday while I was out I get a call from my daughter that the delivery guys are outside. I tell her to let them in & have them install. Minutes later, she calls me with the installer on the line telling me they can't install because they're "missing the installation kit." WTF? What were they there to do then? And mind you I PAID an extra $200 for installation. They leave and say they'll reschedule. A week later, they come back. The installer asks ME if I have the installation kit. Again... WTF? Why would I have it if I paid them for installation? They leave again. A few days later, they come back & NOW they say they can't install because they're missing a drain hose. WTF again this is literally their job. Why are they showing up unprepared every single time? Another week goes by. They come back with the drain hose... only to discover it's too short, so they need to come back AGAIN. Meanwhile, Diana is texting me asking how the installation went. I explain everything that has gone wrong, & she tells me not to worry they'll schedule a pickup for a return so I can select a new dishwasher. Like... WHAT? The dishwasher isn't the problem your installation team is! No one in the store communicates. No one writes notes. No one follows up. Nothing. During the latest failed installation, I called Luis again who I've been nothing but patient & polite with he tells me he will order the correct part and call me back. OF COURSE I never hear from him. I finally call him a week later to check in, & he casually says, "Yes, it was ordered. MY BAD for not calling you. It should be here in two weeks." Two weeks past Thanksgiving after I've already been dealing with this disaster for over a month! When I finally get upset on the phone & lose it, he says: "Ma'am, I cannot help you now. I'm helping other customers." Oh so F me then, I don't matter anymore? I told Diana everything again, & she said she would handle it. Then she texts me that the warehouse actually had the missing drain hose the entire time, which means Luis never even checked. During this time, Dani also calls to check on the service. For the record, Danny was the ONLY person who showed actual concern. All three, Luis, Diana, and Danny told me they would talk to Anthony, the manager, & that he would call me. He never did. Not once. To top it all off, I also bought a microwave from them a month before... & THAT came with the wrong filters. This has been the absolute worst experience I've had with any appliance store. Zero communication, zero organization, zero accountability. I would never ever recommend WDC Moorpark to anyone.
