Our car garage framing was not safe at all, and it was a matter of time that it would collapse! Not safe at all but we were on a budget. I cannot Express my gratitude to Scott. My husband and I are in Fl, but my Mother in law is in Sevierville Tn. She had electrical issues.. had a good electrician come out, but could not find the issue. Today I was bound and determined to find the right person.. after several phone calls and checking reviews, I knew Scott was the right person! Requested a quote through Yelp and Scott replied quickly. After a little description of the job he quoted a fair and decent price. I got 3 quotes and he was in the middle. After reading more reviews on the lowest quote I decided upon Scott and his crew. Ryan showed up on time and took care of the ceiling fan and tv mount in no time flat. As a consumer what would I want to know about Scott and his company, No Limits Construction. First and foremost, he followed up on my phone call, second he showed up on time and third, he said yes to my vision. Previously, I had interviewed other contractors and they told me, "not to do anything as far as remodeling goes, just replace." They gave what they wanted to do and Not what I was asking. So, as I interviewed Scott, his attitude was sure we can do that. To my surprise! He met me at the City of Camarillo and off we went onto getting permits pulled for the scope of work I wanted. A remodeled open concept kitchen and floor plan. The project was well on it's way. I'm extremely happy and satisfied! I called No Limits construction to do a few odd jobs around the house. one was to place a birdhouse in the garden so my husband could see it from his bed. I was out when they arrived (my error). Spoke with Scott and explained why i wanted it placing in a certain area and he continued with the work in my absence. I was very very surprised to find he had positioned it, not where i thought it should be but in a much better position. He completed other work around the house in the same manner. Scott and his handyman employee were great. I was in need of a handyman service several months ago due to a leaky sink at a rental property. I hired Scott and his crew due to the reviews here on yelp. 99.9% of these reviews are spot on. Scott was great to deal with. Very prompt, professional, and honest. My tenant was even very pleased with the professionalism of the employee who performed the necessary repairs that included replacing a faucet and repairing water damage to the cabinet. Due to that experience, I called upon Scott and his crew again this past week when I felt I had a possible roof leak. I did some investigating myself and then called upon Scott for his expert opinion. Scott arranged to meet with me and I asked him to confirm my beliefs by climbing into my attic space ( a vaulted ceiling with limited crawl space) to see what he could find. Scott didn't hesitate and was able to confirm that there were no signs of a roof leak. Scott spent approximately 30 minutes talking with me and when all was said and done, didn't want to charge me! He provided me with a written estimate that was very thorough. Work on the project started on the day I had reserved with him and everything stayed on schedule. My daughter contacted Scott to scrap the popcorn ceilings at the house they were buying. He did that & ended up doing additional work at her house, then worked on our sons house which included tile work, texturing & painting, stucco, laminated wood flooring & many other things. Scott is an incredible and reliable contractor. We discovered his name from Yelp, and couldn't be happier with the work he did around our home. We had a huge "honey-do" list and he knocked everything out. He has a wealth of experience and completed each project quickly and efficiently. In just a few days he fixed our sagging fence by ratcheting the fence together and fixing the posts, reset our front window which had become impossible to close (it now closes perfectly), replaced railroad ties for a retaining wall, patched and repaired dry rot, replaced door knobs with levers, removed dated blinds, and most recently installed granite in our kitchen.
