A photograph shows a white wall with a prominent vertical crack running from near the top to the bottom of the image. The crack appears irregular and slightly wider in some areas, with visible rough edges and some discoloration around it.

Long awaited review. Communication is serious lacking. Jesse was really nice and understanding at first but his worth ethic is terrible. We were really patient and understanding because we get it he runs a business and we changed a few things here and there but it took 8-9 weeks to redo our very small bathroom. I can't remember the amount of times Jesse would say they would be here tomorrow and they wouldn't show up for a day even two with zero communication. We would have to reach out and ask when they're coming. Despite the communication and time it took to finish this project because again, they would skip days we paid them 10k(~70% of the total) before they finished. Why? They were asking for payment even though it wasn't complete. For some reason I felt bad it was taking so long and I know he had to pay his guys, but that's not really a me problem. I was 9 months pregnant and about to give birth we kept telling them we really need them to finish up(please actually be here to finish and/or bring more than 1 guy). They were unable to finish and I was home with a newborn and toddler while they finished it up. As soon as they finished they wanted to do the walk through asap of course to get the final payment. They didn't have the time to wait for my husband to do it- again I had just gave birth. So, I had to do the walkthrough without my husband and paid him. After my haze though I realized how terrible of a job they did with the tile; leaving chips, grout unevenness and less than 2 years later grout is falling out of in some places. For some reason they used 2 pieces on the door frame despite us having lots of framing material laying around. When I reached out a few months later to request he fix the severe grout issue he sent 2 highschool looking kids with a tiny $5 looking tool from home depot they just bought and within a couple hours they were gone. It looks worse than before. He never followed up after that. They started August 7th and the walkthrough was Oct 4th. We still need to get it fixed by someone else.

new pantry cabinet to right of refrigerator that exactly matches existing pantry and other cabinets

Jesse and his crew did a wonderful job in my kitchen. They demo'd the back wall to make room for an under counter washer and dryer hidden by pocket doors. This entailed adding a deeper countertop, replacing several cabinets, adding plumbing, 220 electrical and relocating an HVAC vent. We also added a full height pantry cabinet with pull out shelves, and upgraded the shelves on an existing pantry cabinet. The new cabinets, countertop and paint look great. They managed to save my marble backsplash and all upper cabinets, and the new countertop is a very close match to the existing marble countertop. My wood floors were well protected, the team was polite, tidy and on time. A couple cabinet doors needed adjustments following the walkthrough and they were fixed the next day. The end result looks like it has always been there - a seamless match. Communication was very good - Jesse promptly answered my questions via text and it was clear each week what would happen. I wanted the project finished by Thanksgiving and they were done by that Monday.

After - bathroom floor - Bathroom featuring a marble-look tile floor with large white tiles and gray veining. The toilet is positioned next to a vanity with drawers and silver handles. A bathtub with a shower curtain is visible in the background. The image shows the floor's pattern and the bathroom fixtures clearly.

I had several problems that needed to be solved - painting walls of a stairway 20 feet high, replacing a bathroom floor, replacing the stand of a water heater and furnace that was basically destroyed by the water leak of the old water heater and the drywall and painting of an under stairs closet. First, I want to say Jesse was great to deal with. He responds quickly, gets a very detailed estimate out after coming to the home and going through what needs to be done. And then he is ready to start - not next month but in a couple of days and starts when he says they are going to start and gets everything finished in a very timely manner yet work done very diligently and carefully. Second, this is definitely a family company with his brothers and nephew. Third, everyone is a pleasure to work with and they pay attention to details. I am very happy with the work that was done and would not hesitate to call again if I need more work done and have already advised others to use them.

The image shows two fireplaces placed side by side. The left fireplace has a rustic stone surround with irregularly shaped stones and a simple hearth, with a fire burning inside. The right fireplace has a modern design with a gray tile surround, a wooden mantel, and a tiled hearth, with no fire visible. Both fireplaces are set against plain interior walls, highlighting their contrasting styles.

A longer lifespan, improved leak and crack resistance, improved elasticity, efficiency and reflectivity, made silicone my first choice over other roofing coatings and materials. Despite it being a costlier investment, this was going to be the protective layer on the costliest investment I've made thus far in my life, my home. Enter Nema Roofing. They came in at a very reasonable cost and I watched as their team tore off the old roofing materials, fixed the areas that needed repair, washed everything down, and then created my new roof, layer by layer. In addition, I also had them replace my aging dome skylight while they were up there. True professionals, Adam, Mike, and the Nema team made the process easy. They showed up on schedule day after day until the work was complete.

They were not the cheapest quote I got, but obviously a roof is not something you want to skimp too much on, and they also were not the most expensive. This company completed the work on time, and didn't cut any corners. They were always available to answer my questions and took care to explain every step. From Mike's attention to detail and Adam's expertise, I really felt like I found the best company for not only our roof, but any future building/renovation needs I may have. I have already recommended them to a friend, who also found them to be polite, respectful, knowledgeable and fair. Thanks for a job well done, guys! Our new roof looks great!!

Every detail was executed with precision, and his team consistently delivered work that matched the vision perfectly. I've collaborated with many contractors over the years, and Walter stands out for his no-nonsense communication, fair and accurate bids, and his ability to problem-solve without cutting corners. He's knowledgeable, easy to work with, and maintains a great attitude even through the inevitable curveballs of a large remodel.
