Despite the fact that the table was packaged as if it were glass, complete with a custom made wooden crate inside of the cardboard box, the table arrived nearly destroyed with one whole side and two legs completely torn off the rest of the desk. This stroke of bad luck changed immediately. Larry was prompt to reply to my online inquiry and showed up the same evening to fix the table. Larry fixed the table to like new condition. You cannot tell it was nearly destroyed unless you turn it upside down to notice a very slight imperfection. Best of all, Larry communicates with you. If he's running behind for any reason he's prompt to call or text. He is also punctual. And reliable. Communication, reliability, and punctuality are very important to me.
