This is the second time in 3 years that I used JB for home improvement projects. This time was just as 5* as when he did my kitchen remodel. This time he updates electrical outlets and plugs through my house, fixed a couple doors, installed a new wired smoke detector and thermostat that are "smart electronics" and work off of Apps. He fixed grout in my master shower and floor that had cracked and started to lift up after only a few years. He also used mortar to fix up my brick was that was falling down. José just repaired our wooden fence which got blown down by recent winds. He used sturdy metal posts set in concrete to reinforce the wooden posts, which look like they'll now be able to withstand Camarillo's strong winds. He also replaced a kitchen faucet and restored some desk drawers that were falling apart and now they're like new! He was very professional, punctual, neat, and thorough. Where do I begin...I contacted Jose with a pretty extensivespecialized list of things that I needed done to my RV to bring a Mobile Spa concept to life. Top of list was having a bathroom installed to ensure that it is up to state code. Firstly, I will say that from the moment José came by to assess the work to be done, his entire vibe was beyond knowledgeable and friendly. It's rare that you meet people you genuinely trust from jump, but José is THAT guy. A genuinely good human being (not what I hired him for but icing on the cake nonetheless..lol) His background and experience with every aspect of RV's, made him the perfect guy for the job and it was a no-brainer to proceed with him. He not only built a custom bathroom for my RV according to my vision, but he also installed a new mechanical awning, slide-out awning, installed new water tanks, replaced/installed electrical outlets, re-did all plumbing, including installing a recirculating chemical flush toilet and beautiful sink. As José dove into the job, there were a number of Needed repairs that he brought to my attention based on my desired use for the RV. I cannot express enough how appreciative I am for the attention to detail and very high quality of work performed. It came out better than I could have ever imagined. His commitment to ensuring that the job was done to my satisfaction was of top priority for Jose and even with the "customer-inflicted" expanded scope of the project, he was always patient, flexible, and genuinely kind. Impeccable service! The bottom line is that it is super rare to find great quality work coupled with top notch service AND professionalism! It involved reframing and narrowing an opening in our front entry and re-installation of the old swinging doors into a barn door configuration.
