Original kitchen floorplan when we purchased our house.

Our experience with Carlos was amazing! His team came and did a full demo of our kitchen and I'm completely in love with the results. He was there every step of the way and provided feedback when we had questions about different ideas. We look forward to working with him again in the future!

bathroom after remodel

Avila Construction performed a turnkey remodel on time for me for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. They installed new floors, painted, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. The work was clean, Carlos was very responsive, and crew friendly. See before and after photos.

Before (kitchen) eww

We first came across Avila Construction here on Yelp. Our kitchen was in major need of a remodel (hideous pink countertops from the 60's) and met with Carlos for an estimate soon after. He listened to our ideas as well as our concerns ($). He had a great input on what would work for our space and budget. Our kitchen was completed gutted, took down a low-bearing wall and inserted an appropriate beam to give us an open concept kitchen. They also installed new flooring throughout the whole house and turned our sunroom into a functional dining room. We are extremely pleased and thankful for the results and the workmanship of the Avila crew!

Then with no pressure whatsoever, gave me the time to go back through my options and find my perfect piece of Quartz. I've been told I tend to think things to death, so this was much appreciated. I made my selection and was scheduled for demolition and on-site measurements early the next week. Johnathan (demolition) and Daniel (measurements) arrived as scheduled on consecutive days. Both went off without a hitch. A few days later I received a text with photos of my slab layout for approval, immediately followed by a phone call from Joey who went over the project in detail. No issues. Fabrication was completed and installation was scheduled for early the following week. Tuesday to be exact. I was elated as this was exactly two weeks from the day I walked into the store. Jose and Mauricio arrive in the morning and finished the installation and clean-up before noon. I absolutely love my new double vanity countertop with the undermount sinks. I had to stop admiring it long enough to write this review. :-) From start to finish (Leanna), everyone I interacted with was friendly, patient, and committed to their piece of the puzzle. Kudos to everyone and thank you for making this painless. I will gladly recommend Ventura Stone to family, friends, and anyone who will listen.

The crew showed up on time, explained the plan clearly, and worked fast without cutting corners. They replaced the pipes and valves, fixed the problem completely, and the workmanship was top level. What really stood out was how clean and organized they were and how well they restored the area after the work. The yard was left looking great and everything is working perfectly now. Great communication, great quality, fair pricing, and honestly one of the best contractor experiences we've had. Highly recommend All Pro Construction.

The team was professional and courteous. I like the fact that they would ask for confirmation or make suggestions before specific portions of work started. An example was when the grout was going in and they brought over samples to make sure we were happy with the decision. They also recommended a different mirror from the original one we chose due to the size. We're glad we went with their suggestion. I also appreciate that they cleaned up at the end of day. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. We would definitely recommend going with All Pro Construction!

It is over 100 years old, was a restaurant in town in the 1920's, and was hauled up a big hill in the 1940's and plopped in a field! Mama and Papa raised three kids here with ONE bathroom. so when we decided to get a new shower and called Alex Flores, the salesman for Re-Bath, we knew the challenges Alex and his crew would face...and, boy, did they face them!!! What a marvelous job they all did. Alex outlined the contract in excellent, layman's terms detail and it was followed to a tee! Then, Victor and Gabriel, two brothers, came out to do the job. With our existing shower, and what was behind it, just putting in the pan took four hours instead of the usual thirty minutes. The guys got here at 9:10am and left at 9:10pm and the install was PERFECT!! They didn't miss ANYTHING, including a great job cleaning up! We are extremely happy with our finished shower and will ALWAYS recommend Re-Bath Pacific Coast to anyone!

Looks like my review was deleted so I'm going to rewrite it…read more They were hired through Home Depot to have a shower and a bathtub redone. While the workers did their best (overworked and underpaid), the end result was horrible. The actual product they sell is cheap, hard to clean, and visibly low budget compared to what they sell you on. Customer service and management is horrible. Inspections failed 4 or 5 times. The inspector said if they have to come out one more time to a failed inspection, they would have to start charging. What ended up being a 6 week project turned into over 4 months. I understand that some projects take a long time but this wasn't a full bathroom makeover. They were ONLY doing a 1 person shower and tub which was all drop in and not custom built. Not to mention we had to patch a hole and repaint the walls outside the bathrooms because they were sloppy with handling. We also had to re-caulk a lot of it as it was lumpy and peeling after a few weeks. I think what really set me off was their follow ups. I spoke to them when I noticed things started going down hill. Then complained when it looked like nothing was getting better. Even complained to Home Depot in hopes they could do something as we went through them. Afterwards, they followed up acting like the previous conversations never happened and everything was perfect. And then today I get a text asking about us an inquiry we sent in like they haven't already done the work. I don't know what CRM they use but they need a new one or need to train their staff better . I wish I still had my photos of the initial work as this was before Covid. Stop reaching out to me. Side note: the only positive thing about the whole experience was they left us a rubber duck. Most expensive and headache inducing rubber duck.
