I definitely recommend Quality Construction & Painting. Owner Bill Bigler has an easy demeanor and decades of experience. The crew of two (he has more) that he sent to do a modest size skim-coat-and-texture job for me was polite, experienced and efficient, such that what potentially could have needed at least part of a second day to finish was started and finished in one. They cleaned up after themselves, and the job price was fair. I'm happy. Now I can finally get on with wrapping up this project. Contact QCP if you need some work done. I will again in the future. Can't say enough good things about QCP. From start to finish, I knew I had made the right choice. I needed to have my garage door painted. Certainly not a big job but Bill made me feel as if I were his only customer. After we spoke, he had Chuy come to the house. After a pleasant conversation, we decided on the color, etc. The next day he called to confirm his guys would be there the following morning at 7:30. When I went out to the garage at 7:20 they were already there. Chuy introduced me to the guys and they started working. When I returned home at noon, they were gone. The door was sparkling and from the looks of the job site, you'd never know anyone was there. Great service, great workmanship; and all at a reasonable price. I know I'll be doing more business with them in the future. Thank you QCP. read more

Bill runs Quality Construction & Painting the way you'd want every contractor to operate: transparently and honestly. Before any work started, he walked with me and went through the entire scope in detail, making sure I understood exactly what was involved and why. He never pushed for extra work just to pad the job, and if something wasn't necessary, he told me so straight up. What stood out most was how fair he was throughout. No surprises, no upselling, just a guy who does what he says he's going to do. If you want a contractor who treats you like an actual person and stands behind the work when it's done, Bill's your guy. read more

Experience couldn't have been better. Bill and his crew not only did a perfect job with a complicated stucco repair (laundry area, lots of pipes and outlets), but were always on time and everyone was a great communicator. QCP does more than painting and stucco, and we're stoked to know that we can now move forward with more projects with real confidence in our contractor. Prices were more than fair. read more

We hired QCP to replace the siding on parts of our home and handle the painting -- and they delivered on every front. The project came in on time and on budget, which alone sets them apart. What really stood out was Bill's willingness to work with our specific needs. We have a mid-century home with some unique requirements, and he didn't just accommodate those -- he leaned in, offered thoughtful advice, and made sure the finished result fit the character of the house. Bill checked in regularly throughout the project, was flexible with scheduling, and brought a level of professionalism and care that you don't always find. His team clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows. We'd work with Bill and QCP again without hesitation -- highly recommend. read more

We had Bill and the QCP crew do a remodel of our Ventura Midtown house including painting the entire outside, remodeling the bathroom, replacing floors, painting the inside, etc. It was a big investment for us, and we were EXTREMELY happy with how it went and how it turned out. Bill was so very professional and helpful during the whole process, which made all the difference. He would give us constant video updates about how things were going and check in with us on how we liked what was happening. Everyone he had come work on certain things in the house were always very skilled and professional. Besides that, Bill himself is a super knowledgeable and very friendly and kind person, and we are SO glad that we found him to work on our house to make it into our dream house. This review is long overdue. QCP is probably one of the absolute best vendors I've ever worked with. I'm with a large manufacturer home community and we have vendors out quite often for small and large projects. QCP was honest, fair, dependable and considerate. Never have I received so many compliments from the residents about not only the finished project but also the QCP team and how they conducted themselves while on site. The project went exceptionally smooth. Bill and his team were very communicative, which was incredibly appreciated in our busy world. The end project was the painting of our clubhouse (entire exterior with some interior) with some wood rot repairs which came out looking amazing. I was totally expecting to need them to come out multiple times afterwards to do little repairs, touch-ups or fixes, but that was never necessary. They took their time and did it right the first time. This may come off as a paid review lol but I guarantee you, it's not. I would 100% recommend this company if you want a Quality job for your project and I personally will not hesitate to hire them again. Thank you, Bill and Quality construction and painting team for your amazing work. read more

Highly highly highly recommend Bill and his team. We finally got around to doing some overdue updates to our 1924 bungalow and hired Bill for a long list of projects including; - painting interior and exterior - smoothing out textured walls with their drywall experts - tiling and plumbing work - a ton of electrical - siding repairs to remove dry rot (they sourced and found matching siding where others could not!) - fixing an uneven floor - new flooring Bills prices were fair, his crew worked exceptionally hard, and were just great to deal with. I got text updates regularly, he was always cool as a cucumber and only recommended great subcontractors. Even his accountant sent over detailed reconciliations so I felt very informed on where we were at in the budget. I really appreciated the attention to detail in the finishing stages when it's always easy to bounce to another project. Very impressed and glad I have a trustworthy contractor to call for future projects. Thanks Bill! read more

I've worked in property management and have done renovations for many years. Bill Bigler of Quality Construction & Painting is one of the best I've ever hired for any project. From day one he was honest, friendly and really listened to our needs. His excellent communications skills continued throughout the project and if there were ever any issues or concerns, he was on top of it right away. You can tell he really knows his stuff. His crew was great too; friendly and helpful. They listened and always responded with a smile. They even offered up suggestions if they saw some possible issue we didn't, or if something could be more easily done. That was greatly appreciated. High quality work, great responsiveness and all of it for a reasonable price! I was so happy with their work, QCP is now on my permanent "go to" vendor list. read more

I have known and used Bill Bigler for over a decade. Each job is carefully completed with extreme care for the needs of the homeowner. For instance, we have a back yard with very limited access and we were planning to be gone for 3 half days during the scheduled work. No problem at all. They accommodated us beautifully. We had a total of 4 bids. Of the 3 that actually came out and saw the job, Bill's bid was the lowest. The work and the clean-up were great. read more

We had QCP come out earlier this month and get an estimate for painting our home. Billy came and measured, looked at the exterior, and provided ideas we had never thought about! He was able to start the work within a week. Billy helped us pick paint samples, brought over the color swatch, and kept communication with us all along the way. I really appreciated his support all along the way. Once the job got going, his team was epic! They power-washed our home, sanded, prepared the job and did more than I expected. The finished product really exceeded my expectations. Our neighbors have said how good our home looks now! Billy brings a bunch of experience, ideas, and quality to the job. Thank you! read more

I own a local real estate company. I've used QCP construction personally for a few projects and recommended them numerous times to clients. Bill Bigler is a true professional and man of integrity. He has built a great construction company with a great blend of quality construction and great value (prices). Bill and his team have always communicated well and on the rare instance where something needed to be addressed, they have always stood by their integrity and made it right. My backyard wood fence burned down in the Dec 2017 Thomas fires. I procured several quotes to replace it. It seemed like a huge project. After admiring my neighbor's fence, she referred me to Bill at Quality Construction & Paint. Billy came with his fencing contractor on appt day and on time. He delivered a timely electronic quote, too. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive either. I hired Billy because he had some good suggestions as far as style and wood type and I've seen his actual work in my neighborhood. His fence builder, Terrell, was great. Terrell showed up very early every day, worked super hard and always let me know what was going on. We discussed a few challenges and worked right through them quickly. Billy came and checked in nearly every day and brought me samples of various stains, offering constructive suggestions. The build was completed on the planned day, the site was meticulously cleaned and two diligent painters arrived a couple of days later to stain the fence. Completed the two coat staining in one day. Great experience. No issues at all. Billy is easy to reach and is very straight forward. I would use Quality Construction again. No hesitation. Thanks Billy and Terrell!! read more

Bill, Tyrell and the rest of his guys did an awesome job on our remodel. We just spent the last 6 months taking out walls, redoing most of the downstairs including the kitchen, family room, living room and the stairs themselves. We also redid the upstairs hall, the master bath and the master bedroom. Throughout the whole remodel, my husband and I lived in the back two bedrooms and bathroom. Our kitchen was in our garage. Bill and his guys were very courteous and made sure that everything moved along during the remodel. The work that they did was very high quality. I tend to be very picky and they made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them and also I will use them again for future projects!! read more

I highly recommend QCP for painting commercial buildings. Billy and his team completed painting of my company's 30,000+ sqft building on time and did an excellent job. Everything and more he said would be done, was done right the first time. He has painted several commercial buildings in our industrial area and all look great. Billy does the job right from the initial quote, through prep work, final coat and follow up to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. The building had gone more than 20 years without being painted, so needless to say, it was in very poor condition, especially the metal doors, steel steps to second floor and roof, and window frames.
