To my surprised, the car was fixed on 12/11 and I paid it off the same day. Their integrity, trust and respect has droped immensisly. Did they scam me? They refused to show me the old part when I picked up the car. So I canceled the purchased of a brand new Ridgeline truck.

Justin came by and did not even sit down to talk to us. He stood there and basically talked down to us (figuratively and literally). He went to print off some numbers and came back. We tried to negotiate and he went off and came back with a $500 discount saying that was the best they could do and to text him if we were interested. The entire exchange was probably less than 10 minutes. Then we saw him sit down at another table with another couple. We felt abandoned and as if he was not interested in talking to us. We asked if we could speak to someone else. They brought over Jay... and as we were walking over to a table, he started talking to another customer. We thought it was just a question but he basically sat down with them and again we were left by ourselves. The next guy came over and told us that he would find someone else for us, only to bring Justin back over, who seemed annoyed that we would even ask for someone else. We told him that it was because he was busy with another couple and replied in a snarky way that he could multi-task. It was evident by his rude demeanor that he was not willing to work with us. The entire exchange was just very dismissive and I'm glad that we ending up leaving and buying a car from another dealership where we had a much better experience. We will definitely not be coming back and will be telling everyone to avoid this location.

It was such a breath of fresh air since talking to car salespeople can be so…read morestressful because it can feel very pushy and they're always trying to make you buy more - but Kaya was so nice and direct, it felt more like having a conversation with a friend. We had already test driven the car and knew which model and trim that we wanted and she was very honest and understanding of our position. We were very appreciative that she was willing to work with us and we were able to reach a deal in about 30 mins, definitely the easiest/best experience I've ever had buying a car. 10/10 would recommend, ask for Kaya!

The price I paid was fair. I didn't get a good price for my trade but that's because the resale value of used EV's is awful right now. Most of the transaction was performed via email and text messages, this didn't seem to be an issue. The not so good: When I tried to correspond, replys to my messages were very slow and the responses were sometimes vague. I made an appointment to close the deal and ended up waiting for over an hour to talk to the salesman, I was on a tight timetable and had a long drive to dealership. The final part of the transaction was rushed as they were closing. One of the financial guys came up to me after all the paperwork was filled out and said they needed an extra $500. This is the third time a dealer has tried to squeeze another $500 out at the last minute.

Got a call from the service department that the truck had failed inspection due to the window tint. I informed service that it has been inspected in NY eight (8) times and never once was the window tint and issue. I reviewed my paperwork to find that it was inspected by this dealership less than two (2) years prior, without any issues. The service rep told me it never should have passed back then. Was also quoted $83 to clean the battery terminals and that my DEF was getting low. The recall was not really a recall per the service rep either. I would never trust this dealership to be honest with me, and I will never return there.

I feel this was an error on the business and the consumer had to eat this one when they were informed of wrong information. I was also informed that back brakes for a 21 Jeep Compass was going to be like $900... Please that's a price gouge if I ever saw one. Do yourself a favor and just run... Seems like they are all over the place and don't communicate within the company so why would they communicate well with their customers.....
