I then drove to Bob Johnson West where I was told they (Frank, the service manager) wouldn't cover the damaged tires and that the truck had been aligned before the sale which is a part of their supposed certified check-list. I took the truck to a mechanic before I went there where the mechanic informed me that the truck still had the original plastic on the alignment assembly which means that they did not fully align the truck and have now lied to me about it instead of owning up to their mistake. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! They do not stand behind their promises and will happily lie to your face to save a few hundred dollars. They completely exemplify the whole scum bag persona of a used car salesman.....just a bigger pig with more lipstick.
