It was a tow from my house so I wasn't stranded, but the time seemed reasonable. I appreciated the call to let me know that he was 5 minutes away. I'm not sure if other towing companies use this, but I like the addition of the mini wheels they put on the back of your car so you're not adding miles during the tow.

Had a cracked rear driveshaft flange or yolk...Baris wanted to charge me $1700+ to fix…read moreit...(replace entire driveshaft, unnecessary!!!) They wouldn't let me bring any of my own new parts, because they would lose money up-charging you to death, on inflated priced parts they provide...Got a new yolk for $50 took it to Cruze auto repair and got it installed, plus new brakes installed, all for $200!!! I saved $1500 by not going to Baris! Unless you like throwing money out the window, stay away from these clowns!
