It was a good stop regardless. The staff, especially Kevin (I hope I remebered his name right) made us feel welcome as he showed us around the store. He offered many times to have our 2026 CVO taken to the service department to have it dried off. He gave us his time, a poker chip and a lady's headband and a big hug. I don't know how the service department rates nor the sales staff but if it's anything like the way we greeted it would be a positive experience. Thanks to guys at Harv's Harley Davidson for making a wet riding day a little better :)

Oh and don't try to buy anything used from them. They will put you on the back burner. Sad because a few years ago you guys were good. Brian was the best guy there and he quit! He's ALWAYS faster and less expensive than the dealership, and he has never had my bike for longer than he said the job would take. Only downside is he's usually booked weeks ahead, but it's worth the wait. He charges fairly, has never overcharged me, and his work is meticulous and done on time.

This is the place to go if you have a PRE-1980 two (or three!) wheeler in need of maintenance or repair. I've had their help (putting it mildly) on two projects--fitting a sidecar to my Royal Enfield 650 Interceptor, and finishing up my restoration of a 1964 Honda 50 Cub. All work was performed in a timely and professional manner, The bill for each project was below my expectations, and the quality of work was above my expectations. For example, they found an OEM light bulb for the speedometer on my 50 year old honda cub. It's 6v. It's not available over the counter. If you have a pre-1980 HD, Vincent, Indian, Excelsior, Japanese classic, Brit bike, this is the best place in town to bring it for servicec or repair, tires, or just to shoot the shite and show off your classic bike. Unlike other garages, there were no fear tactics used to try to tell me I need new tires, or brakes, or whatever. Every interaction that I've had with them so far - phone and in person - has been professional and respectful. While waiting for my car, I listened to the interactions with other customers. I have honestly never heard auto service people speak as kindly and thoughtfully to customers. Also like other independent garages, there is an actual waiting area, with multiple tables, chairs, a window that allows you to look into the garage, a maintained bathroom, and a selection of Keurig coffees. Disregard the couple of bad reviews that have been submitted. Customers can be jerks and there are some people that are never satisfied. It seems that Schoen Auto's genuine philosophy is to do what is necessary to make things right with those rare unsatisfied customers. I hope this garage is around for a long, long time and remains under the same ownership.
