Customer service was excellent in terms of communication and accommodation. Zack was the mechanic who worked on my son's vehicle. He was diligent about contacting me with the diagnosis, repair costs and repair time. I felt very comfortable asking what may be perceived by an auto tech, to be silly questions. Zack was patient and took the time to explain things to me in a matter that I could understand. My son picked his car up Friday afternoon. They have earned my trust. The shop is not open on weekends, but I have always been able to get a prompt appointment during the week.
