His prices were fair and he answered all of my questions. I love how honest he is and how he called me to provide updates. He didn't have a part in store for my oil change and called me to provide me with the option to go elsewhere or wait until he could get a new part. I decided to wait because I trusted him. I had a service B performed on my Mercedes and asked that he also check my entire car to see if there was anything else that needed to be repaired. He later called me, found that my rear breaks were worn and provided me with a quote of the cost and I asked if he could replace them. On the day I picked up my car, Jerry was very friendly and took time to explain everything to me and even helped me replace my car license plates and put on my registration sticker. I highly recommend him if you're trying to find a diligent, honest and patient mechanic. I will continue to bring my car back to him and recommend him to my friends and family. Thanks so much for everything Jerry!

Calling people all over Roc and in the more rural areas, everyone either had no clue as to what was going on and was trying to sell me stuff, or they did not even want to take a look. Talking with the guy on the phone, he was immediately concerned about my situation and car and had me drop by so he could take a look. He did not have to, but he gave his time to take a OBD2 reading of my car and a visual inspection of it. He let me know the info I was given was false. Although, he did not have time to do a repair, he also advised that I should watch out for scamming mechanics and if I ever need a second opinion, to call him. He was super concerned and did not want to see me get taken advantage of by other mechanics and their shops. People like this don't exist in NY and it's amazing to see an honest person provide input and support!

After test driving the car, I was ready to hand a check and pay for the car IN FULL/IN CASH just one payment of the listed price. Jeff, the "salesman" told me and I quote "Well, if you're going to finance the payment then we'll take $500 off but if you're going to pay in cash then the car will be sold to you for $23,500". I said ok, I'll think about it, then I left the dealer. After I got home, I went to the website to double check on the price of the car to see if it was different in case the car was sold for cash (in full), I found out that the price was the same ($22,253). Now, where on earth did Jeff bring that extra $1247 from? Usually, costumers get a little discount when they pay the full price in cash but Jeff wanted an overpay for obvious reasons. I attached photos of the online price of the car. It was my first and last time at this "car dealership". SMH...
