When I picked up the car from the repair work. They indicated there was nothing with car. They wrote me off and indicated it was the "crown of the road." I have 2 other vehicles and when I drove them, I was not experiencing "no crown of any road." So, I took the car to Firestone and $207 later they indicated an alignment was needed. If you do business with Marina Auto outlet located at 765 Ridge Rd in Webster, N.Y. You want to remember the old saying " Buyer's Beware!"

Spark plugs had oil on them when we took them out. Now I have to replace a valve cover gasket due to an oil leak, with the aforementioned ball joints and sway bar links. Sure I got the car cheap (and a discount) and it's a 2011 forester. However It's only been a month of owning the car. I'd steer clear of this dealer in the future, and advise others to do the same.

If I could, I would give ZERO STARS…read more We scheduled a NYS inspection, and prior to the inspection I gave the brakes a once over. The rear brakes and Rotors were good, some wear as the were a little over 1 year old, and maybe 20k on them. The fronts, were done a while longer, so I decided to change them, I did both the pads and Rotors. My wife brough it in, and they said that it failed inspection, as the back brakes were scraping on the rotors, and it would be over $500. I WAS FURIOUS! My wife told them that I just looked at them, there was plenty of pad on all the back brakes. They said NOPE!!! That being said, I bit my lip, and redid the back brakes, pads and Rotors, and made another appointment. This time, they told my wife they could not inspect it, as the computer was not ready for emissions test. I was like WHAT???? We did not disconnect the battery, had it jumped or ANYTHING LIKE THAT. The ONLY logical explanation is that THEY reset it. They EVEN told my wife to take it somewhere else to have it inspected. I saved the pads, and the rotors, and will be filing a complaint against them through the Bureau of Consumer & Facility Services, Department of Motor Vehicles. I see similar complaints here as well, I recommend others do the same so they get their licenses pulled.
