I was in the worst possible situation. My car was totaled due to someone else. Failure to yield. It was the Monday before Labor Day weekend. After working for Honda, for over 20 years, I did my research and decided that i wanted a Nissan Kix from the minute. I called camera was amazing. I told them my situation and he said, we'll do whatever we have to do once I was put in the trusting hands of danny vogt my salesperson, all my tension was gone. He is amazing if you're a female and you feel uncomfortable about salespeople, he's your guy, I will be a vision customer for life. If I could, I would give ZERO STARS. We scheduled a NYS inspection, and prior to the inspection I gave the brakes a once over. The rear brakes and Rotors were good, some wear as the were a little over 1 year old, and maybe 20k on them. The fronts, were done a while longer, so I decided to change them, I did both the pads and Rotors. My wife brough it in, and they said that it failed inspection, as the back brakes were scraping on the rotors, and it would be over $500. I WAS FURIOUS! My wife told them that I just looked at them, there was plenty of pad on all the back brakes. They said NOPE!!! That being said, I bit my lip, and redid the back brakes, pads and Rotors, and made another appointment. This time, they told my wife they could not inspect it, as the computer was not ready for emissions test. I was like WHAT???? We did not disconnect the battery, had it jumped or ANYTHING LIKE THAT. The ONLY logical explanation is that THEY reset it. They EVEN told my wife to take it somewhere else to have it inspected. I saved the pads, and the rotors, and will be filing a complaint against them through the Bureau of Consumer & Facility Services, Department of Motor Vehicles. I see similar complaints here as well, I recommend others do the same so they get their licenses pulled. read more

I'm in town to pick up my old car to bring back home to GA with me, have had a run of really bad luck. I have given this car to my nephew for his16th birthday, but he hasn't had a lot of time to get his permit and practice driving. So I'm going to "borrow" it back for a few months until I get settled. The car has been dormant for ten months or so, I needed someone to look at it. Brought it in here to have Nissan inspect it, I have always had great service from Nissan and this car has been taken care of. Chris Livingston was our service advisor, and my car was inspected for NYS, checked out, oil change, and also checked out for any possible issues. They put the new plates on the car, helped me make sure this was worthy of a 1000 mile drive and sent me off within hours. There was a special running, BOGO oil change within a year. How can I decline? Professional and courteous the entire way. Once this car comes back to NY for good, I'll be sure my nephew uses them for keeping this car in great condition. I'm on full Social Security Disability with limited fixed income. I made the mistake to trust this dealership, after receiving a direct mail from them in January 2022, to help me explore the potential of buying a vehicle. WOW was that a huge mistake. Unfortunately, this dealership, playing in concert with their bank, falsified my income to the tune of 14K per year to get me approved for a vehicle I had no business getting approve for. After the purchase of the vehicle, my accountant became alarmed on how in the world I would I have been approved for a vehicle at such as high price with my limited income. Till this day, the BBB, the NY Attorney General's Office and myself have attempted to get a copy of my credit application, to no avail. Please make sure you ask for a copy of your credit application BEFORE you finalize your deal with this dealership. One was never provided to me and even the NY Attorney General's Office can't get their hands on it. Nothing short of disturbing. The sales rep who sold me the car made it very clear several times over that the underwriter at Canandaigua Bank was "his buddy" and would get me into any car I wanted. I told him that I was only interested to buy a car that my income could get me approved for. After months of trying to get details on what the dealership provided its preferred bank, the bank responded showing a discrepancy of 14K per year compared to the income statements I had e-mailed my sales representative on 1-15-22. Nothing short of disturbing. The reason my income was inflated by the tune of 14K was to make my debt to income ratio fall into place and get me a higher priced car. Vision Nissan took advantage of me because I only had a rental car (due that day) 1day after my car's life ended also 16hours prior to closing on my new house and I required a new vehicle. I didn't have a cell just a landline but since I was moving phone/Internet wasn't yet installed in my new house. I was in a bind. They wasted 2days bc I trusted when they said they'd get the year/make/model car I requested to buy. Then they delayed me for 5hours while adding unnecessary fees to final price which became a 6.5year loan. Then, I paid for roadside assistance /extended warranty that they charged me for monthly --yet NEVER enacted this policy! They were caught lying about the dates by banks /underwrighters because I had luckily kept ALL my documentation. They lied (hedging their bets I wouldn't have this paperwork 1.5years later). Totally upset with the service department. Called and scheduled a oil change which I am supposed to have "free oil changes" for life. My husband goes and takes in the car and is told $70! I speak to the service person on duty and they give me a lame excuse that they changed ownership in November and that was the new policy which is a BS since I had an oil change in January and it was still free! Never once notified of this change by phone or mail. They also keep calling me about my aunts car and I have never had my name on any of her paperwork! I have had two bad experiences at this dealership now. About 6 months ago I inquired about a truck and asked if they still had it and they confirmed they did so I made an appointment to check it out. I get to the dealership and they told me they sold it 2 days ago. Keep in mind I inquired about it the night before so they knew the car was sold. So they wasted my time and had me go there for an appointment just to tell me they sold it 2 days ago. I said why didn't you tell me that when I called yesterday? That should have been the first sign. And now again today. After checking their website for a vehicle I went in to test drive the said vehicle. They had it and I proceeded to test drive. When I got back I wanted to discuss some lease options. The sales person Alex came back with purchase prices that where so astronomical I laughed. Even with the current market the way it is it was a joke. I again said I wasn't interested in buying and I showed him on vision Nissans own website the numbers that are being shown for a lease. He said he doesn't deal with leases and that he would rather deal with balloon financing instead of dealing with confusing leases. I seriously can't believe a car salesman would say that. After about 5 mins going back and forth he went on the vision nissan website and seen the exact car and lease numbers and said "Um you should never trust a website or online shopping for that matter, you know a lot of bait and switch happens when you buy stuff online you can't trust it" I proceeded to ask then why advertise the car and numbers etc... on your own website if it's like that? And he gave me the excuse of "they don't run the website and the vehicle we drove was a different stock number". However the stock number and vin number matched exactly what was on the site. I seriously got every excuse you can imagine from this sales person. So that said I will never step foot or recommend this place to anyone. I was basically told that I shouldn't trust anything on their own website and if your going to tell me that and give me every excuse in the book I am certainly not going to trust buying or leasing a car from you. *edit* a week later these clowns are still spamming my phone and calling daily. I waited a week for an appointment to get a flat tire replaced. When I called for the appointment, the service employee made an excuse by saying it was a holiday weekend (which it was not) when I tried to get in sooner. I called on a Monday Morning... When I arrived, they wouldn't replace the tire because the plug (temporary fix) wasn't leaking air. I explained that I had to fill the tire prior to driving to the location and that it had been leaking and refilled with air all week. After continuing to wait, not sure what for at this point, I had to go ask what was being done to my vehicle because it was refused prior. They decided to change the tire and failed to communicate it. The customer service is terrible and the employees make it seem like their last priority to service your vehicle even if you pay extra $ for warranty coverage, which I do. Three hours later... I was able to go home. That seems like a long time to change one tire! The attitudes of the product specialists and service reps. is entirely different when they are trying to sell you something. The employees are rude and unprofessional. PLEASE do yourself a favor, and go to a different Vision Nissan location!!! read more

I wish I could post zero stars. I had to deal with Vision Nissan for warranty covered work. They had a shuttle service which was very nice. I thought that we were off to a good start. The car needed several days there and they were nice enough to arrange for a car rental from nearby Enterprise which was covered under the warranty. Wow, I thought. This place seems to be a break in the mold from the usual car dealership antics. But that when the shenanigans began. Lies about the scope of work, unauthorized repairs, lies, lies and more lies. All while smiling yet mumbling under their breaths. I don think I can recommend this place to any friend or loved one. read more

I've been coming to vision Nissan since purchasing my car at vision Chrysler last year. I have come for the free oil changes, recalls, and tire rotations. So far I've been in and out in a timely fashion. I like that I can make my appointment on time especially since I now live 70 miles away. Normally I wouldn't drive all that way for an oil change but I work in the area and am able to make my appoints for when I get out of work. The customer service is always top notch. I feel confident they do great work and have no reservations recommending them to friends and family. read more

After visiting this location a few times, I should have known better to bring my vehicle here for an inspection and to check on a few things. I drive a 2017 Pathfinder. My interior dome lights were not working, my ac was running non stop and my back up camera wasn't working. I dropped my vehicle off at 9am and did not hear from them for about 5 hours. I called to inquire about my vehicle and was notified that they would have to keep my vehicle overnight and to come into the dealership to get a rental. Fine. When I arrived, I was told that everything would be covered under warranty and the bill would only be 10 dollars for the inspection. Assuming that I would only be paying 10 dollars, I agreed to have my front and back rotors worked on for an additional 200 dollars, bringing my total to a little over 200 bucks. I was content with that. The next day after I leave work, I realize I have 8 missed calls from the dealership. I call them back and they inform me that my car is in fact NOT COVERED under warranty and now my bill is going to be 700 dollars. I asked if they had already started working on it and he said yes. If I had known that my vehicle wasn't covered under warranty, then I would not have agreed to have the extra work done on it and saved 200 dollars. I also told him to contact me before they started any work on the car to make sure I agree with the payments and they started working on my vehicle before I agreed to pay for it anyways. So now a bill that would have only been 210 dollars is now 699 dollars. I feel like they do this quite often reading other yelp reviews. I strongly suggest any person reading this to save yourself some money and an inevitable headache to go to another Nissan dealership. I will not return here for service and I will tell friends and family to avoid this dealership. Also, the professionalism from the workers here needs to be addressed. Aside from my issues above, I heard the sales people referring to someone as being "a cripple and a retard". The whole experience was a buzz kill. End rant. read more

The rating is based on my experience with their service department. I was originally told the repair would take half a day. Then, it needed to stay over night, then it needed to stay till the end of the 2nd day. They didn't give me any updates of the status on the 2nd day. So I had to call. The guy who took my call at the service department was basically telling me they would call me when they were done so don't bother them. I could have rented a car if I knew it would take this long. Two stars because their shuttle service was convenient, otherwise one star. They offered me a loaner car at the end of the 2nd day. I thought about upping my rating to three starts at this point but I will keep it to two based on what happened later. They didn't finish on 3rd day. Eventually they finished on 4th business day. When I received my car, they didn't bring my car at the front/side of the building. So I had to walk around their parking lot to find my car at the very back of their parking lot. People are friendly there but quality of operation is not what you would expect from a dealer of a global car manufacturer. This is my first time visit to a car dealer in a small town, so maybe this is what I should have expected. Do I go back again? Not sure. I may rather go to a small shop where they have to offer customer satisfactions to survive. read more

ive had good experiences with this dealer up until now. i called service in early august for an inspection and oil change. i was given a date of the 31st. i was informed that due to new ownership, oil changes are no longer free. at point of sale 3 oil changes were promised. coming from a service oriented business, this is a very bad practice. deals made at point of sale should always be honored.........my main complaint happened when i brought my 2021 sentra in with only 8500 miles on it. i was told the car needed back brakes with a charge of $450. he showed me some rust on the back brakes and said it would not pass inspection. i could not believe it and left. i took the car to a local mechanic where he explained the reason for the rust instead of the incorrect info i received from the dealer.the car easily passed the inspection and was told i probably have another 15--20 thousand miles before i need brakes....very disturbing!! bad service and feeling cheated will result in less sales, i hope the sales dept. reacts and puts a stop to this , as it will effect them... read more

I scheduled an online appointment for an oil change and tire rotation using a published coupon. Online it asked if I wanted to wait for service or drop off, I chose wait. Next it gave me available times to choose from which I chose a Friday at 12 noon. Upon arrival (wearing a mask that was required on a sign posted on the door) no one inside had on a mask except the greeter by the door. Paperwork done and the guy asked if I was dropping off or waiting. I said waiting as it should be in the computer. He said they close at 12 noon for lunch, the guy next to him said must be a glitch in the system. No apologies! I left came back at 1pm and sat for 1 1/2 hrs. Car done, so I think. I get to my car and tires were never rotated (I marked the tires before dropping it off). Back in I go and the guy said "oh I guess he did not see that" ( it was on the repair invoice along with the coupon stapled to it). The others guy said "well you did not pay for that". Yes I did....no apologies just more excuses! This will not be a place I ever visit again....deceiving practice (they got caught). My advice is to be an eagle eye when they say they do something! read more

I purchased a new top-of-the line SUV from Vision recently. The price was definitely a little more than I initially planned to pay but, after meeting with their sales team three times, I feel satisfied that they did their best to accommodate, including procuring a vehicle from another city that had the exact specification and color I was looking for. I hold back on a full five-star rating only after having two issues: Issue #1: they are slow. Really slow. On one occasion, I had an appointment at 2:00 pm for which I arrived early (after taking time off work), and I was kept waiting until 2:45 pm while the salesman dealt with other clients who were clearly not scheduled (walk-ins). I understand sales; seize the moment and so on, but you have an appointment with an active client, and you need to pass up that sale, or wrap it up, my man. The day I purchased the vehicle, the same salesman kept me there for 3 hours! Three hours for a delivery!! Same issue: five sales (one was a triple sale which required a lease break and this was the excuse for keeping me waiting). I congratulated him on the sales, and politely left. Issue #2. They did not remove the sales sticker from the window upon delivery. I clearly could not drive safely with it, and so just start to peel away myself. Another (clearly horrified) salesman beckoned the name of my salesman and said he's send him out right away. No big deal, oversights happen. I'm a reasonable man. 15 minutes later, I was still waiting....so I just peeled it all of. This was not a classy thing for this company to let a client do, after making such a big purchase. There was a minor mechanical issue post-purchase that was remedied immediately. Their sales team and managers seem to know what they are doing, they communicated well in a timely manner for the most part, and they were professional. I would probably return. read more

Terrible service!!! "Corrupt" would be putting it nicely. I purchased a vehicle in August 2018. Within 2 weeks I get a check engine light with a warning on my dash message display. Things happen so I take it in. They keep the car or 3 days with no communication to me as to the status. I get the excuse that even Nissan doesn't know what the message means. Really? Hard to believe. I use a diagnostic gizmo to record and research this code. With a handshake AND A PROMISE to fix it as I brought this in under warranty. They both reel admit they did NOT replace or fix anything, but the light is off. Like a dumb ass, both the GM, Service Manager and I agree that the best thing to do is drive it until the light comes on again. I agree to this in good faith. What an error in judgement. Surprisingly, the light does not come on for another 10 months. Then it comes on again- i bring it in. Same light, same message same diagnostic code, same procedure to trouble shoot and correct. SURPRISE!!! They wont honor the warranty, claiming it is a different problem. Wrong. So I check my Carfax. They documented the work they performed prior to my purchase and the work just performed now. Hmmmm- nothing about anything done in Septmeber 2018? Because you did not do anything! Last year they claimed they had no idea what the problem could be. But the same code comes up and they are certain it's different. You're lying. I know it and you know it. Some people need to lose their jobs. And don't try to pacify me with $0.30 off my next oil change. You are as crooked as they come. PS. Thank you for the professional courtesy call from service. The one stating "Your car is done. Let's get that rental car back to us ASAP". Yep, you busted me sabotaging my car so i could drive a rental. I Do NOT recommend this dealership. The sales person did not know anything about the car. Through my own research of the car before I went in to test drive, I knew more then he did. The vehicle I bought was advertised at one price. They offered it to me for several thousand more. When I said something the sales guy and the finance guy said they had no idea because they don't have anything to do with the offers. They said that they would give me the advertised purchase price, but still shorted me $500. At this point it was not worth my time to complain again. I was so fed up with dealing with them. I am a women and was alone purchasing this car and feel they tried to take advantage of me. The staff that were not waiting on anyone were gossiping and seemed very unprofessional. I purchased a maintenance package which they did not give me any paperwork for, so I had to contact them to give me that. Final straw was when they only gave me one set of keys. I realized the next day and they said that the 2nd set must be at the previous dealership that they got the car from. But they were not confident in that. Oh they also did not give me a full tank of gas. Vision Nissan is the worst. There are plenty of other dealerships. read more

I had issues with my heating system last Winter. It would take about 15 minutes of driving for the heat to kick on. I was told everything looked fine when I brought it in for my free oil change. This Winter, the problem became worse, to the point that I had no heat at all. I took the car ('07 Murano) back and was told that I needed $1400 worth of repairs. (To fix the same issue that they told me was fine before) I was told I needed a new blower motor and the corresponding pipes to go with it. I was also told I had a leak in my radiator and would need it replaced. I wanted a second opinion and took the car to Hoselton. I paid approx. $600 for them to fix the same exact problem. I didn't have a leak in my radiator after all. Vision tried to get me to pay an additional $672 for a part I didn't even need. I have now taken myself off of the free oil changes because they can't be trusted. read more

Not very happy with Vision Nissan...I purchased a vehicle over 3 years ago and with the purchase I was given the FREE LIFETIME OIL CHANGES incentive!..Here we are 3 years later and they have rescinded that incentive...stating "We don't do that anymore"...what does anymore have to do with me...I'm not purchasing a new vehicle...that promise came with my vehicle 3 years ago!!! Very unprofessional!! The managers here are VERY unprofessional and do not return phone calls...emailed General manager over a month ago regarding a 4 month old issue and still NO response!! I have been having a issue for over 4 months and still not resolved...they went thru warrantee co (and got my deductible) to replace something they said was the issue...before I got home the issue was back...I called next morning to be told that it must be something else...(not covered under warrantee) get that fixed and see what happens. I sent an email to the District Manager (Mr Marino) regarding this issue and has yet to receive a response!! read more

Before Christmas I was looking for a new preowned vehicle. I found what I wanted through carguru at vision and they brought the car from another location to this one. I spoke to someone on the phone and we set up a test drive. I got to the dealership, the guy recognized the car I said I drove and he put me right into the car for a solo test drive. (Did not take my keys for my car). I come back from the drive, walk in, no one says a word to me. I waited for at least 2 minutes before I asked one of the many men at their desks where my salesperson was. He was working a deal with another person, and he didn't even acknowledge that I was back. When he came back he asked me what I wanted to do about financing. What? I told him before any of that- we had to talk about the price. The price on cargurus was apparently "what they bought it for" and were already giving me "such a deal as they won't be making any money off this now" and that there's no way they'll discount it further. He was stuck on that - yet "went to his manager" multiple times and got it down another thousand. He told me that my current car was garbage and would have to be auctioned so it wasn't worth more than $500. They didn't even drive it or look inside (since they didn't have the key). I was pretty annoyed at this point, so I left to think about it. Before leaving he started pushing a Nissan on me. Telling me he didn't understand why I'd wanna buy this car (which is a make they don't sell as this was clearly taken on a trade in), and that I'd be so much happier in a nissan. This dude serious? I pulled up in that make of car, looking at another one of those makes. Why tf would I want a nissan? He harassed me after the sale sending texts like "I guess you don't want the car." - so unprofessional. Not to mention I was dealing with a family member dying and when I told him that he apologized and said "I'll leave you alone". Gross. I ended up finding another of the same car at a different dealer - get this - cheaper, 10,000 less miles, AND they gave me $1500 for a trade in. Oh, and this dealer didn't sell my make either; but never tried pushing me onto a brand they sell. They didn't get my business, they never will, and I know anyone close to me won't either. Tried to get several of the salemans attention and they just turned away like I was not there!!! So I went to Henrietta and bought a Honda Civic. Great car! This year, My wifes car ( Nissan Sentra) needed recall work done, so tried them again. Called service dept. but phone just rang and rang. No one answered and after about 25 rings was hung up on! I went to Vision Nissan when it was time to purchase a new car. At first I was very happy with my experience, up until I told them that I would like to buy a certain car. From that point on I sat in a lounge waiting. After over an hour I got up and told the salesman that I was leaving as I couldn't stay there all day waiting. Five minutes after I left I received a call that I could come back everything was all set. As I had somewhere to be, I told him I would have to come back the next day. I was told I couldn't purchase a car on a Saturday as the banks were closed. When I asked for specifics about the loan, he couldn't provide me with any. He stated that he would call me back that night or the following morning. The following day (Saturday) I still hadn't heard anything so I went to a neighboring dealer and within a few hours (they asked me to not sit and wait while they took care of the paperwork) everything was said and done and I drove off with my new 2015 vehicle. I did not hear back from Vision at all on Saturday or Sunday. Monday morning I get a call that I can now come in to complete the sale by the salesman. I told him I was all set and that since I had never heard back from him I had gone with another dealership for my purchase. Not more than 5 minutes later the Finance Manager calls to ask me if I was still interested in the car from Friday and that the salesperson told him I wasn't, was that true? I told him I had just talked to the sales person and hadn't heard anything back like I had requested so I had purchased another vehicle. Besides the fact that once they think you are going to be a customer they basically ignore you and you do things by their schedule, they also do not employ a single woman for sales. Not at either vision site I went to. I would not recommend this company to anyone. There are plenty of dealerships in the area that offer free oil changes as that is their main selling point. I went looking for a new car and was 99% certain I would buy a Nissan Altima. I was referred to see a specific salesman and when my husband got there before me another salesman basically took over the possible sale. I told him I was supposed to meet with so and so and this guy said, "No, don't worry, he would've just passed you over to me anyways. " then the entire time we're sitting at his desk he is talking to my husband, NOT me (who was buying the car! ) which really made me mad. He also asked me what color I liked. Listen, I know I'm a woman but I'm not an idiot and you can't sell me a car bc the color is"pretty", ok!? Then when it came time for the test drive the salesman went with us, which made me very uncomfortable and distracted. I couldn't focus on how the car handled bc I was trying to come up with questions while he sat in the backseat and directed me where to go. At the end he pulled the old line of, "what do I have to do to get you to buy this car today?" How about not making your customer feel pressured?!? I left the dealership stressed out and angry and went right to Garber Honda and got myself a Honda Accord that I LOVE and felt absolutely NO pressure about purchasing from a great salesman that didn't use the old one liners. read more

If I could have given them no stars I would have. From start to finish, this company has been a nightmare. The second that I signed the prayers for my car, I have ceased to mean something to them. They lied about everything they could possibly lie about from the state of the car when we bought it to what our warranty covers (spoiler alert: it covers nothing). During one of our futile attempts to get help from them one time they asked me who our salesman was. When I told them they said he no longer worked there... When I went in later he was sitting at a desk...working. The service center does as little as they possibly can for as much money as they possibly can, lying about the service that provide. There is one guy, Mike, who works at the service desk who is super nice whenever I talk to him. Unfortunately, he has no power to help me with any of our issues. We now, less than 18 months into having this car, are having to put almost $1000 into it in one sitting, none of the repairs being covered by this "amazing and necessary" warranty we were talked into. Please don't but your car here... you will regret it, I promise. read more

The poorest run business I've ever dealt with. In every category I rate them a FFF- - - When it comes to service, only then do their true colors come out. My 2006 maxima had a failed transmission back in late 2010 and my car only had 80k on it. They told me I needed a new transmission and would cost 4k ! LOL I said no way, they then said they would send it to a shop and they could have the work done cheaper for 2300. 2300!!!!! That was fixed in jan 2011. In octover of 2011, i brought carback to them as transmission was behaving odd, so I new something was sill wrong. They sent it to the shop that did the work. They claim nothing wrong with it. Then a month ago, I took car to a different dealer and asked them to look at my cr without telling them anything. They came back and said your transmission is busted. So i then took car back to vision and I told them yes, something is wrong as I had Hoselton look at it and they confirmed, bad transmission. So get this, vision says they will send to the shop who did thework. I get a call from shop owner telling me the shop who did the work is bankrupt. he said Empire transmission did the work. I checked public records and NO, empire transmission did not file any bankruptcy. so of course no one is going to pay, when in fact I paid vision nissan not empire transmission. So vision nissan claims its not their responsibility when again, i paid vision nissan!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so then vision says well, we'll buy ur car. i agreed. they agreed to buy it for 7500. the next day, they tell me only 4k. so the day before , i gave them my keys and title, so of course im not going to sell my 2006 maxima for 4k, even with a bad transmission. i sentmy car to a shop, but vision nissan now can not locate my title and keys on top of all of this. I placed several calls to general manager johnathon Oliva and he does not return calls. I went to dealership and he cant find my title and keys and says he will call me next day. of course he never, never never never never never never everrrrrrrrr follows through with what he tells me he is going to do! i called today and guess what, J Oliva now on vacation. This car dealership seems all nice and cheerful when you enter their doors. We bought a 2012 used Nissan Rouge from a tent even and after waiting for hours we left with our new car. After leaving the dealership/tent event we found that they ripped us off with the guarantee that they would match any price that we found within 48 hours. Later that day I had found a competitors price that was about 7 thousand dollars cheaper then what we had paid for the 2012 rouge for a brand new Rouge. We returned the next day with in the 48 hours to see that boss in charge and his sales associates to see if they would be able to reduce the price of the car. Chris promised big things and fell flat on those promises, after waiting for hours for the new car at the lower price that we had found at a local car dealership (Hoselton Nissan) for around 19 thousand for a new Rouge. Tony made us sit down with a very nice man and we talked to him as he sat doing nothing at his desk. Finally we went to go see another man (Tony Gallo-never go see this man (he now works at their kia store)) that day I was moved in to the accounting office where the guy messed on all of the paperwork and even threatened that he would slash my tires and "he knew where I lived". After waiting a few days later because of the shock that I felt form what this greedy man had said to me I called corporate and they said that we had to go back to the dealer ship where we bought the car from. Returning to the dealership with promise to talk to someone about us getting ripped off, they brutally ignored us and made us wait in an even smaller office to where we talked to not the boss but a man with blue eyes (Mario) who made nothing but excuses and didn't care for what I had to say. This is the point that I found that their was nothing but to tell everyone else about my experience at Nissan. DO NOT GO HERE THEY DO NOTHING BUT LIE TO YOUR FACE WIITH A SMILE. I had my vehicle serviced for several years at Vision Nissan from 2003 to 2009 and was not dissapointed. I traded my Nissan Pathfinder in August 2009 for a Toyota. The reason I am giving this dealership is a poor rating is I have requested for 3 years to be removed from mailing and automated phone calls. I've called repeatly and was told that I would be removed. This still hasn't happened, December 2012 I'm still receiving request about my Nissan Pathfinder. I've even contacted Vision Nissan on Facebook and no response! Vision Nissan really needs to listen to Customer requests! read more

I bought a car from Vision Nissan in Canadaguia. The salesman said that he would try to get me a tow package for my Rogue ...which when I went to sign the papers and pick up the car he did not even ask his boss about...then told me that he was going to get me a second Key for the car as its an intelligent Key and I am sure very expensive ...I have still not received the key and its been two months ...and he will not return my calls ... Thanks BILLY ... so disappointed and would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from there ...they talk a lot and do nothing!!!!! read more
