(sales mgr.) were extremely helpful, and pleasant. Quick to respond to my emails. In addition to that, they were very down to earth. I can't stress how refreshing that is in the sense that I didn't have to deal with some of the phoniness you can typically expect with some people in the car industry. I wasn't pressured either, also a big plus in anyone's book. Atmosphere in the dealership professional but relaxed. It has none of the stereotypical shady feel some used car dealerships can have. Whole process was quick and they washed and waxed my car before bringing it out. Interior was immaculate too. I'm trying to think if I've missed anything. Oh yeah, price negotiating was easy. In the end, I ended up getting a fair price. I say "fair" because it was reasonable for both sides. Let's be real here, it's a business and their job is to make money. Garber seems to be a little better on prices than a competitor, and I think that's because they deal more in volume. I've dealt with other dealerships before who literally would barely budge on prices and I don't know about you but I get pretty turned off in those instances. I think things proceeded faster than typical for me, because I knew exactly what I wanted beforehand, therefore they didn't have to convince me of a specific vehicle. If you want to get a purchase done in a speedy way, know what it is you want ahead of time and then inform them that you are ready to buy. So, to sum it up, this is the best used car dealership that I've ever been to, honestly. Definitely check them out people.

Both Scott (Yockel) and Doug went out of their way to get my new BMW in, serviced and out quickly. They went above and beyond to get the part I needed in record time. I called about once every hour trying to get to someone but no one answered after my first call: not sales, service, no one and no call back. We were looking at a car in this lot and another. I had just picked up my new truck and was just 10 miles down the road when I got a check engine light, I didn't even make it home without a problem. I called the next day and they got my truck in for service. The service department said it was road damaged and not covered by the warranty. The front facing sensor bracket was broken and the service guy tried to prove that by pointing out two blemishes on the plastic cover which on close inspection by me look to be mold marks not damage ( I worked in the mold department of a local factory), I know what a mold mark looks like. A quick search turns up that a major cause of damage is pressure washing. The service department pressure washed the truck as prep for the undercoating they did. I argued with them and got no where, the charged me 900 dollars. They lost my confidence and my future business.

After test driving the car, I was ready to hand a check and pay for the car IN FULL/IN CASH just one payment of the listed price. Jeff, the "salesman" told me and I quote "Well, if you're going to finance the payment then we'll take $500 off but if you're going to pay in cash then the car will be sold to you for $23,500". I said ok, I'll think about it, then I left the dealer. After I got home, I went to the website to double check on the price of the car to see if it was different in case the car was sold for cash (in full), I found out that the price was the same ($22,253). Now, where on earth did Jeff bring that extra $1247 from? Usually, costumers get a little discount when they pay the full price in cash but Jeff wanted an overpay for obvious reasons. No concerns were raised and I proceeded to drive to Boston a few days later. When I arrived in Boston there was a deep grinding in the brakes and my car needed immediate attention. I was told that two brakes were shot and the other two were at 1-2 mm. A brake caliper also needed replacement. I am incredibly disappointed about the missed call when my car was seen at Subaru, and the subsequent risk of driving the car with compromised brakes.
