There are many of these LaserWash stations, but for some reason I'm always attracted to coming to…read morethis location in Brighton. I've been coming here for years and religiously wash my Subarus. Granted, nothing beats a steady and thorough hand wash; but when I need something powerful to take out my bug splatters or to rinse the salt and debris from under the car or inside my wheel, I come here. I'm not a fan of brush car washes, nor those that make you line up your wheel onto a track. That's a recipe for abrasions on your metal baby. I prefer touch less washes, and this spot is fairly priced, and gives enough time on suds, rinses, and drying to make my car shine. I usually do the Express or Ultimate wash, then take my car to the vacant lot next to it to do a quick detail/wax polish by hand. This will get rid of the water spots that will inevitably end up on your car due to drying. The wax and sealant form the more expensive washes are effective and will show the difference on your car, but let's be real, it will not look as even as doing it by hand. I'll save the couple extra bucks and do it on my own. I really wish there was a change machine nearby to make quarters for their vacuum system. Also, i hope they didn't use a hard plastic line for the vacuums. I get neurotic using it inside on my leather or dragging it up my side skirts. Maybe they can apply a rubber line, or foam coating over the plastic so it wouldn't be so rough? Either way, this spot is nice and if you need a quick wash, I'd recommend here.

We came here for the Budget truck rental pick up. This was not my first choice for pick up location…read morebut when I booked my rental online, somehow this location was the default and it reverted back to this instead of my preferred place. I was upset but my husband assured me it was ok and not to stress about it. We found the place ok but pulled into the side where you enter the car wash... Drove around back and found, A LOCKED GATE. You can't get around to the other side of the building so be sure to pull in on the left side of the location. We entered the building and waited at the desk. And waited, and waited and waited. No one came out. I finally asked one of the guys detailing a car if we were in the right place and he said yes, someone would be right out to help us. No one ever came so eventually, he stopped what he was doing and came to the desk. Long story short, it took an eternity but we got the truck and car dolly. Budget was about $600 cheaper than Uhaul and almost $1000 cheaper than Penske. Worth the headache I guess. This business is an all-in-one: car wash/truck rental/knock off purse boutique inside.

I read on the website that a carpet shampoo (shampoo seats, floors and mats) was $29.99+tax, and included a free deluxe car wash. There was also an option for Shampoo seats only a la carte for $9.99. Drove into the car wash and the lady told me that to get the carpet shampoo, I had to also get the quick clean for $6.99. Fine, ended up paying that. But then the lady told me that the deluxe car wash was not included. At this point, I thought maybe I read it wrong and paid for it anyway. While waiting for my car wash I went back on the website on my phone and read it again and indeed it said free deluxe car wash. I showed the same lady that took my money and she said the website was wrong. I told her I wanted to see the manager and she said she was the manager and wouldn't give me a refund for the car wash. I called my friend and told her about this experience and specifically used the words "scam" and "ripoff", which seemed to scare the "manager". She ended up giving me the refund after I got off the phone. The service was pretty quick and no frills. I had to have them redo a few spots that they missed on the seats. Other than that, had the whole pricing thing not happened, I would've come back because the service was decent and price was alright.

I think it is worth the price because I fill up and get the car washed 4-6 times each month. Everyone is service oriented, the operation is efficient and the bathroom is immaculate. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Delta Sonic in West Seneca…read more I visited this location seeking assistance with my vehicle and expected to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. During a conversation about my car, I asked questions and admittedly interrupted the employee while he was explaining something. Instead of responding professionally, the manager spoke to me in a condescending and disrespectful manner, saying, "Are you going to let me talk and have me explain to you what you can do about your car?" It wasn't just what was said, but how it was said. The tone was rude, dismissive, and completely inappropriate for someone in a customer-facing leadership position. I was shocked to learn that the individual speaking to me this way was actually the manager of the location. I understand that communication can sometimes become frustrating, but a manager should have the professionalism, patience, and people skills to handle those situations respectfully. Customers should never feel talked down to or belittled when asking questions about their own vehicle. I hope Delta Sonic takes customer service seriously and addresses this issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location until there is a noticeable improvement in how customers are treated.
