STAY AWAY! Anytime we buy a car we generally buy from actual name brand dealerships. As every parent tells their children, "Stay away from these types of used car dealerships. They'll pretty up the car just long enough for you to get off the lot before it falls apart. Just wait until another car pops up for sale." Well we didn't listen to my parents. I saw all the bad reviews for this dealership and their shady tracking device they try to place on people's cars that they sell and then have the nerve to upcharge you for it. We didn't listen to the bad reviews. Instead, we fell in love with a 2016 Honda Odyssey on their lot. Little did we know the horror that would ensue the following months. We bought our car in July of 2023. After going back and forth we were able to negotiate them to remove their tracking device that they try to charge customers for. The salesman was actually very friendly and he is the reason this gets 1 star instead of 0. Over the ensuing months the car was in the shop more than we could actually use it. We had to replace: Door locks. The car battery. All 4 tires as they were almost completely gone although they were nice and shiny in the dealership. We had to take the car in for multiple engine issues that were said to be caused by aftermarket band-aids. One problem after another. We put $10,000 down on the car, took an auto loan of about $11,000, and spent $5,400 in mechanic repairs on this car from July of 2023 until May of 2024 when we finally had enough and THANKFULLY, were able to sell it to another used car dealership for barely enough to cover the loan we took out on this car. Our final straw was a another engine repair that was going to cost $2,400. Never again will we buy a used car from a lot that is not a name brand and looks like the type of lot that would slap lipstick on a pig with their in house mechanics just for it to fall apart later. Sadly all this happened after their VERY generous 250 mile warranty! Lesson learned. Stay away from this dealership. The one time we used this type of dealership it bit us in the butt. We spoke with a lawyer but this shady dealership gets to escape a lemon law lawsuit because the cutoff for the Lemon Law was for used cars from 2017 and beyond. Lucky Stadium Auto! Warning! Things seemed all good until today. I have had this vehicle for exactly two weeks. I had arrived to work and the vehicle made some weird noise, check engine light came on, and all power stopped. It would not start. They tried to blame me for leaving things on in the car. It's a smart car and everything is automatic. Then lied to a police dispatcher about there being no short term warranty (30 days or 10000 miles) The manager Harry would not even come outside to speak with me. Guess he figured since I'm returning the car. You are not important anymore . Their cars will look very clean and tempting but it's always about the engine and electrical. read more

I bought a mustang from these guys on February 16, 2024. It's now July 1st 2024 and I've had multiple problems with the car already. When I first did a test drive on the car, I noticed that the blue tooth was not working, there was no backup camera (even though they said it on paper that it was included in the car) and the trunk would not open at all. So I called them when I got home the same day and asked if they could repair it and they were nice and said to bring it back the next day so I did. I told them everything that was wrong and they fixed the trunk and installed the backup camera but told me there was NOTHING they could do about the Bluetooth on the stereo BUT they would compensate me around $250 and in their own words saying "you can do whatever you'd like with the money, even pocket it but that's what we can do about the Bluetooth situation. I agreed to the 250 but they never told me how to get it or when to come so I assumed it was going to come in the mail. A couple months pass and I receive no check or money for the stereo. I call them and for about two weeks the people on the phone said "Harry is not here right now he will call you when he is available." I called about ten times in those two weeks and still nothing. When Harry FINALLY calls me he claims he was ignoring my calls ON PURPOSE because he "didn't remember agreeing to the 250" and said something like "all I remember is we fixed a few things for you like the back up camera and stuff" trying to make it seem like they did what they needed to do. He spoke to me like I was an idiot and maybe tried to blow it off and act like I'm just some dumb kid that couldn't be taken seriously since I'm younger. At the end of our phone call they left off with the "I need to talk to the owner of the dealership to see if he will still grant you the money and we will call you back" and that was like two months ago and still, no call back, just left in the dark. They are very nice when you're writing the check and signing papers but leave you in the dark after you leave the building it seems. Since then I've had to take my car to the mechanic in March because my car was misfiring when I would slam on the gas to accelerate like on the freeway and they said one of the cylinders had a broken spark plug which costed a total of $352. As for the Bluetooth problem they were supposedly gonna help me on, I had to put in a whole new sync 3 system which costed me about $450 and I did the labor myself. Then the heated/cooling seats stopped working so I had to fix them myself as well. Now my AC won't even blow air at all (probably the blow motor) so now I have to fix that. Whether it's the dealerships fault or they left me in the dust about the $250 (on purpose) and the car continues to have problems and none of them couldn't have been fixed even tho I HAVE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. DO NOT COME HERE, the advertised price online is not the true price. They have "dealer add ons" as they call it. That usually adds on 4k to 5k on the price plus the tax so you're looking at an extra 7k to 8k on the advertised price. They try to get you by asking you how much you wanna pay monthly. To add on NONE of the cars we wanted to test drive started; and they said that they didn't start the car for a week which is the reason why the cars didn't start. They are a dealer on paper, but function with a used car lot mentality, like most. Their bmws usually are enterprise fleet rental car high mileage base models. Lots of miles on them quickly but sold to these guys before manufacturing warranty expires. Beware of low tire tread, broken sensors or missing parts. Manuals, keys, etc. they won't tell you. They said my tires were 85% good. More like 95% dead. They try to remedy what you do catch but not by much. take the car to a mechanic before u buy. They have a dealer license so must comply with tire tread rules and other rules mandated by calif. make sure they do. I forced them to do this printing the California section code rules. you get what you pay for! Oh and they sell some security feature On the bmw's that's extra and non negotiable. And the app u download to track ur car for security it's pretty worthless for 800 bucks! I paid FAIR MARKET VALUE FOR THE CAR ST ITS MILAGE NOTHING MORE OR LESS. I had to contribute to 3 run flat tires as they wouldn't purchase the proper run flat tires for the car which the car does not have a spare tire compartment. They said "not our problem" I had to beg them to add safe tires to the car to begin with and show proof from bmw and the city of Los Angeles section code about car dealers selling cars with safe tread life on the car as that the tires were dangerous. Sometimes price does not outweigh customer safety. Furthermore your sensor repair was done at a gas station. read more

If you happen to visit this business, be prepared to take one in the backdoor. On a $13,000 car that should have been no more than $12,000, they wanted a $1,000 dealer fee. Typically, a dealer fee covers the back-office processing of paperwork, usually about $85.00 - nothing more. When I laughed at the charge, he said that wasn't a joke and he became extremely rude and profane. My $13,000 car was now $15,700. I told him where he could put the deal and was not too politely informed that I had some abnormal relationship with my mother and some other colorful idioms - some I presume in his native tongue. Had such a pleasant experience with the purchasing process, however, the follow up customer service is a nightmare. I never received plates for the car I purchased from this dealer. I called Ray, "the DMV guy" seven times. Never took my call and never called me back. When I finally got ahold of him, he basically just yelled at me and was very very condescending. Street parking was limited, but we complied with the instructions, but by then my interest in the car had diminished. It was my birthday today and I really wanted to treat myself with a newer car, and my father had urged me to at least take a look at the vehicle, thus I made another attempt to check the car out. The second employee was nicer. We looked the car over, but in the end left. I see a lot of good reviews so maybe ai just caught them on a bad day. In the SFV, mostly all the dealerships I have been to have a nicer staff and are more into selling cars than chasing away potential business. Also, all the dealerships I have been to don't mind customers pulling into the driveway when there is a potential trade-in involved (which I had). I have been harassed and assaulted via text by sales persons and when I called to speak to a manager and make a complaint the person who answered the phone refused to put me through to a manager due to the manager being on the phone and insisted that I identify myself. I explained that I was was willing to wait for the manager because I was making a complaint and did not wish to disclose my identity due to fear of retaliation because the person who answered the phone would not identify themself. This person then said they were the manager and spoke to me very aggressively demanding my identity and I refused due to fear the lies being told about who the manager even is.
