Went in late afternoon & the place wasnt busy. The server sat us right away & checked with us for drinks. I ordered a bloody mary- vegetable. It was pretty spicy. I was glad i didnt order the fuego version. We also ordered the barnburner burger. Spicy!!!! I like spicy food but this was a bit too much for me. Had to take iff the bun w all the sauce on it. Also had the pickle chips with buffalo ranch. They were thin & not overly breaded. The buffalo ranch was a nice twist. Wait staff was attentive & made recommendations when asked. Only weird thing- there were employees a table or 2 away & one of them was getting their review. Strange. Should have been in an office ir isolated area. We felt bad for the poor employee getting reviewed in the general public.

I was craving a burger so we turned to Reddit to figure out the best STL burger spot near us and Stacked came highly recommended. This seems to be the secondary location. I believe the primary is in South City. We walked in at 2pm on a Friday and were immediately seated and ordered. We got the Fuego (Medium) and Barn (Medium Rare) burgers with their fries and creamy coleslaw respectively. Our order arrived 27 minutes later. We felt that was a bit long given how few other people were in the restaurant at the time. The burgers themselves were... not as great as we were promised. My Fuego came slathered in sauce which fell out readily when picked up, particularly because picking up our burgers was difficult; the burger patty was 50% smaller than their buns! Speaking of the buns, they were dry and smushed. My husband's burger came out correctly medium rare, but mine was completely well done. The coleslaw was the best piece of the meals as the fries were overly dried out. We did not finish them and went home to make our own from the frozen Great Value fries we had in our freezer. For a meal that cost us $45 all in, we were sorely disappointed. We will not go again and are still on the search for a great burger.

My experience at stacked was decent the food was ok not bad but not the best. I had the wings which were good but the buffalo was lacking spice to, the chilli was not good at all, i made a custom burger and it was actually good but im my opinion not worth the cost. My gf also had a custom burger which she enjoyed. The service was amazing great server and friendly staff. The inside is nice but we sat outside which in cwe is a pretty good spot although the chairs are very uncomfortable. Overall it was a good time i would recommend trying if you like burgers, but wouldnt return myself personally.

Great location and addition to the CWE. Wonderful service, atmosphere and menu offerings. The meal just didn't hit a home run for me. Kicked off with the Fried Pickles and they needed another minute in the fryer. Wanted them to have a crunch, but alas they were not. Opted for a build your own burger, American, bacon, onion straws on TX Toast, med-well. Came out well, so we'll it was dry and no juice factor at all. Onion straws also needed another minute in the fryer to get that crunch factor. Fries were fine.

We went here on a Saturday night and were hopeful we wouldn't have a long wait. We were seated quickly and the waitress gave us a rundown of the menu. I ordered the Trippppy burger with the red hot fries. Omg, that burger was soo good and so were the fries. I forgot what my husband got but he said he enjoyed his as well. Burgers came out quickly! Restaurant is a nice large space with plenty of seating. I don't think they changed it too much from what it was before! I will def go again!

WOW!!!! I heard Stacked STL was delicious, but never got to try it before. With their new location opening in the Central West End, I was excited to finally check it out since it's closer to me than their other location. I used to wonder how good a burger could really be, but I was completely wrong. It's hard to find thick, juicy burgers these days. Most places only offer thin, smashed patties with buns that are thicker than the meat itself. If it's thick burgers, you find it to be dry or less flavorful. However, Stacked STL is different! Their burgers are not only thick but very juicy and flavorful. I got the Trippy Burger the first time and the Mushroom Derby on my second visit. Yes, I already went back not long after my first time because it was so delicious. As of now, my favorite is the Trippy Burger. The fries are crispy and delicious, but you have to try them with their spicy ketchup! Writing this review is making me crave lunch today...

Stacked has officially opened its second location in the Central West End, taking over the former Pi Pizzeria space at Euclid and McPherson. Like its original Carondelet location, Stacked CWE offers a menu of signature burgers or the option to build your own using a customizable order card with a wide selection of buns, patties, toppings, and sauces. I visited on a Friday night when it was fairly busy and opted to sit at the bar to avoid the wait for a table. I chose to build my own burger, and it did not disappoint. In a time where smash burgers are all the craze, Stacked notably offers a traditional steakhouse burger. They also offer appetizers and salads for those looking for additional options. Despite the crowd, the staff kept things moving and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, I look forward to returning in the future.

I stopped by the new Stacked location in the CWE on a Saturday afternoon and had a fantastic meal. I love all the window tables especially on a sunny day with all the natural lighting. I started with a seasonal cocktail which was fantastic and the buffalo chicken toasted ravs which are one of the best appetizers I've had in a while. The burgers are huge it was definitely a knife and fork situation but the flavors were really good. I definitely will be back again with the whole family next time.

Service: Upon walking it I was greeted and got sat down. The waitress was very attentive a d helped me pick things out from the menu. Ambiance: The place was very spacious which I think they have an outside patio. They have a full bar for cocktails as well. Food: I tried a couple items from the menu. Fish sandwich- didn't like it. Had not type of taste just fishy and bread. Sig Hot wings - FIRE!! Absolutely loved these. I didn't know how I was going to feel with that Parmesan on them but it was really good. Cooked perfectly. Buffalo chicken T-Rav - these were also very good! Nice crunchy exterior but really good Buffalo chicken inside. Guacamole bites - I was hesitant on ordering these but they were really good! I would definitely come back for these. En Fuego - I thought this burger was just okay. I wasn't a fan of the corn guacamole on the burger. Trippy - I liked this burger. With that pineapple poblano chutney gave a nice sweet heat to the burger and the burgers and smash. They are a nice size patties. Don't skip out on the drinks either

I did the Build Your Own Burger with blue cheese crumbles, pickle, onion, and sourdough bread. I asked for burger medium and the french fries extra crispy. I felt like the burger and fries were both a little under and the bread was over toasted. My lunch date also got the Build Your Own Burger with the port wine cheese. Nice people. I've been eating at the Patch location since the early days and this one is nice, and the murals are cute, but was a little off for me. I'll definitely give it another go next time I'm in the CWE.

Similar sentiment on this location as their original. Food was tasty but on the drier side. Was very disappointed with how they prepared my 60/40 patty. It was smashed very thin for whatever reason and was definitely more well-done than medium. Brisket was also awful. The wings were enjoyable, however, and I really liked their ranch. Nowhere near an elite burger spot by any means. Favorite dishes: Wings

Wow! This is exactly what the CWE needed! So excited to have a really good burger spot in the neighborhood! Their burgers are juicy and flavorful. I despise smash burgers and glad these are not those! I love how customizable everything is! The servers are so friendly! Love the paintings on the walls. I'll be back soon!

Overall a nice meal at Stacked in the Central West End! My husband and I walked up around 6:45 without a reservation and had no issue getting seated promptly outside by the friendly host. Note that if you sit outside, the road is pretty noisy and there is a good amount of foot traffic past the tables. It seemed we did arrive right when it was getting busy because it took a bit for our waitress to come around but she was nice and helpful in suggesting sides. Drinks and food both came out quickly! I got the Bella Bleus burger with sweet potato fries and my husband got the En Fuego with potato chips. Both of us ordered our burgers medium rare and agreed that they were definitely on the rare side of medium rare. Next time, I will get medium instead. The burgers were overall good but the patties could have used a bit more flavor. I also thought the Bella Bleus burger was pretty light on the vinaigrette but blue cheese does have a tendency to overpower so maybe that's why the vinaigrette didn't stand out. The sweet potato fries were definitely the best thing I ate. They had nice flavor and tasted fresh. We love a place that's within walking distance so I expect we'll be back before too long to try some other items on the menu!

I tried the Pretty in Pink cocktail, which was well-balanced and enjoyable, though the pour felt a bit light for a martini. Normally one martini gives me a slight buzz, but that wasn't the case here. We started with the onion rings as an appetizer. The portion size was generous, and they were tasty overall, though they had a tangy seasoning dusted on top that seemed a little odd at first. Surprisingly, it still worked. I ordered the Good Burger, and it was honestly one of the most flavorful smash burgers I've ever had. I was genuinely impressed. I got the sauce on the side since it also came with the onion rings, and unfortunately, I wasn't a fan of it -- it was a bit runny and lacked flavor. My friend ordered the vegan burger and absolutely loved it. The inside of the restaurant was cute and had a great atmosphere, though there was an unusual smell indoors, so I was very thankful we were able to grab one of the outdoor tables. Outdoor seating is pretty limited, though, so keep that in mind if you prefer sitting outside.

Hidden Gems in St. Louis -- and darling, the name is not exaggerating…read more I had the absolute pleasure of attending a birthday celebration here and let me tell you... this place is a vibe, a moment, and a whole sparkling experience. The space is intimate, stylish, and perfectly appointed -- the kind of place that feels like you've stumbled into a secret little jewel box in the city. It's cozy in the best possible way, with an atmosphere that invites laughter, celebration, and maybe just a little fabulous mischief. The bartenders? Absolute pros. Warm, welcoming, and clearly masters of their craft. Naturally, I ordered my classic gin and tonic, and it was perfection in a glass -- crisp, balanced, and exactly what a proper G&T should be. I heard from the birthday boy and his wonderful wife that the owners were incredibly accommodating, and you could feel that hospitality throughout the entire evening. Everything felt effortless and welcoming -- the kind of place where people clearly care about creating a great night. And then... the party truly began. We had drag queens serving glamour and joy, music, laughter echoing through the room, and pizza delivered from the birthday boy's favorite local pizza spot that honestly deserves its own standing ovation. If you want to know where that pizza came from, drop a comment -- because it was outrageously good. By the end of the night I couldn't stop thinking: this place really is a Hidden Gem. A perfect little pocket of St. Louis where good drinks, great people, and a bit of fabulous chaos come together. Sparkle-tastic. Gem-tastic. Pure joy. I've been to a few, and most recently attended the "Taylor Swift: Bejeweled" experience. The space was decked out in all things Taylor, with every era clearly represented. Giant friendship bracelets hung from the ceilings and lined the walls, which was such a fun touch. And of course, there were plenty of photo ops with my close personal bff, Taylor herself! The drink menu was themed to match the eras, with tons of creative options. My friends and I tried several cocktails, along with a few NA options as well. I really appreciate that they offer non-alcoholic drinks as I've been cutting back on alcohol over the past few months, and it's nice to still have fun choices that actually taste good! The Mirrorball was easily my favorite drink of the night. It tasted just like an orange creamsicle and was served in a disco ball...so good and so fun.
