Diner coffee and cream... the only good thing about our breakfast. Just DONT go here! From an offensive waitress to the plates of slop.

Let's start with the waitress... she DID NOT want to be there. Like she was put out by our very existence. The delivery of food was given with nearly slamming the plates. My son's food looked like slop. Mine was simple and still looked like slop. My som asked 2x for syrup and more butter after he had to deconstruct the smoosh of pancakes. He NEVER received the basic syrup WITH PANCAKES! Ummm wouldn't pancakes automatically tell you the bitter and syrup would be part of that meal?

We've been here a handful of times and the food is always good with hearty portions. The pancakes are bigger than my face and so fluffy! The staff is always polite and attentive and the vibe is always lively! This place never disappoints

The service was very good. The coffee was okay, a bit too sweet. The place was very pretty. The meals were huge for the price which we loved coming from a big city like Dallas where 1 meal is $18-$20 at most places. There wasn't a ton of flavor, but it got us full.

Drink menu & Chicken & Waffles!

Food & Service great! Maple peach hot syrup- scrumptious! Going back for a Long Island Iced Coffee, soon!

Back again! Excellent food and service! Another ribeye and eggs! Outstanding! Will come by every time i am in lubbock. Cant wait to try their sister restaurant- Stella's !! Impressed by their commitment to customer satisfaction!

This place was a good find and overall good. The tables favorite was the pumpkin pancake, onion rings and the biscuits. I got a combo of bacon, eggs, hash browns with cheese, and one biscuit and gravy The bacon was just okay, pretty thin, but crispy. The cheesy hash browns are melted cheese on top of shredded potatoes. I should have managed my expectations on the cheesy potatoes! The biscuit is by far the best, fresh and very big. I got the green Chile gravy, it was not spicy at all and had chunks of chiles. I'd go back and get biscuit sandwich or the bagel sandwich looked delicious from afar!

We love the drive up/togo window. We order in advance and it's always ready when we get there!

Cold food. Rude waiters and very long wait time. That stuff doesn't usually bother me much but the food is really not good.

Great new spot next to the new Stella's! I had a fantastic "build your own" omelette. Great staff too! Zack was my waiter.

This is a decent enough place if you're in the area and out of better ideas, but it's nothing…read morespectacular. I will give major props to the server, Mollie, and her manager for doing a phenomenal job resolving a minor issue with the order quickly, politely, and effectively. The atmosphere was fair with good music and humorous decor in the bathroom. The lights weren't for me, but others may like the statement. Where The Reserve was lacking was the food. The pepperoni pizza was pretty good, but again there are better options around town. It did taste like it had been prepared in a genuine brick oven. The tortellini was bland. The queso was good enough, but nothing to get excited about. The salsa was downright terrible. The chips were actually phenomenal. The margarita made no attempt to cover up the strong taste of tequila. The Chilton tasted like club soda and not much else. Lastly, some of the surprise fees made me feel like I was booking air travel or paying a wireless bill rather than getting a nice meal. The final charge was a few dollars more than what was shown on the ticket. I assumed this was probably due to a service charge for paying with a card, although I didn't see it with a quick glance at the receipt. In all fairness, I'm sure this was disclosed somewhere and I overlooked it. I have come to accept this as the way of the world now. Also, when we ordered the chips and queso, we were asked if we wanted salsa with it. We accepted the salsa with the assumption that it was complimentary. Granted, since we were asked, I should have assumed that there was a charge for it. The charge was reasonable, although wasted because the salsa was so terrible. I did receive approximately a 5% discount for the order mix-up, and I actually ended up with a free pizza as well. The service and attentiveness were truly exemplary. I would give this place a second chance if I were in the area, but I certainly will not go out of my way for it.

BRUNCH REVIEW--quality choices and always great energy from the waitstaff here. If I could change…read moresomething, it'd be the availability of more macro-friendly options. More protein, less fat, more fiber rich options--that would be a brunch game changer in Lubbock :)
