Cheddar beef and chicken

I was wandering around and needed a little more to eat after a small breakfast and found this place. The corn dog was huge and cheesy. It came out extra hot and I the cashier gave me some spicy Mayo and I walked around the street with my to go dog.

Stopped by for a late-night snack and it was hands down one of the best experiences I've had. The place had cute photo ops as well! Service was exceptional from start to finish. There were only six of us in the restaurant at the time, but I'm sure the experience would be just as great even when it gets busier. To make the experience even better, the staff offered us free cotton candy, which was a highlight of the night. Ordered the #4 Mozzarella Beef & Chicken Hotdog, and it was absolutely amazing! The cheese pull was perfect, and the sauces added a nice touch to the overall flavor. It was the best Korean Hot Dog I've ever had! A must-visit spot for anyone looking for a tasty snack. I definitely think this place deserves more recognition, and I can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious menu items whenever I visit!

New Korean Corn Dog spot in the heart of Downtown! Ssong used quality ingredients and offers a unique variety of Korean Corn dogs. Their menu offers Korean Corn Dogs and also Tteokbokki and Korean fried chicken. They make their rice cakes fresh and the sauces are extremely flavorful! I recommend the carbonara tteokbokki and the mozza corn dog! I loved how they used a thin batter for everything and the items were drained of oil perfectly, so they weren't too heavy. I will definitely be back!

I ordered the pork sausage, mozarella cheese, crab stick and the last one cant recall cuz I ve been going here w friends multiple times

My top tier favorite place in town for now! Bump into this place by accident and I was surprised w their corn dog. Well-deserved 5 stars for their fast service while maintaining the food quality. The dog is served hot n crispy on the outside and so cheesy soft on the inside. Haven't tried out the whole menu but I highly recommend the pork sausage and mozzarela cheese dog. I have tried all three corndog place and here s my personal summary based on my taste and observation: Best timing/Services: Ssong Food (personal taste): Ssong Location: Chung chun Interior design/ Instagrammability: Ssong Price: Tie Plus: They have self-made cotton candy if you wanna try out. The staff helped me using it which is pretty adorable.

We ordered a set with gimbap, tteokbokki, and noodles. The gimbap was generously stuffed with colorful vegetables and rice, wrapped tightly in seaweed and sliced nicely, fresh, clean flavors, and perfect for sharing. The tteokbokki had that classic sweet-and-spicy sauce, with chewy rice cakes that really hit the spot (comfort food at its best). The noodles were light but surprisingly satisfying, served warm and simply topped, a great balance alongside the richer, spicy dish. Everything came out neatly on a tray, which made it feel casual and fun, like a cozy quick meal you'd come back to often. Overall, Nomnom Seoul is a great spot for an easy, comforting bite with friends. Simple Korean favorites done well, with good portions and a relaxed vibe. I'd happily return again

I walked quite a bit from downtown Robson and arrived, but there were quite a few customers inside the store. The most popular online Tteokbokki is sweet and salty, with an addictive taste. Kimbab was quite voluminous and I could only eat half of it. The cold noodles were no soup and had a lot of vegetables in the them. There are many other things I want to try, so I definitely want to come back here.

This unassuming stall inside of the Robson Public Market brought my tastebuds back to Busan…read more Both the chef and cashier were super helpful and nice. They answered all my questions and offered recommendations, and were very welcoming. Nam San seems to be very popular for their Soondae (blood sausage). However, I've never really tried Soondae before and I was feeling nauseous on the day of my visit--so I opted for something more mild and less "adventurous" instead. I will definitely be back to try their Soondae next time though. Daeji Gukbap 10/10 This boiled bowl of stew was exactly what my upset tummy needed. The creamy broth warmed me right up and soothed my stomach so well. It was the only thing I was able to keep down in two days. There was also a generous amount of tender and flavourful pork inside. This bowl of stew honestly reminded me so much of the one we tried in Busan. Definitely recommend it to anyone who likes stews. There was no gaminess at all, and yet the soup was still so full of flavour. Absolutely delicious. Have you guys tried this hidden gem yet? 10/10 ‍10/10 $ ($15-$18/set) Nam San Korean Cuisine | 1610 Robson St, Vancouver

So this place now operates under the name Nam San but is still an absolute gem. One of the three…read moreremaining stalls in the Robson Public Market food court, Nam San specializes in pork offal and homemade Korean blood sausage (soondae), incorporated into a variety of dishes. I always order the same thing, a mixed pork offal and soondae soup. You can choose the spiciness level when you order but they also offer red pepper flakes and fish sauce on the side to add to taste. It comes in small and large, with a side of pickled radish, roasted seaweed, and white rice. Even with the small, you get a lot of meat in the hot stone bowl and it is so comforting. The offal is super tender but the star here is definitely the soondae. Pork blood and vermicelli with spices are encased in an intestine casing, making for a unique springy texture. It's even more tasty when you dip into their homemade fish sauce and the stew warms you to the bone. I love supporting small mom and pop shops, and with how tucked away this place is on the busy Robson strip, I'll definitely make an effort to frequent them time and time again. Please pay them a visit and try their unique offerings out!
