You're given a sheet where you circle your preferences for everything from spice level and toppings to appetizers, making it easy to customize your meal exactly how you like it. The food came out just as I'd hoped! Unfortunately, I was so hungry that I dug in before I could get any pictures, but trust me, it was worth it. One tip: I personally like ordering my noodles a little firmer so they reach the perfect texture once the hot broth is added and brought to the table. If you prefer your noodles with a bit more bite, I'd definitely recommend trying that! I often come here and get takeout .. today coworker and I decided to dine in for lunch (2) . I placed a phone order and was told I can just request dine in at the the time of arrival as they don't reserve tables for anyone wich is understandable Upon arriving host / server pressured us to sit in a corner table and gave us our food in to go bags and boxes . She didn't go out of her way to set the food up for dine in she pushed us away and had us serve from the to go boxes onto plates at the restaurant and told us to sit down in the table since we wanted to eat there Towards the end of our meal they got a call for a party of 9 and a white man comes out the kitchen and asks us to move some where else because they have a big party of 9 coming in . I expressed we were at the end of our meal and he continues to ask us to move our stuff to another table because he needed those tables to combine for a party of 9 . I insisted we were finishing up and felt it was wrong for him to force us to hurry and move ( his host sat us down we did not pick the table we were given ) Absolutely disgusted by the hospitality The party of 9 was not even there and he was pressuring us to move I told him that was very rude to do specially because we are at the end of our meals and had only been there for 16 minutes . Come here if you want to be treated like garbage if you're party's is under 3 they will not prioritize you just get takeout or be prepared to experience horrible customer service The customer of party of 9 told me it was not okay to rush a customer please post footage and don't lie in your response . Your staff rushed us at then end of our mean and out lunch is very long we don't need to rush there was other empty tables there and Asian customers and we were targeted for not being Asian Post the footage and don't lie in your responses . First time trying out Thai Food at the Carson city. Well this places is so clean and organized small but perfect . Plus they have the menu in the wall make us really easy to choose what we want and how the food look like. I was trying Pat Se Eww Chicken. The best I ever had and you can ask the level of spice like what you want I did order some chicken egg roll and Tum yum seafood home too. Had pad se ew with crispy pork belly for the first time today Wwow so good. I have never like much of vegetable but lately try to stay healthy so their stir fried mix vegetable chop and chinessse broccoli with crispy pork belly are so good. I think i can eat thai chicken wing every day. Squid salad and lobster fried rice level 2 are so good too. Tried level 4 before but can't handle it. When i were there, they have a game that if press bottom like a time stopper and get number stop at 5 seconds get free drink. Great food, friendly staffs and it has a feel of family restaurant here. Small dine in area. Only 4 tables but their tables usually open if not come during lunch 12-1 and dinner 6-8. I got off at 4 and never have a problem get table there. They are very accommodating for the most part. Food always HOT and very fast! LV 2 is perfect spice for me. Was in a mood for Thai. Local recommended this place. It doesn't look much on the outside but I'm glad I gave them a tried. One of the best chicken salad (called larb). It's more like a togo place (self served). They were busy when I was there for dinner. I was gonna get it togo and eat at my hotel but one of the table open up so I change my mind and eat it there. I found it to be cozy. Staffs are friendly. Food came out fast consider how busy they were and it was affordable. I had a thai tea and larb for about $15. Came back the next day for beef salad ($12). Swing by real quick for my snack at Sriracha Thai in Carson. Damn never regret . I got satay chicken with the peanuts sauce is so creamy nutty flavorful go well with the cucumber pickle. I've been here a few times now, and their pineapple fried rice has won me over! This is one of those dishes I could eat over and over on a deserted island. It looks like a little family owned and operated business, and I personally love supporting local, indipendant talent. Their Kung Pao is really good too! Hidden gem in the plaza. This has become my favorite Thai restaurant in the area. Great service and food. Tried the yellow curry chicken and 5/5. Savory and perfectly seasoned. Today, I came in specifically for lunch and arrived at approximately 2:46 p.m. The posted sign clearly states that the lunch special is available from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. However, I was told that I could not order the special. My issue is simple: if the advertised time is 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m., how is a customer supposed to know that arriving at 2:46 p.m. is somehow too late? If there is a cutoff time for being seated or placing an order, that needs to be clearly stated on the sign. I'm attaching a photo of the posted lunch-special hours as well as a screenshot showing the time I arrived. I genuinely enjoy this restaurant, but this was extremely disappointing. Customers should be able to rely on the hours that are advertised.

Seemed only 1-2 takeout order customers beat us there. The building and staff do not seem to have changed. Parking is still in a U-shape around the building on their square-rectangular lot. So parking is on both sides and in the back but the lot is one way. No lunch specials on Sun, need to come Monday-Sat for a lunch special. The curry chicken and chicken fried rice have not changed and are still very good with a good portion. Prices have gone up but are about what you expect to pay in today's economy. Only difference is that you probably get a bit more quantity than at comparable restaurants. The spicy noodle soup seems to have changed a little--brown broth instead of clear/yellow, but the quality is comparable to before. The curry is the stir fry kind and not the Indian-Japanese soupy style many other Hong Kong and Mandarin places are serving. The lady who served us seemed to be the same one who helped us a few years ago. She is pleasant and efficient and seems at least bi-lingual in Mandarin and English. Four stars because despite apparent gentrification attempts in the area, Carson is still a dangerous neighborhood and that is one of the main reasons we have not been back for a while. Definitely worth a try if you have not been here before and definitely a good alternative to driving to downtown China town or Monterey Park/San Gabriel if you live in South Bay.

I was reluctant to leave this post in hopes of keeping it a secret, but it's time to share this treasure. The same family from the 70's owns this restaurant which is now in their second generation of family owners, their children. Their cooking tastes like it's always tasted, extraordinary. Nothing special with the ambiance... it's the food that counts. You won't be disappointed.
