The customer service of this place has gotten from bad to worse. A very different experience last time when I ordered Thai food. I orderd go, and got the food back home, hoping to have all the dishes I ordered ( I did not count the dishes when I left the restaurant), but to my surprise, I was missing one dish. When I called back to report the same, I was told once you leave the place they are not responsible and I should have checked before picking up. I was not asking for a refund. No worries- this place is out from my list. read more

Sri Thai is a decent enough spot to grab a quick bite to eat before the Movies but not somewhere I would go out of my way for. My Husband and I dined here on Saturday evening and was surprised to see it practically empty given the location. We were seated quickly and service was efficient but the food left no real impression. Our appetizer (Chicken Satay) had really tough chicken to the point we couldn't eat 1 of the Skewers, I guess they buy their meat from the local Costco as we have bought the same tough Chicken from there ourselves. The Curries we ordered (Panang and Yellow) were of good size yet lacked flavor, they were not bad but not particularly good either just...blah read more

Everything about SRI-THAI is excellent. Very clean, spacious tables, friendly inviting family service. Fresh and home made style Thai food. Sophia the owner is very accommodating to requests and explains the dishes and how they are prepared if your interested. Bravo this is going to be our go to place. To Treat yourself to a very affordable, excellent service and food restaurant you must give SHI-THAI a visit. read more

Very disappointed in the new owners, $16.50 for yellow curry and they barely put any chicken. We ordered through door dash and didn't get rice with our $17.00 entrée. RIP OFF!!! read more

I'm back in Dublin, after my chiropractor appt ( refer back to my review with Intero Chiropractor). What is there for me to do, but to look for a nice place to eat after my appointment. I found Sri Thai!!! The waiter is really nice. He seated us outside and gave us a menu along with hand sanitizer! I'm not sure what is it with hand sanitizer now a days, but I guess it gave me great comfort knowing that people in this place care about the safety of their customers and themselves ! I'm impressed! My husband and I ordered the "crispy calamari", "chicken panang curry" and "shrimp pad Thai" . I liked the panang curry the most. The pad Thai is okay , I'm not a big fan. Oh yeah, and the crispy calamari was okay. I gave them a star for great service (hand sanitizer was offered), another star for being open during COVID and the third star for the panang curry! read more

Not bad but not great either. The food was edible but nothing I would order again. I think I compare all thai restaurants to Sala Thai in Fremont. The basil thai fried rice was "bland" even though it was spicy. The red curry was more "tomatoey". It was okay but never again. read more

Omg!!! I came with my friend the other day... they sat us quickly!! Service was amazing! They recommended the crab friend rice which was made with real crab meat! We also ordered Tom Kha which is a lemongrass sour soup! And drunken noodles!! Allllll amazing!!! While we were finishing up! They gave us a free fried banana dessert!!! Food was amazing. Service was on point. I definitely recommend this place I'm totally going bring my family here for dinner! read more

Sri-Thai is my favorite comfort food place, and I always crave thai food specifically from here. The service is wonderful and all the workers are kind and friendly. The interior of the restaurant is nicely decorated, clean, and spacious. My mom and I have a tradition to come here monthly to catch up over our favorite food, thai food. We particularly come here because their food is absolutely amazing. We have tried thai iced teas from many places, but none compares to the one from here. We always order the shrimp pad thai, barbecue chicken, and the thai basil shrimp. All of the food is delicious and wholesome, and it feels so warm and comforting to eat. I would greatly recommend this thai food place, it's the best! read more

We ordered takeout and the food was ready very quickly. My wife went in to get the food and was very impressed with the interior, ambiance and friendliness of the staff, so we will likely go back soon for dine-in. The portions are fairly large, especially given the price. The Pad Thai was OK...a bit bland but good for the kids. The red curry was more flavorful. read more

The people here are super nice and reminded me of that amazing Thai hospitality. The Thai fried rice here is one of my all time favorite fried rice dishes. Unfortunately, I always get too hungry and didn't take pictures. I also appreciate how they stay open most of the day and aren't closed after-school between 3-5. Thank you!!! read more

Sri-Thai is the best Thai restaurant in Dublin. The restaurant is located in the Hacienda Crossings Shopping Center and is a great date spot before seeing a movie. They also offer a well-balanced lunch menu, fit for all dietary needs with customized spiciness. All lunches are served with soup-of-the-day and a fresh salad. I had Green Curry Vegetarian with hot and sour soup. Everything is made daily with fresh and has exquisite flavor. I'll definitely make this a regular lunch spot! read more

ETA: Actually we had a longer conversation than just my asking if you're the new owner. I asked if you include soup and you said not for takeout. I also asked if the chefs were the same as the previous restaurant and you said yes, the same kitchen staff, so the food should taste the same. Thank you for taking the time to respond to my review and for the sake of the environment, please consider not using styrofoam containers for takeout orders. Best wishes with the new restaurant. -- Loved the old management and food. Willing to give the new ownership a try. Very disappointed. Owner uses styrofoam takeout containers. Styrofoam food containers were banned years ago. Plus, lunch portions have shrunk by at least a 3rd. Rice is a skimpy bowl dome and the main entree is less as well. I used to have leftovers and instead was still hungry after eating the entire portion. Yellow curry and eggplant tofu doesn't taste as good anymore. Staff used to always offer me a bowl of soup with my takeout. Not anymore... owner is unfriendly. Too bad losing my favorite Thai spot in the area. read more

Somehow last time I visited this complex, I didn't even notice this restaurant! Luckily, in the mood for Thai food, my colleague spotted it! Being slightly passed Noon, the place was PACKED! Finding our luck again, we were seated immediately at the last open table. Perusing thru the menu, I felt like I was being tricked again by the prices, because they were so good!!! I've been to my share of Thai restaurants and they are hands down the cheapest. For example, the most expensive dish on the menu was $10.50. The rest of their rice plates and lunch specials were under $10. Unheard of right? Now what's the catch? Skimpy on the meat...not enough flavor...small toddler like portions? There was NOOO catch!!! Shrimp Pad Thai: I'm used to my Pad Thai being more on the dry side, as their Pad Thai is more on the wet side. The noodles and shrimp were cooked perfectly! The flavor was slightly tangy, and was little more sweet than I'm used to, but overall it was a good dish! Don't quote me on this, but I think I counted 6 shrimp. If you remember how the picture looks, it is a serving for TWO! $9.95 for that much food is crazy right?!?! Let's move on. Thai Veggie Rolls: It's kind of difficult to mess up a veggie egg roll right? But I'm sure if you overcook them, or if you stuff them with ingredients that are NOT fresh, you could potentially jack it up. These guys did NOT! Golden brown, nice crunch, and no weird overused cooking oil aftertaste!!!! *Thai Iced Tea was perfect!!* Side note: If you love Thai food, and you are cheap as hell, this will probably be your "go-to" Thai place in the Pleasanton area. **Their ice water has a weird aftertaste...but who cares?!?!* Conclusion: Great location, great service, good Pad Thai! I will be back to try more, and will bump them up if they deliver! read more

We used to love going here however it had changed ownership and food doesnt taste the same. We ordered our usual and were quite dissapointed with the turn out. Unfortunately will not come again read more

This restaurant has a calming atmosphere and wonderful staff. In fact the woman running the front was kind and generous. That alone would keep me coming back. Unfortunately, the food wouldn't. My wife and I had green and yellow curry. The sauces were not flavorful and the veggies were mostly frozen. After adding a bit from the spice rack, the sauces perked up a bit. However, a housemade curry doesn't need heat to make it palatable. I'd love to come back another time and learn that they are using fresh ingredients. read more

This was a Doordash pickup (for myself) during COVID. I don't know if they treat every Doordash person this poorly but I am sorry if you've received similar treatment. I'm willing to bet that if I just called my order in as a regular customer instead of ordering through Doordash or another similar delivery app, I would've been treated differently. The service was so horrendous it turned me off to this place entirely. I'm not coming back. I normally don't need to assert myself to be helped, but seeing as I was skipped over/deemed less important than other patrons, I had to force myself in to be helped. The person working the front wasn't horribly harried, but he seemed to find other things to do to avoid helping me. My order wasn't packed despite it being labeled ready through the app, so that added an extra wait for an uncomfortable amount of time (in our current COVID climate). The man tossed my order on a random table without a word, so I stood for a beat wondering if this was it and if I was good to go. It was stuffed haphazardly in a bag. He busied himself with other tasks. I had to ask for a fork and he snapped at me, "Did the customer ASK for a fork?" I am the customer. I'm asking for a fork. He tsk'd and handed me one. My pad Thai was just okay. If it was better, I would look past less than stellar treatment. Your food isn't good enough to get away with treating people like dirt. Sorry. read more

I'm sorry to see a great restaurant could change overnight by changing owners !? The prices are gone up but the quality has dropped ! The taste is not authentic Thai. I made a phone order for a Salmon dish with basil sauce & vegetables which I have ordered it many times in the past few years. It was always excellent & consistent. This time I immediately tasted the difference with the first bite ! Cooked in a watery broth with adding lots of red pepper to give it a taste. It was just too spicy but no flavor. I may go back and try another dish just to hope that the next item might be right. I gave it 2 stars for the cashier & servers that were nice and polite. read more

I came here for a quick lunch. Before ordering, I noticed the plate and utensils were dirty. The water glass was dirty too. I ordered tea and it was cold. I sent the tea back. For lunch, I ordered the seafood curry. I specifically asked the waiter if it had any meat on the sauce because i'm pescatarian. He assured me that it did not. Half way through eating my food, I noticed that there were bits of pork added to the sauce. I'm very disappointed in the misinformation given to me by the waiter, even though I asked twice to make sure there was no meat on the sauce. I had a disappointing experienec at Sri-Thai. Starting with the dirty plates, utensils, glasses, cold tea up to the pork filled seafood curry. I will not be a returning customer at this establishment. read more

They give very small portions expensive and not worth the price for the food go elsewhere

Disappointing. If you call the phone number on the website it has been changed and a new number is not provided... How do you do business like that? We persisted, as we saw doordash delivered their food so we decided to go anyway and order carryout at the location. It was empty at 630PM on a Sat - that was the second obvious sign we missed. The food was not inedible but I could not recommend it to anyone - the crispy chicken was soggy and the curry was so so - $72 for two entrees, 2 beers and an appetizer and I deserve to get better food. Try another spot. read more

Food was okay we found some items to be good but the pad Thai was super sticky and didn't enjoy it. T

Ordered take-out today and this is easily the worst Thai my husband and I have had... Ever. Noodles are gummy and over cooked. Spring Rolls are essentially just lettuce. The fried rice tastes like they put every spice imaginable in it (not for flavor). And to top it off, I asked for peanuts on the side and peanuts are literally all over my dish. I also can't understand how a Thai restaurant messes up Pad Thai. Im so bummed I wasted my money, especially during these tumultuous times. read more

They are really really good at making Thai food. So very fresh and flavorful. I love their yellow curry chicken. ADD pineapple! You will be glad when you do! So good! This is the 4th time coming here. The staff is always friendly. They even remembered me and asked me about my kids. They are very present to make the meal enjoyable. The waiter refilled my glass multiple times. The room is 3/4 full. They play classical music in the background which is refreshing. read more

If I had to pick, this is the best Thai Place in the 925. Granted I've only been to three... but this is at the top! I really like their duck salad, praram beef and yellow curry chicken. Very good food but they cheat on the bill -- watch out. We ordered all our Thai favorites -- Tom Ka soup, Green Curry, Thai Ice tea. We were not disappointed. Tom Ka is slightly different in every Thai place -- here is was just right. Then they added 18% Service Charge on our bill AND asked for Gratuity in addition, 15 to 20%. The check for signing did not mention such tip duplication, so I only noticed it by accident. read more

Yummy food and wonderful food. Plan to become regulars. Perfect Laab, delicious curry and great fresh rolls.

I first started coming to Sri Thai because it was right next door to where I was a sauté chef at, you would think I would want to eat at work for free but no. Lol. I was always greeted very kindly, I believe the owner is a women she was always so kind to me and that made me want to come back but the food really made me want to come back. Let's start w/ the appetizers, the Lumpia here is freaking AMAZING. I was honestly not expecting a Thai place to make good Lumpia.... lol but they have actually some of the best, it's a very large portion, flavorfully perfectly golden and super crispy. I highly recommend starting w/ this. I also love the Veggie Tom Yum soup. Very flavorful as well, I usually get it when I'm not feeling well. For entrees I have had the Tofu Pad Thai, Chicken Yellow Curry and the Stuffed Angel wings. I personally love Pad Thai but they make Pad Thai right I prefer mine with no peanuts I'm not a big fan of peanuts... lol. Yellow Curry Chicken is bomb.com especially over some rice very flavorful and filling! As for the stuffed Angel Wings, this was actually why I started coming here... my boss bought us dinner one night from here and this is what he came back to work with. The angel wing is stuffed with veggies and noodles I believe and then it's deep fried and served with a sweet chili sauce, it's just f***ing amazing. You can not come here and not try this. Ok?? Basically they have great food, for a great price, and friendly service! It's a small restaurant w/ a tv and they usually have the game on, you can get wine and beer here and enjoy a great lunch or dinner. read more

Came here for a Wednesday lunch. The place is clean. The ambiance is nice. The location is somewhat convenient. Lots of people even before noon, but we were still seated right away. My food: I ordered the Curry Vegetarian again. The curry is on-point and consistent: rich with coconut milk as it should be. Has enough vegetables and tofu in the curry. The vegetables are nothing to write home about. I chose brown rice instead of white rice. It would have paired better with white rice, but I was trying to be healthy. The hot and sour soup was appetizing. I'd give a 3.5 stars for this dish. My friend ordered the Seafood Fried Rice. She mainly ordered it because she wanted pineapple and carbs! Looked like a hefty dish with enough seafood pieces. She would give it 3 stars citing that it lacked some flavor. Scallops were a bit undercooked (although I'd like mine a bit undercooked). Service was attentive. The waitress came by three times to fill up water. read more
