They didn't know about the deal, but once we showed them the promotion they were immediately able to confirm. The food was really good. They did not skimp out on any of the ingredients. The Carne Asada is definitely one of my favorite items there. Will be going back again!

I asked how long before white rice would be re-upped and was told not before closing. I asked how long it took to make and was told 1.5 hours. I bypassed the line and walked to the cashier and asked to speak to the floor manager because that rice in no way could possibly take that long. New rice was brought out within five minutes. They had just finished cooking chicken and I asked to wait for it to be cut so I could have chicken in my bowl. It sat on the counter for ten minutes while workers were all preoccupied with the line worker who had gotten a small muffin from another coworker for a snack. Pretty sure the guy doing his best to ignore me went into the walk-in to eat the muffin while I was waiting for the chicken which is sitting on the cutting board with the knife resting on top of it. I'm just standing there like what the hell is happening right now. I asked to get a receipt so that I could leave a review on the corporate website after seeing the the prompt on the side of the cup. Was told that they receipt machine was broken but pointed out the person after me had a receipt printed. Magically it happened to get fixed. Not sure why the place was in disarray since there was no food to serve... Corporate needs to legit clean house in every sense of the word with this location. It's KILLING the brand trustworthiness. Enjoy my pictures of the place 2.5 hours before close. Notice how the spilled liquid has nearly dried into a sticky mess You'll also note how chipotle corporate has showed face by responding to reviews here and asking yelpers to contact corporate directly but it's all for show. They haven't addressed a single issue with this location in months. *** HILARIOUS. Thirty second after posting my review I got the spam response from "Chris" below. What a joke.

A few minutes later we were given chips and salsa, bagged chips and salsa in a carafe. About 10 minutes later our waitress came by, she spoke so fast she was hard to understand. We ordered 2 margaritas a small and a large, Ultimate and Presidente. Drinks came quickly, both large, strong, and seemingly with no sour or margarita mix. Industry standard large heavy glasses that make you think its actually "large". 10 more minutes and the host came by to take our order. Again, he seemed so rushed it was strange. Took our order and ran off. 10 minutes later our waitress came by to take our order. When we explained, she had a pained look and told us the host was also the owner. Shortly our food came. Texanas for 2. We had made room for it all. Owner placed our food down, and removed our uneaten chips and salsa from the table. A few minutes later we stopped our waitress, asked for our chips and salsa back. Informed that that would be $3.50 for a second serving. I said no, you removed at least 1/2 our chips and salsa. She reluctantly brought us a new carafe of salsa..no more cheap chips for us! Food, consisted of something that maybe was refried beans? Grey slop with an oil slick (dollop) of cheddar cheese. Bland guac, no additives, chunks of avocado. Rice! Yellow no flavor. Some lettuce chopped tomatoes and a dollop of sour cream. Bland dry chicken strips, bland dry steak strips, seasoned overcooked shrimp (but the better part of the plate). On a bed of overcooked under seasoned onions and peppers, tortillas that were 5 or 6 inches wide, more for tacos than fajitas. Water is something you get by special request. As the restaurant filled to maybe 1/2 capacity, but 3 or 4 larger parties, the owner became more hyper, and the waitstaff often stopped near our table to discuss strategies (? not sure I don't speak Spanish), it's very upsetting to try and enjoy a meal with that going on. Once, the owner came by, hurriedly asking us if all was well, but so rushed I dared not stop him to discuss all that was wrong. Our waitress always seemed to trail him by 5 minutes or so. We had basically finished our meal, when another waitress came by and offered us to go boxes, our waitress had long since disappeared. We packed up our boxes, they cleared the table rather quickly. We sat, slowly finishing our "large" strong margaritas, waiting at least 1/2 an hour for someone, anyone to deliver a check. Mediocre food Inattentive waitstaff Overall a poor dining experience. Our first and last trip to Frontera Grill, at least in Manchester CT.

Two people manning the entire restaurant, deep in the orders and unable to assist the front. Going to the kiosk, put in a bowl and everything is an up charge. Want noodles? Extra. Want veggies? Extra. Want them combined with the protein? Extra. Then there's upsales after each bowl entry and when you go to check out. Even after all that, two junior bowls end up costing 36 bucks. The portion was fine for the price paid, and the quality of the food was good for a chain. None of my problems are the fault of the employees, they literally had no time between making orders to address the inbound customers. The problem is the company, and they are openly hostile towards their customer base. Unless you specifically are looking for a teriyaki bowl, I would highly advise that you look local and support those businesses before choosing this place. It's fine in terms of quality, and you'll get a decent product for exorbitant prices. But for me it's a pass

We had to give the monster ice cream one we had to give it a try. It was just ok with the blue ice cream. It was gooey with a chocolate chunk cookie, stacked with Rich Vanilla Bean ice cream(blue), Oreo® crumbles and a side of hard-shell chocolate sauce poured on top. Glad we did get to try it before it's gone but our favorite still is the salted caramel pizookie. The service was alittle slow arriving with our order for a Tuesday evening.

Notice the ceiling kegs at the entrance. The music is a variety of music from the 70's to the 80's. For my first drink, I'm high the Lucky Ducky. This is made with Altos Plata Tequila, Malibu Coconut Rum, Absolute Mandarin Vodka, Bols Peach Schnapps, Bols Blue Curaçao, Monin Sweet and Sour, pineapple juice and Starry. I love the prevention! It is served in a bathtub with a floating ducky! This is good. I can't really taste the alcohol but I like the overall taste. The presentation makes the drink. For our appetizer, we are having the Chicken Pot Stickers which are pan-seared filled dumplings, garlic, ginger, yellow chives, soy ginger sauce and slaw topped with rice sticks, sesame seeds and green onions. These are nice! Extra soy sauce and a rice stick topping. For my next drink, I'm having the Grand Patron Margarita made with Patron Silver, fresh orange and lime slices and topped with a mini bottle of Grand Marnier. Grand Marnier is a premium French orange liqueur made from a blend of Cognac brandy, distilled essence of bitter orange, and sugar, created in 1880 by Louis-Alexandre Marnier Lapostolle. It has a rich, complex flavor profile with notes of orange, vanilla, and hazelnut, and is typically 40% ABV (80 proof). It can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, in cocktails like the Sidecar, or used in desserts like Crêpes Suzette. They use a thinner salt for the rim. Still hard to taste the alcohol (because of the size of the glass), but as I drink it, the Grand Marnier kicks in! These more like it! For my next item, I'm having the Soup (clam chowder) and Salad Combo (House). The soup is hot and comes with crackers. It's good! The salad is good sized with croutons, it is very good! For my entree, I'm having the Enlightened Cherry Chipotle Glazed Salmon which is oven roasted Atlantic salmon in a savory Cherry Chipotle glaze with roasted asparagus and spinach. This is dipped hot! It tastes great! Very unique! Nice presentation! I love it! For my last drink, I'm having the Woodford Reserve Old Fashioned made with Woodford Reserve bourbon, simple syrup and Angostura bitters. Look at this! They use a large ice cube to slow the dilution process! It's nicely garnished and well-balanced. This tastes great! Good job! For dessert, I'm having one of their World Famous Pizookies - Strawberry Shortcake. This is a buttery sugar cookie, fresh strawberries, rich vanilla bean ice cream and whipped cream. This is heaven on a plate! Wow! What a great meal here!
