I was walking around at the Westfield University Town Center (UTC). I came across a shop named Squishable. I love Squishmallow so when I saw Squishable, I had to walk right in to see what soft and fluffy plushies that they have in stock. At first, I thought they sold Squishmallow. They look very similar, but actually they are not the same. Two different brands. Their designs are different. Their plushies are indeed cute and soft. However, I didn't see any to my liking for me to buy one. They have lots of different selections. They also have themed plushies. They had a few baskets that contained plushies on sale... buy 1 get 1 50% off. The prices were a tad higher IMHO. If I saw a really cute one or two, I probably would have still bought them, but none resonated with me unfortunately. The lady working here was very friendly and helpful. I asked her if they had any frogs. She showed me a few. There was one that looked okay, but it didn't match the frog that my eldest daughter currently has. I wanted to buy her a smaller version of it. Oh well... the search continues. If you're into cute and soft plushies, Squishable may have what you're looking for. Came here many times as my little yelper is a collector. Haha not sure if that's a good or bad thing. We have many of these characters hanging around our home from the gaming room to bedrooms and hallways. Love the set up, mainly all in what looks like ikea Kallax cubbies which make it easy to find what you want. Very well organized and set up Similar to squidhmallows but better I'd say as it has a larger selection and characters that appeal to boys and not just girls. Each time we've been here it's been a good shopping experience from selection to the staff. Love that there's air purifiers too specially considering everything is plush inside (think allergies!) Price wise be ready to drop some bucks because these aren't cheap. But they're also well made! Super plush and soft! read more

Located at the UTC mall. I would recommend to park near Macy's, the parking garage's, while shaded, are a bit of a nightmare to navigate. You get 2 hours of free parking. Take your ticket with you to pay at machine before leaving if you go over. If the gate opens before you inserted your ticket upon leaving, it's because they scan license plates and record your time. Went here over the weekend so my kiddo could pick out a squishable as a reward for an impressive achievement! There were two staff working that day, both greeted every customer that walked in. Everything was neat and organized. Prices are very high ($50 for a large size), $25 for medium) but it is understandable given that the rent at UTC is very expensive for businesses here, so expect product markup (I recently had a business owner mention this to me after I commented regarding the high price and they said to visit their store in a different area that was much cheaper for the same product). If you sign up on their website you get a 20% off code, but not valid in stores. My kiddo absolutely loves the plush and it is very unique/I have never seen it's like anywhere else. I had not heard of Squishables until today but as we were walking around University Town Center, the products displayed in the window instantly spoke to my 5 year old daughter as we were passing by. Squishables is a fun little store containing various stuffies that I'd like to say are reimagined - they are not your typical cute bears or bunnies, they are each a little malformed. Some of them being mythical creatures like a plague doctor, unicorn, grim reaper or big foot. At times my daughter would pick up things and I'd guess what it might be -- I had no clue what some of them were. She ended up selecting the Netherland Dwarf Bunny which is a very plump bunny that looks like it might be preggers and storing carrots in its cheeks. Still very cute and squishy but not your typical bunny. I observed 3 different sizes; 15", 9" minis, 3" micros but there might be more. Her bunny was a 9" mini for $19.99. Everything is 20% off right now so it was a pretty good bargain. read more

I bought 3 squishables & spent almost $80. 1 large and 2 snacked size. I specifically went for the sourdough bread & soup dumpling which I purchased and the chicken leg (that they didn't have) so I bought a triceratops instead. The store is cute, somewhat organized & the workers were nice, but knew very little about stock and items. The next day I decided to return the triceratops bc I really wanted the chicken leg. I am always hesitant to return in specialty stores like this, but the girl was friendly & refunded me without attitude. I appreciate that. Wow this place is amazing hard to resist entering the store when you got a festive storefront set up. All the stuff animals and collectibles are so cute and super soft. The prices start at $11.99 and up per item weather big or small. It was crowded when I went in for such a small store. I didn't end up buying anything but I appreciate the employees for their help to assist all customers in the store now that was impressive. read more

Soooooo cute! Recently I decided to gift what my clients wanted (I'm in the health field) and one mentioned she wanted a dog, but wasn't ready to commit yet. After I brought her a squishable she felt so much happiness it was palpable. Who said 60 years old woman didn't have a sweet heart. She then bought her share for her kids. On a whim stopped in the store w my little girls. Each wanted to purchase a stuffed avocado with money they saved. One was small and marked 11.99 my youngest wanted a slightly bigger one marked 15.00. At the register the young woman took off the 15.00 tag and told my child and I the price was 20.00$. The item was slightly bigger than the 11.99 avocado but she refused to honor the price on the sticker. Its not about the 5$ but about the fact its 5$ stolen from my child. On the way out I checked another avocado also priced 15$. So maybe they just tell customers whatever price to make money during pandemic. Rudest customer service ivr ever seen in my life. I walked in. Was not greeted. The associate (young black girl, maybe highschool age?) was ignoring everyone and mumbling under her breath. I was waiting to check out she said "I'll be over there whenever.....okay?" In a nasty tone. Didn't ask if I found everything okay. Threw my recipe at me. Didn't hand me my bag I had to tip toe reach for it (I'm short). She seemed to hate life and people and the store. I'd never come back. Ever. Stay away and shop elseware. read more

My niece really wanted a squishable for her birthday. So I left work during a break to drive to the store to get one. When I arrived there was a note that they had stepped out for 15min at that they would be back at 2pm. I waited outside for 20min and then thought I would go get a cup of coffee since no one had returned by 2.10. I came back a few minutes later and now the sign had been updated with an extra 30min and a new time 30min from then. So I took an hour off of work waited outside for almost 30minutes and my niece does not get her squishable... very poor customer service! read more
