I've been to many dollar stores where things feel cluttered or chaotic, but this one feels open, tidy, and very well stocked every time I visit. You can tell the staff really take pride in keeping the store looking great and maintaining it in pristine condition. I especially want to recognize David and Kristen. David works really hard to make sure the store always stays clean, organized, and well stocked. He's constantly moving around the store restocking items, straightening shelves, and keeping everything tidy. I've also noticed that if the checkout line ever gets more than a few people deep, he quickly jumps on a register to help out, stopping whatever he's doing to make sure the flow of checkout keeps moving smoothly. Kristen is wonderful behind the counter. She is always smiling and asking customers how they are doing, which makes the experience feel very welcoming and personal. She keeps friendly conversation going while also staying attentive to the line and making sure everyone is helped in a timely manner. She balances being warm and personable while also managing the checkout process efficiently. I truly wish more dollar stores had the same positive, welcoming vibe this one does. She even went as far to follow my mom into another aisle and ask her if she wanted to go into the dressing room with me. I'm 31 years old wtf. One of the few locations I have went to that has a great selection on items and constantly restocking the shelves to keep up with the demands. Everything is always nicely labeled and you much you are spending each and every time. It's a great place for household needs and snacks. I get a lot of my decorations here too. They look very similar, but actually they are not the same. Two different brands. Their designs are different. Their plushies are indeed cute and soft. However, I didn't see any to my liking for me to buy one. They have lots of different selections. They also have themed plushies. They had a few baskets that contained plushies on sale... buy 1 get 1 50% off. The prices were a tad higher IMHO. If I saw a really cute one or two, I probably would have still bought them, but none resonated with me unfortunately. The lady working here was very friendly and helpful. I asked her if they had any frogs. She showed me a few. There was one that looked okay, but it didn't match the frog that my eldest daughter currently has. Not only no pain, it was quick and now 3 days later, all I can say is that it never got inflamed. I left practically normal and it never swelled nor turned red. I even bought a piercing pillow and never used it. I can sleep on my ear without a problem. It really feels like I didn't even get pierced other than the fact that I've got MORE BLING now. I'm attribute zero problems to Jamie's technique & BUYING the SALINE CAN to clean 3 times a day. Don't skimp, get the saline for $12. From what I remember, the gun actually left my ear lobes completely red and swollen, and easily infected for over a month. This needle method is sooooo much better!!!!! The store is clean, well organized, with friendly staff, and offer solid titanium posts, gold, and lab created diamonds. Highly recommend!

We hadn't decided on where we wanted our piercings, but when we did, they made sure to take a look at our ear anatomy to ensure it would be safe and doable. - PARKING - Free 2 hours at UTC mall, then you pay after that! - SERVICE/ENVIRONMENT - The shop itself is quite small, with a little display desk area for their studs and also where they do the check in/out process. The back has a few rooms where a bench is set up, along with their cabinets for all their supplies. Everything looked very sanitary as it should, and they also made an effort to wipe down everything after each person. Our piercer was very thorough in talking through all the steps, even the prep work, which I could see calming nervous customers down. She was very gentle and made the process quick and as harmless as possible. I definitely would recommend coming here if you're looking to get a piercing!
