I sent my inquiry before 6AM. I received a response w/in an hour which is great however, poor communications w/in their database left me to receive many texts from the various technicians even after it was fixed. I searched for a place to replace my screen. My beloved iPhone 5 shattered all because I was too busy and too careless to put it back properly. I was working out, had a new routine but since I did not memorize it, I kept looking at my phone. My entire life is on my phone. I felt so incomplete w/o it. My phone was working but shards of glass prevented me to do my usual w/ it. Anyway. A technician showed up at my work in the early afternoon. The good news was that the time to replace the screen was quick; less than 15 minutes. The bad, a tip is not required but suggested. I did tip since the service came to me. I swear, I simply have no time to be going about San Jose after work. I also did a few price comparisons. Everywhere was $150+. My screen was replaced. My wallet suffered but I was happy to be able to text and stuff w/o hurting my eyes. I was texting w/ my iPad the entire day and was tired of using it as my phone. After work comes, I plug my auxiliary cable in for my music - - nothing. Odd... I came home to try my ear piece - - nothing. I tried again w/ my workout headphones - - nothing. I contacted the technician that replaced my screen. He comes the next day (today) and told me he did nothing wrong and that the 5 has issues or rather "defects" w/ the plug. If it was a defect, why did it stop working right after you replaced it? I was unhappy w/ the service after I paid a hefty price for a device that my life relies on. I went to Apple today (see picture of appt uploaded) and the verdict? DAMAGED from the inside. Thanks to Apple because they actually care about their customers, I received a brand new 5 w/in 2 minutes. This would have been a 4 or 5 star review if the technician took the time to look at my phone instead of testing it w/ my earpiece and his.... obviously you damaged it. So my 2 year old daughter got a hold of my ipad 2, and decides to test her softball skills and chucks it towards the floor. It's been dropped many times before, but this time, it just didn't sound good when it hit the floor. After giving a stern look to my little one, I went to pick up the iPad and found the glass screen to be shattered from one of the corners all the way to the center. My daughter looked up at me with her puppy dog eyes and couldn't get angry at her. My first thought was to head over to the Apple store, but being new to the area decided to google around. Found icracked and sent them a message. Not five minutes later I get a call back and was quoted a very reasonable price for a glass replacement. Scott came over to my apartment complex in San Bruno and brought it back to his place to work on it. I headed down to Palo Alto Ikea and Scott texted me to let me know it was done. Turn around time was amazing. I offered to pick it up when I was done with Ikea, but the Ikea deamons took over and kept me there until 9 at night. Scott drove all the way back up to San Bruno from Foster the next morning. Talk about service. Highly recommended for you unfortunate enough to crack your igear. By a terrible, horrible, no-good, very-bad-day stroke of luck, I dropped my iPhone on the concrete sidewalk and the glass screen cracked spectacularly (really, it looked like a Spirograph). This had never happened to me before because I handle my devices like children (fragile, fragile children). Some intense internet research brought me to iCracked and Chris, the SF guy. After finding out that Apple wanted almost $200 to fix the screen, I went with Chris who had quoted me a cheaper rate. There's a reason all the reviews here are 5 stars. Chris is exactly the kind of tech guy you want to work with. He's friendly, attentive, compassionate, punctual and knowledgable. He's happy to meet you almost anywhere that is convenient for you. He is quick to respond to emails and phone calls. And when he finally does sit down to fix your iPhone, you can tell he not only knows what he's doing, but loves what he does. Let me start by saying, this was the "millionth" time I had dropped my phone, but only the second time the screen actually broke in 3 years. The last time it broke, I went to a place on Second Ave in the east village and they repaired it with a perfectly durable screen and my phone worked as normal. I'm not sure if they're open in the same location anymore unfortunately. The FIRST time I dropped my phone after an iCracked repair, it broke. So beware and do not use this company. Go to King Digital on Canal Street instead if you can. In a pinch (my phone was shattered and I needed to send urgent work emails asap) I scheduled a repair with iCracked online because their "hours" are deceptive and I thought I'd be able to get someone to my apartment right away. I was wrong but I booked an early am appointment instead and paid a premium price for their services ($150 compared to avg $99-119 elsewhere locally) less than a month ago and the next morning a young man named Jacob showed up to make the repair. He was 15minutes late but pretty nice and he told me he was a local college student - which is great, students need jobs too.. After Jacob completely the repair, in about 20mins, he asked if I wanted to buy a screen protector and I accepted. However, it didn't work at all, and now my phone is cracked after one impact and none of that was covered under warranty so I basically wasted my money and warn you not to. Several reasons I'm leaving this review: 1. Their customer service is horrible and it took 10days to even handle my complaint/get a reply from Jacob. The iTech email they assigned to him doesn't actually work. So I'd email, then text him to follow up, then email again after he'd insist he didn't receive it and ask me to resend, etc. We did this about three times because Flax (iCracked customer service) told me that I had to. I reached out to them, and found out they basically are just a tech repair booking company - which is how they justify taking no accountability for issues which may arise. 2. Jacob upsold me on a screen protector that was garbage. Three weeks after repair, my phone dropped face down once and not only did my phone crack on the upper left corner, the screen protector also cracked about 1/3 over its entirety, and two spots on the edge, which are now jagged exposed (glass!!!) spots where I now scratch my finger several times a day. Crappy quality for an extra $35. Nice! 3. They took my old screen and didn't tell me, ask me, or let me know that it's "part of their policy" to recycle or whatever they do with your old one. Honestly, it's just shady and felt a bit like a sneaky theft that Jacob didn't disclose this to me until I pointed out the fact that I would've liked to compare the quality of his screen vs my other after market screen, which brings me to my next point. 4. I had my phone screen repaired over two years ago and it ABSOLUTELY dropped dozens of times since then and nothing happened - the nice guys on Second Ave fixed it before and gave me a FREE screen protector. That's customer service AND quality. 5. After this issue was escalated, "upper management" Grethel basically told me that she couldn't do anything for me and gave me an email address for their legal department in case I wanted to "do something about it." Huge slap in the face. I was willing to accept a refund for JUST the screen protector because this is about principle to me. I'm a business owner, service provider, and I can't understand their lack of customer service, respect or accountability. They wouldn't even offer that. BUYER BEWARE. The quality is a major issue with not only the products at iCracked, but also their customer service policies and staff as well. read more

Do not use them if you want the warranty. It is not much cheaper than Apple store, they installed a screen that honestly had more damage faster than our iPhone one did. In addition, we had ghosting, but they refuse to fix any of it because of "pre-existing conditions". I worked with them because of the service (and honestly the tech was nice), but the corporate office finds every way to not help or ignore the warranty. Go to a place in the mall or better yet, go to Apple. At least they stand behind their products. read more

Poor quality screen! I ordered a replacement screen for my iPhone 7 Plus and when it arrived everything seemed fine. I installed the new screen and immediately put the phone in a tech21 case. After being in my pocket in a case with no pressure I noticed a small blue circle in the middle of the screen with discoloration. No big deal, I thought, it will just ignore it, better than a cracked screen. 2 days later, without dropping it there was a crack on the lower left corner of the new screen! It continued to spread all over the phone with each day and now its just falling apart. I can only use about a third of my phone screen (the rest is unresponsive) and have to rely on voice dictation or Siri for everything. iCracked refuses to do anything about it since it was a DIY repair. Money, time and productivity wasted. DO NOT use their services for DIY repair. read more

Maybe it's not fair to review but I called what seemed to be a national number, was asked for my zip code and then told to get a pen to write down a number. I did. I called the number. It rang and rang and I could hear someone answer (I could hear background noise) and then quickly hang up without saying anything. This happened 3 times and thus was the end of my relationship with iCracked. It would have been nicer to have been connected to a phone and have that phone answered by either a human or a recording. read more

Shane came over to my place and changed my iphone 6s screen in less than 30 minutes, at first I was impressed with the service and with his skills, but as soon as he left my place I noticed that the screen wasn't the same quality as apple's and I immediately called him to ask what was going on. The next day I tried contacting iCracked and they told me that they couldn't help me with a refund and that I had to contact Shane. After trying to reach him out for a few hours I decided to take my phone to apple and get a decent screen, call my credit card to dispute the transaction. After shattering my iPhone screen and needing it fixed right away, I decided to go with iCracked out of convenience. They dispatched Jermaine to come fix it for me. He fixed it in about 45 minutes and was on his way. Shortly after he left, I began having issues with it. The screen would go black (but the backlight would still be on). I texted Jermaine right away and he said to try turning it off and back on. That did not resolve the issue. It continued to get worse and worse so I filed a warranty claim online... Three times. I received no response and finally called. They told me that I had frame damage and that they voided the warranty on the work I had done which I was never even told when the work was done. After telling them that I had purchased the advantage plan ($7/month and a $25 deductible for another screen repair), he said that he would have Jermaine contact me to fix my phone again but that that plan should have never been sold to me because of the frame damage. I was never contacted and had to reach out to Jermaine several times. He said he did not have any black screens at the time but would let me know when he got them..... I have still not heard back. After getting the run around and with the holidays coming up and my phone blacking out more and more often, I decided to go somewhere else to have it fixed right away. When the new repair person looked at my phone, he said it was shorting because the screens iCracked puts in your phone are refurbished and not manufactured by Apple. It did not truly fit in the frame so that's why it was shorting. There was also another broken screw in the phone. Luckily, he was able to fix it and put another real Apple screen in the phone. It looks much brighter and clearer than the iCracked screen and DOES NOT SHORT OUT. I would not recommend iCracked after this experience. If you can make the trip down to South SF, I'd see Shakeel the iPhone Repair guy. He was less expensive and was able to do the work correctly. read more

I dropped my iPhone 5S: the impact cracked the screen and damaged some of the touch. I looked around at my options and decided iCracked's model (someone comes to my office and fixes it while I'm there) seemed pretty convenient and competitively priced. I figured iCracked for a legit operation, widely used, and with a pretty smart interface. As they were opening up my phone, and it's pretty old, I asked if they'd replace the battery at the same time, it was only an extra $25. My phone worked fine before, the battery was a little flaky, but otherwise really it was fine. I actually really like the 5S it's a brick and hard to damage. Post-repair my phone has a fixed screen and touch. But the following don't work: - Front camera - Back camera - Volume controls - Mute switch - Flash/flashlight - Auto-screen brightness If you appeal to iCracked's warranty department, they basically tell you to deal with the person that fixed your phone. That's a terrible experience. I already feel bad enough for the guy, and now I just want someone that knows what they're doing to come and fix this. **This is a company that doesn't take responsibility for its work. Don't believe all the warranty nonsense, it's not true.** My phone is worse off for their 'repair'. Avoid these people. read more

My son dropped my iPad last Thursday morning, and after searching, I figured I'd go with iCracked. The tech gave a fair quote and we set up an appointment. Since I work from home and not an idiot, I was okay when he was late as it was raining, he was coming from the city and he had texted me to let me know. He was great, and quick, and it was neat to see him work. After about an hour, as he was testing it, the sleep button wasn't working. He wasn't able to glue it down, didn't have the part, and would have to take it. He told me that it would be either Friday afternoon, or Saturday, and I figured that meant Saturday and was okay with it. It's now Tuesday. I got a text from him Monday afternoon saying I'd have it this afternoon after I had sent him a text. I set one at three today and haven't heart anything. I'm sure the electronic signature I did on his phone means that I'm going to be out of luck, have to pay for the screen and now for the sleep button which was working after the fall. I don't want to blame the tech, he seemed like a nice guy but now I'm wishing i had just written it off and bought a new one. Next time I'll take it into a shop that has the parts on hand. read more

Happy to update this review if anything changes. I sent them a phone for trade-in on September 15. They received in on the 18th. On the 21st, they told me it would be 2-3 business days. They promised $70 for it. It's now October 5 and I still haven't been paid. I contacted customer support multiple times. They kept telling me that the trade-in team was still processing my phone and that they were "really busy" and sorry for the delay, it should be processed any day now, they'll get back to me ASAP. And then they never get back to me. I've talked to them at least 5 times if not more. I contacted them on Sunday October 4 and the person told me they've "escalated" it to a supervisor and that someone would be back to me on Monday. Well, it's now 8:45PM on Monday and nobody's gotten back to me. I would be fine with a payment being one or two days late but this has gotten ridiculous. If the phone I sent was not as advertised (which is not the case), why don't they just tell me? I understand they're a fast-growing company. Hooray! Give me my fucking money. Or don't advertise something you can't stick to. But really, I just want the money. Update: finally got paid on November 2nd, after 10 contacts with customer service and several more promises that I would be paid "today or tomorrow" that did not come to fruition. Long story short(er), we hired iCracked to fix our iPad's cracked screen (cosmetic issue only). They ended up breaking the iPad, and we've had to harass and hassle them to make good on it. It took a few months, but we have a new iPad now. I had an iPad that worked perfectly but had a crack. Called iCracked and they scheduled to do the repair. Did the repair in our home spilling tiny bits of glass all over the carpet (which the tech warned about upon arrival). May have used a cafe nearby or if we had known (and brought a broom?). Not a big deal, but perhaps important information. He finished the repair and told us to leave it under a stack of heavy books for 6 hours and then it'll be ready. After waiting 7 hrs for good measure, we picked it up and noticed that the screen wasn't all the way on. It was coming up leaving a gap around one of the sides. Also noticed upon use that part of the screen (a strip on one side) was totally unresponsive. We texted him and he said that we might have to buy an otterbox-like case, and that the screen defect was a manufacturing defect from apple. I mentioned that their pre-diagnostic tests should've ruled out any pre-existing problems, and that the whole reason for doing those tests is make sure they know the iPad is working perfectly beforehand. Went back and forth a bit, and I emailed the headquarters, which said they were sorry and they'd fix it right away. The same tech came back over and picked it up at his first available time (another week or so) to fix it "for free" (he said that.) another many days pass and he drops it back off with us with a new screen. On his way delivering it to us he accidentally cracks the new one, (which I really don't care at this point.. just want something that works correctly, and the crack is on the side, not in front of the screen). He says we can have it back for now and he'll put on another screen when he gets the chance to come back by and do it again. He also mentions that if he had known about the manufacturing defect, he never would've done the repair (again, pre-repair diagnostic?) Upon inspection of the iPad, I could see within seconds (free paint app) that the screen was still not responding correctly on the side, and the screen itself was coming up again but a smaller bit. This was frustrating, because we had already spoken about the dead part of the screen, and that's the reason he took longer to get it to headquarters. He had said via text that this issue had been addressed. Back and forth again, same tech comes to pick up the iPad. waiting...... And they finally made good on it and gave us a new iPad.. Took about four months since turning in the iPad in the first place, and a whole lot of back and forth and hassle.. No thanks. read more

Dear God this saved my life. I live in SF....and work in Santa Clara...and go to school full time...and see a trainer...and like to drink...aka...I'm always doing something...aka...i don't have a lot of free time time to get my iphone fixed. So my cracked iphone went un-repaired for a month and I was resolved that it would stay that way...I had gotten surprisingly proficient at reading on a cracked screen. When a friend told me about iCracked I though is was an urban myth. But it wasn't. I went to the website, got a call from Chris, and he came over that night after work (earlier than he originally scheduled because he was having dinner in the neighborhood). Excellent service! Needed to find someplace local to repair the iPad because of the cracked screen. I didn't want to send off the iPad to the repair place I've sent previous Mac products because I didn't want to be without the iPad for days. Found iCracked on Yelp and saw all the great reviews so thought I'd give them a shot, especially since they were local. Within minutes of filling out my contact information on their site, I received a text from Scott Cha-Choe and we set up a time for pickup. He came to my work and picked up the iPad. He said he would get it back to me in 24-48 hours and he held true to his word. Got the iPad back the next day and it looks brand new. I loved them the first time I used them. The second time was a bad experience but this last time was a horrible situation and I would not recommend these guys to anyone. I'm so frustrated with this company. I broke my ipad screen so I mailed it to them to replace (which they guarantee happens in 2-3 days). Once the screen was replaced, I got my ipad in the mail and IT DID NOT WORK. It just shut off randomly and was not responding. After talking with them, they had me ship it to them again and then kept it for almost 2 weeks. Their 2-3 days turned into weeks and event though I asked for my money back or some kind of discount.. nothing was addressed. At the end they fixed the device WHICH THEY BROKE and I lost almost 3 weeks of a business tool PLUS I still had to pay 150 dollars for this inconvenience. I will never use them again. read more

My iPhone 5s screen cracked so I contacted I cracked. I was annoyed at first because it took so long to match me with someone and their whole marketing campaign is around ease of use and rapidity. Nonetheless after Ian, annalee and Jiaqin were too busy to answer their phones it turned out to be a blessing in disguise for it led me to my savior Chan. He was able to meet me at my home within three hours of contacting me via text (which I loved). Additionally he was very skillful and patiently explained everything about the process to me (I love to learn new things and consequently ask far too many questions). The kicker is that a cat I was pet sitting -- who is far too friendly to be considered a cat might I add -- jumped on his lap halfway through and he continued on undeterred. First it's weird that I tell them what I want through the web form and then I get a text saying someone will quote me later, then an email saying someone will quote me later and then another text from someone asking me what I need...mmm A quote?...Which I asked for already through the form...So already annoyed by all this I get my quote which is $50 more than apple charges for a replacement that will not void my warranty...I was told I get a free screen protector so I ask what type of screen protector it is to see if the convenience of them coming to me and the "free" screen protector will make up for the price difference...Well it's been a couple hours and no reply so I guess I'll just go to apple. Wow! Run, don't walk to Eric Ross and iCracked! We were on our way to Stinson Beach from San Francisco this past Saturday. I got out of the car, forgetting that my iPhone was on my lap and bam! The phone hit the concrete and I was so upset as I realized that my screen was shattered :( I called Verizon and learned I'd need to pay $199 to have it repaired (and that's WITH the insurance I've been paying for). Then my boyfriend told me about an app he had on his phone called iCracked. Concept is to match technicians with you based on your zip code in real time. The interface is so user-friendly. The organization screens all of the technicians for skill set and via background checks. I simply entered my phone, model, color, issue, and zip code. I entered the zip code for where we were going to be staying that day at Stinson. Eric was on it! Literally in 30 seconds or less, I had a text message from Eric asking me when I'd like to have my phone repaired. I said that I'd love to have it "today" if possible. He called me and I learned that he was based in Hercules but that he could be at the Stinson address by 6pm. Wow! On a Saturday too! He gave me an estimate at roughly 1/2 of what I would have had to pay with Verizon and noted that he took cash or credit card. We hung up and I instantly got a text confirmation, "Maureen O'Sullivan, your iCracked iphone 4 black verizon repair is set for 8/24/13, 6:00 PM. Your iTech Eric Ross is set to pickup your device." The text also included his phone if I needed to reach him again. He texted me when he left Hercules and was kind enough to reconfirm his ETA. Given weekend traffic, some road closures and our fairly remote Stinson address, Eric showed up right on time, very professionally dressed and with a big smile on his face! He was very courteous, respectful and extremely kind. He estimated he'd need about 45 minutes to complete the job. And given that there wasn't a suitable workspace inside the house, he even said that he could take care of the phone in his car. Outstanding customer service! Just as he anticipated, it took about 45 minutes. He also did a bit of complimentary cleaning inside my phone too which will help me to get some more mileage out of the phone. Ok - I'll say first that the initial service I received was prompt and solved my issues. That's why two stars. After that is when things went downhill. I broke my 6s Plus screen in July and didn't want to take the time to go to the Apple store. This business model seemed ideal. I completed a request for quote and had a tech respond fairly quickly. Weston (my tech) scheduled a call at my office the very next day. He texted twice about running late by 30 mins and then having problems finding parking (it is SF after all). He repaired the screen in under 30 mins and I was on my way. Now for the problem - in less than two months my phone started showing vertical lines and made the phone screen unusable. Research online pointed out that this often occurs after a screen replacement. I sent an email to iCracked support and my tech on a Tuesday morning with my problem and a picture of my screen. Support was prompt and told me to fill out the warranty request. In about an hour they said it was approved for a visit to check on the phone and that they would contact my original tech or I could reach out to him. The next day he did reach out but said his Thursday was booked and we would "try" for Friday. Friday came and he said it "wasn't" going to work how was Saturday at 11am. I sent my home information and had expected support on Saturday. Late on Friday night he emailed saying he was "now fully booked" and it would have to be Tuesday. Looks like he was taking new - paying - calls instead of doing a warranty repair on his work. During this whole time I would receive several emails from warranty asking how i was feeling about their service. Each reply was automated. After several calls and after directly contacting two more of their techs I still did not have an appointment - only snarky emails. Found out that iCracked is not responsible for the work performed under their name. Just a front for independent repair staff of no quantifiable quality. Had support staff even admit to me that why would another tech be anxious to do a warranty repair on another of their "technicians" work. It was deplorable to hear this. AS SAID BEFORE: **This is a company that doesn't take responsibility for its work. Don't believe all the warranty nonsense, it's not true.** I'm still waiting for a response from iCracked. Haven't had a phone for a week. They are quick to send emails. Their technician was quick to make call when $$$ was on the line..... but now - followup is all on me with iCracked talking but doing very little else. And I'm not sure who said "the same price as an Apple store" but there is a premium on their service - which is reasonable - but warranty is not treated seriously by this shell of a company. read more

Dave is my savior! I was contemplating the tragedy of possibly scrapping my iPhone and getting a new one for hundreds of dollars after my baby dropped it in the toilet but Dave promptly came to the rescue! He came to my house which was extremely convenient. He was very professional and within the hour my phone was back to new and for a mere fraction of what the apple store charges to repair or of course buy a new one! He also advised me on options for preventing screen breakage which considering my track record could be next :) Good news = I know who to call! I dropped my phone on the way to work, shattered my iPhone 5c screen. Huge bummer since I'm leaving town tomorrow and wouldn't have time to go get it fixed. So, I was pretty apprehensive to a non-Apple repair. And I was thinking there's no way you can have consistently perfect reviews! But here I am happy with the service, leaving yet another perfect, satisfied customer review. iCracked my iPhone 5s screen. DaveFixed it perfectly! Speaking to the service, iCracked was great! I placed a request in on Friday to get a quote, and was contacted by Dave on Saturday. We chatted about the condition of my then cracked phone, and set up a meeting at a Starbucks here in the city. Dave was awesome! Very thorough, and definitely a skilled set of hands for screen replacement. As a part of their protocol, he tested the mics and buttons well before taking anything apart. The chassis on my phone was a slightly bent, so it took a little more time for him to fix my phone. Other then that, swapping out the screen and putting all the pieces back together. The fingerprint sensor works perfectly. He had mentioned he felt a slight drop in the button after moving it to the new screen, but it is not discernible at all to me. It was a cake-walk for him! Thanks, Dave! As for the part itself--so far so good! No issues with the screen, seems like a good part so far. iCracked also puts a lifetime warranty on the part itself, and if needed, on repairs to the phone resulting from the initial replacement. At 11:00 that night after making a Genius Bar appointment I knew had no point, I started exploring other options. Google turned up these guys, with great endorsements. After filling out a super quick form online, I received a text message confirming receipt of my fix-it request. The next morning, Chris Vargas texted me to briefly go over the nature of my problem, and set up a time and place to meet. It seemed too good to be true, but that afternoon, Chris (super nice guy, btw) was at my kitchen table repairing my cracked screen so that it looked brand new. This place is AMAZING! I cannot express how much better it could be. Ed took such good care of us. When we first contacted hm, I thought he might say that he could only work on iphones, but when our daughter cracked her Samsung Galaxy cell phone (only a month and a half old!) Logan was great. Got an iPad and a 5s fixed for $80 by trading in 2 old phones, one of which was smashed to bits. Highly recommend. I'll use them again for sure when the need arises. I had two items for repair, and iPhone 4S and an itouch 4; both needing replaced screens. It took an extra day for repairs for the itouch as parts needed to be ordered. Repairs were completed and all was good in the world. The itouch ended up having the screen cracked again. There was some did discrepancy as to whether it was dropped again or whether it was an installation issue. But, based on the time passed (2 days) warranty was honored and the screen was replaced again. The only hitch here is that it took several days for the repair to be complete, I assumed because it was a lower priority being a warranty item. This disappointed me considerably as I had no intention of having him eat the total cost of the repair. Especially since he stood up to the plate and took it in as a warranty when he probably did not have to. I did pay him for the cost of the screen plus a tad more to compensate him for some of his time. A good honest man, in my opinion. I would have just appreciated the second repair in a more timely manner especially since the first repair took an extra day in itself after being told it would be done in a few hours. While I have the patience my 10 yr old grandson did not. read more

I live in Potrero Hill above the Whole Foods. Chris Larwood from iCracked met me a the Whole Foods wine & beer bar and did the repair right there. It was ~$125 with tax for a new 4S screen. I rarely do reviews.. But Dave Gaffin is very deserving of 5+ stars. My iPhone 5 screen cracked friday and my brothers cracked his the very next day. I called around for quotes and iCracked (Dave's) was the best, especially with their lifetime warranty. He gave us a good deal and was able to work on both of our phones. It was quick and easy, finished two phones in an a little over an hour. I loved the fact that I didn't have to mail out my phone to be repaired and wait weeks not knowing who's hands it would be in.
