They sent a tech out that day and had two of the machines up and running within an hour. They took the third machine with them and called me later with the results of their findings. They gave me a couple of smart options and their suggestion. Based on their opinion, I'm going to purchase a new printer. I really appreciate the fact that they could've charged me a lot of money to fix it (since I'm a dummy with these things) but, they were very honorable and pointed me in the direction of a new printer. Guillermo has always helped us find the best way to keep our copier running at an annual cost that works out to something like 1/10th what Ikon or other companies charge to lease a copier. (What a scam. You're much better off getting a reliable machine from Pro-Tech and having them service it for you.) We generally replace our copiers when they get up to about 1,000,000 copies on the copy counter, and we're on our 7th copier, and are considering our 8th. (Tip: I have had good luck with Canon copiers.) Oh, Guillermo is really friendly to boot. Always cheerful, in a good mood, and he takes his time to explain to you what's going on.

I've been with Guillermo and his crew for almost ten years now, and let them take care of all of my copiers. His rates are very reasonable, he's always friendly and polite, and he can fix a lot of things without replacing them. Just yesterday, for example--I'd called him up on Saturday (try getting another copy repair company to answer on the weekend!) with an error code. He said that generally meant it was a board part or the hard drive. He showed up on Monday with a new board, but he tested a couple of other things first. He found it was something else, much less expensive to fix. I've found that Guillermo does such a good job with my copiers that I work with him on a per-incident basis rather than on a contract (which most companies will try to tie you into). I also know that he handles a lot of independent Kinkos-like places, as well, which to me says a lot about the value and quality that his small company offers.

Bryan (Noble IT) was professional and friendly right from the first phone call. He explained his IT knowledge and was willing to look in my situation. He said that he believes he can help and if he can't fix the issue, he would not charge me for his time. Honest. He quoted me his hourly charge and thinks the issue could be resolved in an about an hour. He would most likely know within 20 minutes if he could solve the issue. We did a screen share. How convenient for both of us, both in front of our computers in our home. As he worked he answered all of my questions in a friendly manner. It was amazing to watch how quickly he moved around the operating system, changing things so that everything worked smoothly. If he hit a road bump, he would do a little research of how to fix it. No one knows everything, not even me, lol. I mentioned to him many times how patient he was with not only me but in figuring out the road bumps. Impressive!
