If you enjoy scavenger hunts in dusty, unstaffed showrooms, this is your Mecca. If you actually want to ship a package or be acknowledged as a breathing entity, literally anywhere else in the Richmond would be better.

I made multiple attempts for 11 days where it sat outside my front door to have it picked up, and they never picked it up and never returned my money. I had someone come and take it to the dump. Attached are photos of it sitting outside my front door and a photo of the file cabinet when it was in the truck when it was being taken to the dump. You can see the dent on the right side of the file cabinet when it's lying down in the back of the truck.
