Recently Daniel helped me with a persistent laptop issue that involved several moving pieces, troubleshooting, and shipping, all with interference from my schedule, needing the laptop free at specific times for my job. He followed up regularly, helped me understand what the next steps were, and was kind as I fumbled a bit with terminology (this is not my area of expertise!). Thanks to the whole team to the support, and particularly Daniel in making sure I got my ol' workhorse figured out so I could get back to full productivity.

He told me that the HP 9025 printhead that I had bought online wasn't actually new and factory tested, which explained the ink supply messages I was getting; he went online to verify that I could buy a new, factory-tested one; I bought what he told me; and the printer now works perfectly. That is exceptional service and will guarantee that I return to him if I have any future problems. Thank you, Omar.

It's Saturday today, but Guillermo came in to fix our copier since he knows we need it fixed before…read morethe week starts. We've been using Pro-Tech for years now. Guillermo has always helped us find the best way to keep our copier running at an annual cost that works out to something like 1/10th what Ikon or other companies charge to lease a copier. (What a scam. You're much better off getting a reliable machine from Pro-Tech and having them service it for you.) We generally replace our copiers when they get up to about 1,000,000 copies on the copy counter, and we're on our 7th copier, and are considering our 8th. (Tip: I have had good luck with Canon copiers.) Oh, Guillermo is really friendly to boot. Always cheerful, in a good mood, and he takes his time to explain to you what's going on.

I've been with Guillermo and his crew for almost ten years now, and let them take care of all of my copiers. His rates are very reasonable, he's always friendly and polite, and he can fix a lot of things without replacing them. Just yesterday, for example--I'd called him up on Saturday (try getting another copy repair company to answer on the weekend!) with an error code. He said that generally meant it was a board part or the hard drive. He showed up on Monday with a new board, but he tested a couple of other things first. He found it was something else, much less expensive to fix. I've found that Guillermo does such a good job with my copiers that I work with him on a per-incident basis rather than on a contract (which most companies will try to tie you into). I also know that he handles a lot of independent Kinkos-like places, as well, which to me says a lot about the value and quality that his small company offers.
