I contacted Greg through the website and got a quick estimate. I scheduled with him the next day and he was able to show up in 30 minutes. You get a link that shows his location in progress and ETA. I really like that as I don't like to wait around or get 2-4 hour windows for when service people are to show up. Greg showed up on time and he was very professional. He replaced the cracked screen on the iPhone and it was good as new. Outstanding service and I highly recommend him! read more

So the technician was pretty good. The issue was the operations. I called on a Tuesday, scheduled the apt for that afternoon. The technician texted and let me know he didn't have iPhone 7 plus screen. He would order it and we could reschedule to Thurs or Friday. Part came in late Friday so we had to schedule for Monday. Not exactly "same day service". The installation was quick, 35-40 min, and Alberto, my technician was punctual and polite. There is however a noticeable loss in saturation and contrast compared to the factory glass. I like the concept's convenience, but if I knew it would take a week and my screen was going to be 70% as vivid I would have just gone through my phone carrier's insurance. Price was $129.99. Be sure to research all other options before going with iCracked. read more

In San Diego, for Comic Con - dropped my iPhone and shattered the screen. Tried to make an appointment with the Apple Store, but the soonest available appointment time was two days later. So, I checked online and found iCracked. Robert B, mobile technician was efficient, friendly and professional. Repairs were complete within minutes which included a glass screen protector. He came out to me and performed the repair on the spot. Just a few dollars more than the Apple Store, the convenience of someone coming out to you, and including a glass screen protector is more than worth it to me. I wasn't worrying about voiding the warranty, with a third party repair - as the coverage expired long ago. read more

SquareTrade Go - He's amazing! - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me

Greg was highly recommended to me by a friend who had used him before.... no joke I left a message he texted me and was at my house with him the hour.... he fixed a screen on one iPhone and replaced a battery on the other iPhone . He was really considerate and went through everything he was doing. Just felt great to have someone so honest and not trying to replace other things that weren't needed! I will definitely recommend him again! Thanks again Greg! You rock !! read more

I HIGHLY recommend iCracked for your iPhone needs! At first, I didn't inquire them right away. I made an appointment somewhere else in PB and 30 minutes before that appointment (I was already on my way), I got a text saying the place "didn't have the right parts in stock". It was definitely frustrating being that I was already on my way and it was pretty obvious they made my appointment on a whim in hopes they would be have the right equipment to fix it. So a few days later, I found iCracked here on yelp and decided to give them a try. My experience with them from start to finish was great. Once I requested more information, I got a text and a call to provide me with details about the services they provide. I made an appointment for a few days later and Jared met me at a Starbucks to repair my iPhone 6+ cracked screen. He was really nice and very professional. The phone repair only took about 15 minutes then I was on my way! The quality of the repair is awesome and I really liked how their communication and services were very prompt and convenient. My phone has been fixed for about a month now and I haven't experienced any problems whatsoever! Again, I highly recommend them! read more

Bad customer service Don't use them to replace an Iphone battery. They replaced my battery and within 30 days it would take a charge. Then they would replace it because they state: Battery replacements. Batteries are considered a consumable product and iCracked does not offer a lifetime warranty on battery replacements. BUT WHAT ABOUT JUST A 30/60/90 DAY WARRANTY!!! Is that too much to ask for? Especially if the battery is defective. read more

Spencer gave us excellent service. Love that he is mobile and will meet you anywhere (within reason). Great pricing and super fast! read more

SquareTrade Go - Spencer in action!! - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me

STAY AWAY FROM I CRACKED. Terrible service. Had a cracked 5S screen. Dropped the bloody thing and the technician made the problem worse by breaking the camera sensor and installed a a sub-standard 3rd party screen which didn't fit properly into the phone and the screen still pops out. I chased up the technician and called corporate and both pointed fingers at each other. I was asked to mail my phone into them. Are you kidding me. Some tech who shows up to my house to fix ( damage) the phone even more and some guy from corp who I do not know who the hell they are want me to send them my phone. No way! To make matters even worse, I went back to the Apple Store to have them properly fix the phone, but store policy is that they can't touch any apple products that have been fiddled with by 3rd party muppets . My advice to you (whoever is reading this) is do yourself a huge favor and just head on down to the Apple Store and they'll fix a new screen for approx $120 bucks and they'll do it right as they built the bloody thing. Sodding I-Cracked charged me $110. Stay away from these Swedish chef muppets and get the proper Apple guys to work on your phone. I-cracked, you bloody mean I-Muppets. One last thing these 5 stars rating form other reviewers must be from I cracked team pumping up the ratings. You have been warned. read more

After conducting approximately 3 hours of research to find the most reputable company to repair my cracked iPhone 5 glass I submitted my contact information to iCracked. After submitting my information a new screen popped up with 4 possible technicians that would contact me about the repair. Within 30 seconds of submitting my request Cary contacted me via text. We exchanged several text messages during which he was never pushy or trying to sell me on his service. Cary then called me to explain the iCracked process and benefits of completing the work with them, which I had not heard from any other company I contacted. We agreed on a time to meet at my home to complete the repair, he was early, and extremely polite and accommodating. Overall the repair took 10-15 minutes, and he even installed a screen protector/anti-glare cover at no extra charge. I would not only recommend Cary to anyone needing to fix there phone, but I will absolutely go back to him with any repair in the future. Thanks a ton Cary you were great! read more

This is a review for iCracked company in general. My iphone screen broke in early october 2014. I got the first repair done in Buffalo, NY, where I was visiting family. The first repair was simple, however, 24-48 hours later my screen started coming off of my phone and intermittently working. I was traveling for the weekend, so when I came back into town he fixed it no problem. Fast forward 3 months. My screen started coming off my phone again and intermittently working, an issue I've never had prior to getting it fixed. I immediately reached out to iCracked in San Diego, which told me I needed approval for a warranty repair. I contacted and filled out the form online, 7 days ago. Didn't hear back for 48 hours until I called (which I had to ask for the number 4 times from online chat support). They emailed me to say that it was processing and that I would hear from a technician soon. 48 hours went by and I emailed them back with no response. I called the local icracked technician who said he would pass something off to his supervisor and have them call me back today. STILL didn't hear anything. And tonight, my screen caught on my shirt and cracked with me taking it out of my pocket "too vigorously" i guess. I am beyond upset. Overall, really shitty customer service communication. If you want your customers to stay, I recommend following up with your warranty. read more

Spencer is awesome! He's fast and readily available. He came to my office and repaired my phone within 30 minutes. I recently called upon his services again to help clear up my front camera (super hazy almost like a natural photo filter) and he came to my office again to take a look at it - free of charge. Definitely would recommend his services :) read more

From beginning to end, my experience with Alan was a five star service. After my initial call inquiring about cell phone repair, his response was immediate. In no time, an appointment was made and throughout the service Alan was a top notch professional. (I dropped my phone face down onto concrete and cracked the screen). Arriving on time, Alan got straight to work. His competency and calm, pleasant manner made his detailed work seem effortless. Throughout conversation and observations it was very apparent how much he appears to love what he does. If you ever find yourself in need of a great repair, do not hesitate to call this guy. I believe the greater the fix-it challenge, the more impressed you'll be with his persistence and expertise to get your technology back in order and good as new. read more

Alan saved my life yet again.... I am that typical blonde that always drops or breaks my phone. At least once a year; but I've made it almost 4 months now with my brand new screen he replaced and it's ll because of the updated screen protector he sold me for a GREAT price! He came to me for installation and also gave me a BRAND NEE battery. I had been asking about my battery since the last time and he showed up with one for a steal of a deal and I couldn't pass it up! Installed everything at my home and would have met me anywhere. Great customer service and loves his job! If you need your iPhone fixed call Alan B. @: 442-888-1591! read more

Simply fast and professional service! Alan replaced the screen on my daughters iPhone 5c very quickly and in the comfort of my own home. Not only was his services professional he is an amazing guy that knows how to relate to people. I definitely recommend the services from this company and its even better if you get Alan. It's fast and affordable and they definitely know what they are doing and give you an incredible warranty with it. Do not hesitate to make the call! read more

Alan, what can I say that hasn't already been said by previous Yelp reviewers which are 100% accurate! He has fixed my MacBook Air after my husband spilled juice on it. Alan took the time to assist me in recovering my data (school assignments, special photos, and other important documents), fixed my USB port, and re-installed the OSX software. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and professional in the services he provides. I would highly recommend Alan to any of my friends and family for their Apple repair needs. If you are looking for a great PRICE and awesome customer service look no further, Alan is your man! read more

Alan is a pro! Fixed my poor iPhone 5 screen in 20 minutes. It's as good as new. I scheduled my appointment and he showed up to my house 30 minutes later. Finally, no more cracked phone. Thanks again for helping me out. I'd definitely use you again to fix my cracked screens (hopefully I won't have anymore). Highly recommend. read more

STAY AWAY. HORRIBLE SERVICE. HE WILL BREAK YOUR PHONE AND DISAPPEAR. Garrett was quick to meet up and "fix" my phone. I cracked my screen at work (iPhone 6) and been having a busy week so I needed a quick fix. He replaced the cracked screen and gave me my phone. Paid $75.00 for it, no big deal. I get home and my speakers are making loud static, my phone randomly goes black, the screen tears, pixels are out of place. I texted him back about my issue, said he will get new screens. Never followed up with me about the "new screens" and hasn't even got back to me. So now I'm stuck with a broken phone. Save yourself the trouble. Don't call this guy. Don't give him your business. read more

My iPhone 5 was pretty broken before Cary came to the rescue! Nothing on the right side of my screen was working and it had chunks of the screen missing from the top and on top of that, my screen was cracked. I was recommended to iCracked by my coworker a couple of weeks ago, guess he got tired of seeing my cracked screen lol. Once i filled out the request form online, within 5 minutes I received a call from Cary. He was very professional over the phone and gained my trust pretty quick. We scheduled for him to come down to my work the following day. He showed up exactly on time, which is rare for any repair person to achieve. So right then, I knew my iPhone was in good hands. He was very professional in person as well, with his metal suitcase full of tools and dust cleaner spray (haha) Basically, he ran all the diagnostic tests before he started working on it. He then proceeded to fix my phone identifying why my digitizer wasn't working and also walking me thru the repair procedures. He could have easily fixed the digitizer, but my screen was cracked anyway, so the whole screen was replaced. Once he was done he ran the same tests to make sure everything was working properly once he was done. It took about 45 mins for him to complete the job. And I am very pleased with his work. I've gone to other places before that made me feel uneasy because who knew if these other people were even certified techs. I trust Cary and this company which offers a great warranty! I recommend Cary/iCracked to anyone who needs their damaged iphone/ipad repaired. read more

Someone who comes to you and has your phone brand spanking new within a matter of minutes...? Um, yes please! My iPhone screen was shattered after it went flying out of my hands, and so I hopped on the iCracked website to submit an inquiry. Got a text from Cary almost within minutes, and we then set up to meet within the next day where he came to my work place. Communication was via text, and he also texted to confirm that we had our appointment time still. Score! Within 20 minutes, he handed me back my brand new phone, with a tempered glass screen protector too, so shiny and new again! Don't hesitate to contact them if you need anything fixed! They also buy back old devices that you don't use too. Highly recommended and I'd use them again! read more

UPDATED REVIEW I'm taking back my 5 stars from about 2 months ago. Believe it or not I already shattered my new screen. I called Garret numerous times and left numerous messages, in the last week. I can't wait and hope to hear from him anymore. I found a guy who is actually going to charge me $25 more than Garrett did, which I'm not thrilled about, but at least my phone will be fixed.Plus my new guy is in a store, therefor he can't be as evasive. Garrett just left and my iphone is good as new!! He came to my house which is awesome! He was in and out in about 15 minutes. I hope I don't need his service again, but lets face it...I have 3 kids. If and when I need my iphone fixed, Garrett will be my go guy!! Thanks Garrett for a Great service!! read more

I am SO pleased with the service offered through Facebook.com/ifixedramona with Katrina in Ramona! My daughter has dropped her phone! ON top of that, did some other stuff. SO, I had to take the phone to her twice in one week. I was not taken advantage of in price at all and the service was super fast and super awesome! My daughter is SUPER happy with her phone now! Not only was the cracked screen fixed, but she was also able to replace the charger port to make that work again. Teens are tough on their devices and buying new ones just isn't an option! SO glad to know that we have a local Ramona resource! Than you #iFixedRamona! Contact her for a quote, I cannot help there, lol. My daughter had an oder phone, making the price super reasonable! This is my one and only GOTO for all of my iOS repairs! read more

I shattered my iPad screen, called Brandon and agreed on a time to meet at my home where he would pick it up, fix it and deliver it the next day ( Sunday ) Ten minutes after I talked to him I had my iPhone in my back pocket, sat on a hard seat and...yep, broke that too. He came to my house, picked up both devices returned the phone in two hours and the iPad in twenty four. On time and reasonable. read more

Expected this to be a really cool service... I tried there online option on Sunday. After many text strings that made no sense or netted no response. I gave up on that option and called, eventually got a nice guy "Weston" who said he could totally help fix my cracked screen and scheduled an appt for Tues at 9am (he apologized and said it was busy until then) I agreed and said that would not be a problem. 930 Tuesday morning no one had showed up, so I called Weston and was sent to voicemail. Never received a call or text back... very annoying. Checked my email and was sent an email that said there were no reps in my neighborhood... Not a "hey we can't make it this morning" email... An email stating no reps in my neighborhood. So I wrote the support to allow them to fix this issue (just someone fix my phone thats all i care about) and still nothing... So in my opinion this is a business based on customer service; and well there is none. If you can't make it call or text and let your customer know, its literally that easy. The emails and texts you send only add to my frustration as the message being sent doesn't even match the situation so your general ability to communicate anything of worth is absent. read more

QUICK, EASY, REASONABLE PRICE & EFFICIENT! Dropped my phone 3 weeks after receiving insurance replacement. Another cracked screen on my iPhone. Found iCracked on Yelp right here in San Marcos. Called and spoke with Greg. He was at my house in 25 minutes, phone fixed 45 minutes after that. Greg was friendly, personable and professional. I hope I never need the service again, but I would happily be a repeat customer. The only disappointing thing is that Greg didn't show up in the little SmartCar shown. read more

Do you live in San Diego County? Do you need urgent care for your iPhone or iPad device? If so, then you definitely need to call iCracked and have Tim help you out!! You will not regret it...not for a moment. Last night I dropped my phone face down on the travertine in my kitchen. With trepidation I picked it up, turned it over and, indeed, shattered! Ugh! I use my phone for what seems to be round-the-clock...no bueno. My husband and I had heard that Tim would be our guy to the rescue and he did not disappoint! We contacted him and he was available to meet me at 4PM today at a Starbucks conveniently located near my work. He was perfectly prompt and came ready to fix my phone, with repair inventory available for any fix that might be needed. For the next 30-40 minutes we sat at a small table in the corner of the restaurant and I watched as he every so carefully, with precision, took apart my phone, replaced the shattered face, and put it back together again...perfectly. Concurrent with the precision manipulation of the delicate electronics, Tim managed to carry on a professional and light-hearted conversation, answering my questions along the way. I walked away with my phone back to normal, less cash out of my pocket then would have been the case even with insurance through my carrier, and a big smile on my face. Doesn't get better than that!! If your phone breaks...call Tim. Seriously. read more

I recently had Spencer come out to my house to repair my wife's 4th screen. Even though the price was only $11 more, the service which Spencer provided was so worth the price. From the previously installed screens I guess you get what you paid for. The previous installers missed 3 screws and the iPhone button was not working properly. So spencer was able to correct the screen crack but also included a better quality screen. read more

Service is great don't get me wrong. They were fast to reply and showed up on time. However the guy didn't have what he needed to fix my phone even after I told him what kind of phone I had. The screens he did have looked cracked and broken as well so not really sure what that was about. On top of that he wanted $189 to fix the screen. Apple told me a way cheaper price! Plus for $25 I can get the kit and take it to another place to fix it. I'm sorry but for that price id rather buy a new phone instead. I do not suggest anyone use this service. My I tech wasn't Garrett but my itech doesn't have a yelp page so I honestly can't put this review anywhere else read more

Robert from lakeside "fixed" my iPhone screen since it had cracks on the screen itself. When he finished I noticed the Touch ID sensor wasn't working(it was working before) so he came back to attempt to fix it and nothing was fixed and he said there was nothing he could do. I am still in contact with the iCracked company and hopefully this gets resolved with a partial refund or compensation. 2/19/17 UPDATE They did not want to give me any sort of compensation, so I disputed it to the bank and got it fixed.
