So the technician was pretty good. The issue was the operations. I called on a Tuesday, scheduled the apt for that afternoon. The technician texted and let me know he didn't have iPhone 7 plus screen. He would order it and we could reschedule to Thurs or Friday. Part came in late Friday so we had to schedule for Monday. Not exactly "same day service". The installation was quick, 35-40 min, and Alberto, my technician was punctual and polite. There is however a noticeable loss in saturation and contrast compared to the factory glass. I like the concept's convenience, but if I knew it would take a week and my screen was going to be 70% as vivid I would have just gone through my phone carrier's insurance. Price was $129.99. STAY AWAY FROM I CRACKED. Terrible service. Had a cracked 5S screen. Dropped the bloody thing and the technician made the problem worse by breaking the camera sensor and installed a a sub-standard 3rd party screen which didn't fit properly into the phone and the screen still pops out. I chased up the technician and called corporate and both pointed fingers at each other. I was asked to mail my phone into them. Are you kidding me. Some tech who shows up to my house to fix ( damage) the phone even more and some guy from corp who I do not know who the hell they are want me to send them my phone. No way! To make matters even worse, I went back to the Apple Store to have them properly fix the phone, but store policy is that they can't touch any apple products that have been fiddled with by 3rd party muppets . My advice to you (whoever is reading this) is do yourself a huge favor and just head on down to the Apple Store and they'll fix a new screen for approx $120 bucks and they'll do it right as they built the bloody thing. Sodding I-Cracked charged me $110. Stay away from these Swedish chef muppets and get the proper Apple guys to work on your phone. I-cracked, you bloody mean I-Muppets. After conducting approximately 3 hours of research to find the most reputable company to repair my cracked iPhone 5 glass I submitted my contact information to iCracked. After submitting my information a new screen popped up with 4 possible technicians that would contact me about the repair. Within 30 seconds of submitting my request Cary contacted me via text. We exchanged several text messages during which he was never pushy or trying to sell me on his service. Cary then called me to explain the iCracked process and benefits of completing the work with them, which I had not heard from any other company I contacted. We agreed on a time to meet at my home to complete the repair, he was early, and extremely polite and accommodating. Overall the repair took 10-15 minutes, and he even installed a screen protector/anti-glare cover at no extra charge. This is a review for iCracked company in general. My iphone screen broke in early october 2014. I got the first repair done in Buffalo, NY, where I was visiting family. The first repair was simple, however, 24-48 hours later my screen started coming off of my phone and intermittently working. I was traveling for the weekend, so when I came back into town he fixed it no problem. Fast forward 3 months. My screen started coming off my phone again and intermittently working, an issue I've never had prior to getting it fixed. I immediately reached out to iCracked in San Diego, which told me I needed approval for a warranty repair. I contacted and filled out the form online, 7 days ago. Didn't hear back for 48 hours until I called (which I had to ask for the number 4 times from online chat support). They emailed me to say that it was processing and that I would hear from a technician soon. 48 hours went by and I emailed them back with no response. I called the local icracked technician who said he would pass something off to his supervisor and have them call me back today. STILL didn't hear anything. And tonight, my screen caught on my shirt and cracked with me taking it out of my pocket "too vigorously" i guess. I am beyond upset. Overall, really shitty customer service communication. If you want your customers to stay, I recommend following up with your warranty. read more

My iPhone 5 was pretty broken before Cary came to the rescue! Nothing on the right side of my screen was working and it had chunks of the screen missing from the top and on top of that, my screen was cracked. I was recommended to iCracked by my coworker a couple of weeks ago, guess he got tired of seeing my cracked screen lol. Once i filled out the request form online, within 5 minutes I received a call from Cary. He was very professional over the phone and gained my trust pretty quick. We scheduled for him to come down to my work the following day. He showed up exactly on time, which is rare for any repair person to achieve. So right then, I knew my iPhone was in good hands. He was very professional in person as well, with his metal suitcase full of tools and dust cleaner spray (haha) Basically, he ran all the diagnostic tests before he started working on it. He then proceeded to fix my phone identifying why my digitizer wasn't working and also walking me thru the repair procedures. He could have easily fixed the digitizer, but my screen was cracked anyway, so the whole screen was replaced. Once he was done he ran the same tests to make sure everything was working properly once he was done. It took about 45 mins for him to complete the job. And I am very pleased with his work. Service is great don't get me wrong. They were fast to reply and showed up on time. However the guy didn't have what he needed to fix my phone even after I told him what kind of phone I had. The screens he did have looked cracked and broken as well so not really sure what that was about. On top of that he wanted $189 to fix the screen. Apple told me a way cheaper price! Robert from lakeside "fixed" my iPhone screen since it had cracks on the screen itself. When he finished I noticed the Touch ID sensor wasn't working(it was working before) so he came back to attempt to fix it and nothing was fixed and he said there was nothing he could do. I am still in contact with the iCracked company and hopefully this gets resolved with a partial refund or compensation. 2/19/17 UPDATE They did not want to give me any sort of compensation, so I disputed it to the bank and got it fixed.
