My vehicle had a simple problem that prevented it fron running (a bad throttle position sensor). At about 4:30, two people arrived in their personal vehicle and examined my vehicle. A diagnosis was made quickly. They removed the bad part in ten minutes, and then left to obtain the replacement part. They returned about twenty minutes later and installed the new part. The vehicle was then tested to my satisfaction. When I called, the person who answered said that it would be $50 for the call and diagnosis, and that the mechanic would take a credit card. After the work was completed, I was charged $75 for the call, $75 labor, and $180 for the part. Furthermore, the mechanics told me they could not accept a credit card. Only cash or check. So I had to write a check for their services. The service was excellent. I do complain about the inability of the mechanics to accept a credit card. That is a huge negative in my book, and the main reason I cannot give five stars on this review. Not everyone has cash or can write a check. Customers need to be aware of this issue.

Of course they like to pretend that they are and they are an authorized reseller. Yes they have a poster that says T-mobile and they sell T-mobile service, but they have to call T-mobile customer service just like you do and can't anything for you. The really sad part is that there is a real T-mobile store in the mall right outside the entrance to the Target which I was trying to find when I got tangled up with this nightmare of a excuse for a business in the first place. Without going into details...I got slammed...I should have known better than to listen to what I was told and not read everything...I was lied to repeatedly and when I tried to calmly get some satisfaction...guess what? Only a bunch of teenagers giving me the run around. There in never anybody around with the authority to fix your problem. Ultimately, I found somebody at their corporate customer service (which took about ten phone calls) who figured out that I had been ripped off and lied to by the sales person so she tried to let me return the phone. Even then these people would not almost take it back. All this over some lousy $50 phone upgrade, can imagine what they are like when there is real money involved? When I tried to write them my emails and phone messages were ignored. Through FB Messenger I finally reached the managing partner. He wrote me back a form letter saying essentially that they were through with me and I was on my own, "... but thank you." When I tried to respond he had blocked me. What a sad thing to have nothing good to say about someone or a business. Not my style. But I can only hope others will check Yelp before investing with these bozos.
